Angel sighed and as she finished her song, realising that she was still stroking his tail and released it quickly. Oh dear... Angel blushed slightly barely visible in the dark night. Looking at Chiko she noticed that he was concentrating very closely at something trying to figure it out she looked at the direction he was looking at and searched for what he was looking for. Suddenly a flash of light appeared and disappeared in a second. Angel blinked several times and looked at Chiko happily.


"Did you make a wish?"

Chiko was busy looking at Angel and secretly admiring her beauty, as he suddenly saw the quick burst of light that spread across the sky and smiled. It was a shooting star! What was he suppose to wish? He closed his eyes, and made a quick wish as Angel was just as quick asking him if he did, and he smiled to her and nodded. "I did," He answered her shortly as he looked up to the sky once more before laying down on his back. "Though I can't tell you, because if I do it won't come true," Chiko said to her as he still had his eyes close. It may have been a childish wish, but it was his wish, so he made it.


"May Angel and I always be together,"

Angel smiled softly and looked at the sky, "Well. We wouldn't want that now would we?"


Her hair flew in the soft breeze and she rbbed her arms slightly as she felt a small tingle run down her spine.


Well... I hope my wish comes true...


"May Chiko live his dream... And me to live mine...."

"Excatly, we wouldn't," Chiko said with a smile spread across his face, as it was mostly hidden by the darkness of the night. It had been quite the eventful day, and it was only his first entire day there. He had gotten to know so much about Angel, what she felt and what she thought about. Suicide? Not even Chiko himself had thought about that, and it seemed like a terrifying thought. Of course, Chiko had quite the moments where the thought should have struck him, but he did not. Chiko peeked up at Angel, to see how she was a bit cold, and then he grabbed her into a gentle hug, he knew no other ways to warm someone up, as he used his body heat. He stayed quiet, not uttering one work as his cheeks were burning up.


"Th- This is the only w- way I- I know... O- Okay...?" He muttered very quietly, shyly looking away from Angel's eyes as he was embarrassed enough, laying on the roof hugging her.

Angel smiled at the sky beautiful with it's shinning stars covering it. She then felt Chiko wrap his arms around her and pull her into a hug. Wait... What! ............ Oh.... He is really cute blushing like that..... Smiling softly she leaned into his chest and purred softly.


"This feels nice so I don't mind..."

"I- It's just to k- keep you warm you k- know....!" Chiko stuttered out stubbornly, as he could not meet her eyes no matter what his head told him to do, as he wished to look at her beauty, but he could not bring himself to do it. His chest was about to burst from his pounding heart, as she leaned into his chest, making his heart beat ever so faster, as it was racing against the speed of light, and right now Chiko was certain that his heart was winning the race, as the heath from his cheeks spread to his mind, making it almost go blank. Was he dying of happiness? He didn't mind that, even though the only sound he could hear was her breathing, and his own heart beat, it felt nice. Never in his life had he seen a night as beautiful as this one, and all just because Angel was beside him. It was amazing what one girl could do.

Evangeline gave a small nod and nuzzled a little more, she could feel his heart beating and could feel here own heart beating slightly faster than normal. Why is it doing that? I haven't been running around... Sighing she took a quick peak at Chiko and saw a small tint of red from before. Not sure why but her won cheeks began to flush and Evangeline looked down not wanting him to see her flushed face. I am acting really strange.... I don't understand why I am acting like this... It never happened with George before... Maybe it's because it's... Taking another peak at Chiko, Evangeline blushed and looked at the floor again. Does he looks handsomer than usual...? Looking at the ground Evangeline tried to calm her beating heart.

Chiko was still looking everywhere, but at Angel, as his heart was doing anything else, than calming itself down. He couldn't, the mere thought of having Angel by his side made his heart race like this, and even though his head and body was tired from everything that had happened today, and Angel had somehow brought light back into his world, he could not sleep. His head was being invaded with thoughts of her, not only her face, but her laughter, her smile, her voice, her singing... everything about her. The less he wanted to think about it, the more thoughts filled up. It could not be avoided, and he wanted to do anything, but avoid it too. However, he had no clue why he felt that way. Could it be... Could it be that I... That... The thief, had something of his own... stolen? Chiko thought as he looked down to Angel, as his cheeks become even redder and he looked away again. There is no denying it, just like that. The girl in front of me, stole my heart. This is maybe the only thing, I will ever allow to be stolen from me. Chiko thought, smiling to himself as his heart took over his body, his common sense was blown out of the world as he leaned down, letting his lips unite with hers, closing his eyes, before opening them up and looking into her eyes. "Evangeline, I... I love you..." Chiko muttered, as his eyes could not look away from hers, as if he had been captured, and the only thing he could do was hope for a positive answer, as his heart was about to explode.

Angel looked up her bright flushed face looking at his. Did.... Did I hear him correctly..? Angel looked away shy from the sudden statement, if she hadn't been focusing on Chiko and what he was doing. She wouldn't have been able to hear what he had just said.


"Chiko... I..."


"MISS EVANGELINE! MASTER CHIKO! PLEASE COME DOWN! IT IS PAST THE TIME THAT YOU SHOULD BE IN BED!"


