Meeting the reaper

Jack nodded. "Its just after a few days it could happen anytime" He said as he kissed her forehead.

 

[Luthor]

Furrowing her brow, she looked up at him,"Why only after a couple of days?" Everything was too similar to life, yet the differences were still mind-boggling.

Jack shrugged. He left the room and went into the bed room and laid down the bed. He cuddled up with the pillow.

 

[Luthor]

Instead of trailing after him in the usual fashion, she opted to remain in the baby's room, looking about at the walls. Seeking comfort, she gently ran her fingers along the tall, spiralled ram's horns that had sprouted from her head.

Jack was cuddled up to the cat. He was halfway asleep. It was easy for him to fall asleep. The cat didn't bother moving from jack's grip.

Slowly, she strolled about the room, admiring his completely even paintjob on the wall.

The cat got out of jack's grip and went into the little boys room. The cat stopped at her feet and meowed.

 

[Luthor]

"Oh, hello baby!" She smiled and stroked the cat, kneeling down to look in its eyes. It was nice to have someone other than Jack to keep her company.

The cat walked over to the bed and jumped ontop of it. The cat purred as he got comfortable.

 

[Luthor]

Smiling widely, she returned to the bed, petting the cat's soft fur softly. Its soft fur was so soothing to have a life in this room reserved for new life.

The cat purred when she touched him. He started squirming around.

 

[Luthor]

Happily, she curled up on the bed beside him, fingers stroking through his thick fur. "I still don't know what to call you."

When she spoke he meowed. The cat started to lick his fur.

 

[Luthor]

Chuckling softly, she spoke again,"So your name is meow? I guess any name we give you would be meow if you said it."

 

[_Unknown_Mess_]

The cat meowed happily. The cat got off the bed and went toward the entrance wanting her to follow him.

 

[Luthor]

Sighing, she pulled herself to her feet to follow the feline, stepping through the portal in sync with him.

The cat went into the living room portal and stopped at a dresser. He started meowing like crazy.

 

[Luthor]

"What is it baby? The dresser?" She shook her head, and began to walk away, but the meows didn't stop or even pause. Sighing, she forced open the drawer.

He climbed on top of the dresser. He clawed at a collar. He kept meowing.

 

[Luthor]

"Do you want the collar?" She buckled the collar onto him, confusion visible on her face. What did this cat want?

 

[_Unknown_Mess_]

The cat meowed one last time then started to speak Spanish.

 

[Luthor]

Stuttering, Kath appeared astounded,"U-um...no comprende español? Do you have an english function?"

The cat jumped off from the dresser and ran back to the bed room where jack was.

 

[Luthor]

More confused than before, she trailed after the magical talking cat, before prodding Jack awake,"Baby? Our cat speaks spanish."

Jack looks up at her then looks over at the cat that spoke Spanish. He looked at the collar. He adjusted it to English. "Oh finally its fixed i can talk now" He said happily with a purr. Jack looked at her.
