Meeting the reaper

[_Unknown_Mess_]

"Because you wanted me to I told you you could of waited" He looked at her his eyes turning a dark grey color. He looked down at the cat and rubbed its fur.

 

[Luthor]

"Well, I'm sorry that you're so convincing! Maybe I wish that I'd let Ashton take me." She stood up and walked out of the portal into earth.

 

[_Unknown_Mess_]

The cat was still in her arms. "Mom?" He said with his fur sticking up.

 

[Luthor]

"Oh sorry." She placed the cat down and walked off, fuming. Jack had managed to wind her up a ridiculous amount.

 

[_Unknown_Mess_]

He walked after her and walked beside her. "Are you and father ok?" He said with a sad voice.

 

[Luthor]

"I-I don't know." She shoved her hands in her pockets as she went to the forest, sitting on a fallen tree. It scared her that the man she gave up life for was angry.

 

[_Unknown_Mess_]

The cat sat down beside her. "How about Andy?" He said as he purred.

 

[Luthor]

"Andy. Yes, that name fits you well." She smiled and stroked his fur, sighing out of joy now;this cat was great to calm her down.

 

[_Unknown_Mess_]

The cat purred. Andy jumped in her lap and did a little meow.

 

[Luthor]

Smiling slightly, she stroked his fur, her horns flattening into her head as they did in the human world. She was so engrossed that she couldn't hear the footsteps approaching.

 

[_Unknown_Mess_]

The cat looked around then looked back at her. "Mum?"

 

[Luthor]

Glancing around, she saw Quentin walking towards them, and quickly stood up, beginning to jog away.

 

[_Unknown_Mess_]

Andy went after her he could match his pace pretty well. "Mum was that your old boyfriend?" He asked curiously his fur was sticking up.

 

[Luthor]

"Yes. His name's Quentin and he's absolutely gorgeous." Little did they know that he was lingering around behind them.


"Kathy cat?" His voice broke slightly, his black hair still standing in random tufts on his head. She turned around out of habit, causing tears to stumble onto his cheeks,"W-What's wrong with your eyes?"

Andy looked around and saw him. He looked at her and pouted.

 

[Luthor]

Completely out of her comfort zone, she pecked his cheek, hissed and then grabbed the cat and bolted away. He filled her with such conflicting emotions: love, anger and fear.

 

[_Unknown_Mess_]

Andy looked up at her. "Are you alright mum?" He asked sadly.

 

[Luthor]

It was only once they were deep in the woods that she could respond, placing the cat down. "Yes. No. I don't know. I just...I'm just confused."

 

[_Unknown_Mess_]

Andy brushed his fur on her legs and purred. "Lets go back home.."

 

[Luthor]

Sighing, she headed back through the woods to the portal and passed through it, pushing past her ex with a soft murmur,"Goodbye Quinn bear. I'll always love you." The portal closed up behind her and the cat.

 

[_Unknown_Mess_]

They appeared in the room. Andy sat on the bed with jack and purred. Jack looked back and walked towards Kath. "Listen i'm sorry" He said with a frown.

 

[Luthor]

"I'm sorry too. I said goodbye to Quinn today, and I can start my life with you." She looked hopefully at him, and pressed a kiss to his forehead.

 

[_Unknown_Mess_]

He nodded and kissed her on the cheek. "Is there anything you would like to do?" He asked with a smile.

 

[Luthor]

"Well, I don't think I need this in my pocket." She handed him the letter that Quentin had written when she'd died-she wanted him to read it to understand her actions a bit more.

 

[_Unknown_Mess_]

Jack opened it and started to read it. He had a frown on his face once he read the next page. "I'll put this in the dresser then..." He said as he put it in the dresser. He looked back at her then walked back over to her. He wrapped his arms around her in a hug.