Angel blushed furiously and called out to George who was standing out on her balcony.


"We... We are coming...!"


Looking at Chiko, Evangeline hid her blushing face and tried to calm her heart down, "...George is calling us..."


George is calling us!? Is that really the best you can say! Groaning at her own words Angel sighed softly.

Chiko looked down to hear George, as Angel didn't answer his confession, of course she wouldn't. Instead of saying anything else, he accepted her non-existence answer, as he wasn't planning on bringing it up again. Not in the slightest. Chiko began moving towards the window letting Angel climb down before him as he sighed.


You're an idiot. Who could love a thieving neko? A non-existence answer was maybe the best thing you could get. Be grateful Chiko. He thought as he climbed down after her, and quickly left her room, not giving her the chance to say good night, they had done enough for one day and frankly, he only wanted to go to bed, and get this day in the past.

Angel looked over to say goodbye to Chiko but he had already disappeared, "Oh what have I done...?"


George looked at her and then at Chiko, lovers quarrel. I leave them to solve that by themselves. Bowing he left Angel by herself and switched off the light. As the room grew dark Angel thought again about what Chiko said. Did he mean... *blushes* ... But.... Why would he... to someone like me... Trying to figure it out Angel found herself staying up for the whole night. Yawning she rubbed her eyes and sighed at the bags under her eyes. Taking out her rarely used makeup kit. She covered the bags so that they were un noticeable. Okay. Here I go.

Chiko had almost stormed into his room, and literally slammed his head into the pillow, purring angrily at himself for doing something so stupid. How the heck was he going to face her the day after? Or simply hear her voice? It was silly, dumb, idiotic. He sighed to himself, as he let his eyes close. It was far better sleeping on it, to not think about it. "I'll just... go to bed..." Chiko muttered to himself as he closed his eyes and let himself drift into the worlds of dreams.


"I'll just apologize... In some ways... I shouldn't avoid her, that'll become awkward... She's my mistress in some ways after all... Ah... Why couldn't I just have gotten some human who wanted to push me around rather than a girl that gives me more trouble than going to prison?" Chiko thought frustrated, as he finally let his head get some rest and quickly fell asleep.

Angel made her way down to the kitchen and looked at George, "Good morning~"


Looking up at her he nodded and placed down the plates for them, "Did you sleep well?"


Smiling she nodded, "Of course~"

(Ah, he's confused now... poor guy ^^;


Chiko was still sleeping inside his room, he was still out like a light from yesterday, the sun was fighting their way through the curtains, as the room was being filled with clear air. Chiko curled up, curling his tail around himself and letting out comfortable purrs knowing that he was quite comfortable on the bed he had been given. The smell of food didn't matter, he was too tired at this point and he didn't want to wake up, because he knew that the day of how he saw Angel today, was different from the day before.

Evangeline looked at Chiko as he entered and felt her heart skip a beat, ...chiko... Blinking she smiled at him, "good morning."


Looking upGeorge gestured to Chiko's seat, "we were waiting for you."

Chiko looked up to Angel, as he felt a small blush appear on his face right away and the purring from earlier wasn't even there. It was gone, thrown out into oblivion. He looked at George, mainly focusing on him as he sat down on his seat, feeling a bit awkward still. "Go- Good morning," he stuttered and smiled to Angel, as he didn't want to avoid her or anything. There was no reason being cold to her after all.

Angel looked at the floor and the air became uncomfortable, "go.. Good morning..."


Sighing George stood up and left the room. Watching him leave Angel felt that it was the best time to talk to Chiko.


"Chiko... Can I talk to you... On the roof...?"


She waited for his answer her cheeks bright red.

"Sorry for the wait..." Chiko said as he shyly sat down on his seat, and then suddenly George left. He watched him leave with his dark eyes, pleading with them for each step George took that he would turn around, sitting right back down and pretending that nothing EVER happened, but of course that wasn't happening.


"S- Sure..." Chiko answered Angel, unable to say no to anything at this point, and this was his chance of apologizing. The only thing he missed was an excuse, why in the world did he kiss her?

Angel got up and wiped her mouth with a napkin, "I... I will be waiting for you then..."


Rushing off she quickly went to the roof and took several breathes. Okay... You can do this Angel...

Chiko took deep breaths, thinking long and hard about what he was going to say, his tail swishing furiously from one side to the other, as nervous fast purrs could be heard miles away from him. He was nervous, his heart racing, but in the end he made his way over to the roof, as he was hoping she would understand, that he had NO clue what happened yesterday.

Angel noticed him return and then kissed his cheek. Blushing really hard she turned around trying to cool herself down. I did it.. okay... now breathe....

Chiko's cheek lit up, as the kiss came to his cheek. His tail swished from side to side, his purrs increased as loud as the people in Europa should be able to hear him. Words were not expressed, nothing was said... the only sound coming from Chiko was his nervous and happy purrs.

Angel could hear his purrs but she was blushing to hard to face him, I haven't even known him that long... And... and I.... Blushing harder Angel placed her hands on her cheeks trying to cool them down.
