"neither have i , but i started doing that when i started developping powers , other people seems slow so theres not that much to react to " john straightens his back "when reaction time is not an issue you just have too much time to calculate moves"

"so you've learned to use the spare time. wisely? smart?" she smiled. "i can be good with reaction time." she said, "so what's the plan for this mission?" she asked alex.

 

[Flame Demon]

"The plan." Alex says as he gets into the jet "Is stay together and trying not to cause an avalance while we're searching for the exact location." he says and sits down "If needed we can use the portals Victoria and Atreus to get back, too much friction might cause trouble as well." he says.

Victoria fiddles with her robes and she sighs "We could, but how are we going to find this energy source in the first place?" she asks, pulling up the hood of her outfit.

"any guards or security at all?" she asked him trying to formulate a take-out plan in her head. "i could wipe them out"

"were gonna have to look around stealthely and fast , portalls can help a lot , i can run around without making that much noise but if i can get something that'll keep my legs quiet it will be good , also we need to plan out what we do when we find the energy source and my mind is definetly going for a wipe out"

 

[roxas]

Atreus folds his arms and let out a sigh as he glanced over at the people gathering, he didn't bother to go join them but he listened in on the mission reports and here they were being thrown on a first mission.

Thalia walks over to the group and she grumbled a little about these snow clothes but climbed into the quintet with Alexander."Come on we should get going guys." She called out.

"so , what now captain" john says asking alex .

Alex facepalms "This is a stealth missions Brooklyn, not everything can be fixed by going in guns blazing, I tried once." he says and looks at a map of the area "It's close to the peak of the mountain, so if we start an avalance we're doomed, the portals are useful, but I don't know if they can link their portals for an easy escape, now, in the worst case scenario and some of us end up getting trapped we will leave each other behind if they're not in a life threatening situation, if they are we priotitize rescue and go from there." he tells them.

Victoria looks at Atreus and mentions him to come over to where she's sitting, the plan was a good one, but that high up the mountain was risky as hell and there's no way she would last long if she goes stuck "I can use magic on the shoes so we won't sink into the snow and lessen the noise we make when walking."

"thank god , the running was gonna break me if i had to just sink in with every step" john says "we can go for stealth knockouts on the gaurds ,like a video game , portals on top of them and landing with an easy knock out"

"i know it's not always guns and shit. i can be stealthy. anyways.." she paused "whoa whoa whoa, leave each other behind?! we can't do that! that's absurd!" she didn't want to abandon her teammates ever in a moment of wrong-doing, she learned differ

"yeah , we need a way to tell fury if someones in a bad situation , i say we drop them someone far from here" john says

Atreus turns around to go walk over to her."Yeah?" He noticed the empty seat and takes it with her, he folds his arms again."Don't bother doing that go my shoes..." He mumbled.

Thalia goes to take a seat by Alexander and she leans back into the seat, putting her sword between her legs ans gripped onto the handle of it.

brooklyn stood up "look if things go bad. im not leaving anyone behind just so you know! now how do we get find this location?!" she asked seriously.

 

[Flame Demon]

"Will you listen?!" Alex asks them and he sighs "The mission will be the priority, if someone gets stuck in a room and threatens to drown because of rising water then yes we will get them out." he says and adds "We're not leaving people for dead. Now, if there's a situation where someone can get themselves out we will let them and continue, this is Hydra, we can't stall because someone's stuck in a place where they can get out of."

Victoria nods at Atreus, she understood Alex, but she also understood Brooklyn "Look guys, we don't even know what they're planning, so do we really want to risk failing because you stayed to save someone who could save themselves?"

brooklyn stood up "i don't think it's a good idea for me to be involved with this mission. i think m-maybe I s-should sit this one out" she said shakily with some fear in her voice. she was having flashbacks and ptsd.

Atreus raises a brow."What happens if you underestimate said person and you end up losing a team member because of it? Don't be ridiculous Alexander." He tells him.

Thalia sighed as Atreus decided to butt heads with Alexander, she just stays out of it.

"no , you heard fury , no going back , if anything bad happends and someone is one leg in the mud ill take them back " john says , "its your call ,if you want to stay back you do that "

"you don't understand john, this is hydra! i can't go back there after what they did" she said. "alex?" she asked him

Alex rubs his head "Clearly we're not getting anywhere, so here's what we're going to do." he says making the map bigger "We will stay as a group, no running John, even if it's to save someone, we have portals for that, we can't be down a teammember because you need to run back and forth." he says "The general area is around the peak, if someone gets stuck we will see what we'll do, but Atreus, I have no trouble telling Victoria to repeat something so you will listen."

Victoria nods slightly as she inspects the map "Okay, it is pretty high up, so we're probably going to have some trouble breathing." she says "Do we have something for that?"

Atreus makes a face at Alexander."Try me, I'm not that obedient." He mumbled, his only priority was Victoria over the others and he knew his cousin could handle herself.

Thalia fiddles with her scarf a little."Just behave yourself cousin..." She sighed a little.

brooklyn mumbled "you can't sneak in alex" she knew the base like the back of her hand

"sure , no running" john sighs , "come on we need to be fast so we stop whatever they're planning before it starts"

"This isn't the same base kid." Hawkeye tells Brooklyn "This one doesn't seem in the business of making super soldiers for whatever reason, that doesn't make it any less dangerous."

Alex looks at Brooklyn "As we don't know the layout of the base, or what to expect we will prioritize stealth over speed." he says and sighs "There's a building a bit off the side, that's worth checking out too."

Victoria frowns slightly and she walks to the map and she says "I don't think they'd keep whatever's causing the energy signature in their base, but they might keep the controls there, the most likely place for the device would, sadly, be the top of the mountain." she says pointing to it.

"we should split to investigate each building , if one team gets caught the other can finish the mission" john says " the surviving team will have to go back and get them , they wont be waste us ,were basically super soldier material"

 

[Flame Demon]

"John please use you fucking brain when you talk." Alex says, mentioning to Brooklyn "You know what they'll do? Brainwash us. Do you want that?" he asks and says "First we will find out what the device is, then look for a way to shut it down, but we are not leaving teammates at the mercy of Hydra." he tells him "And I swear, if you dare to leave someone trapped where they could be tortured and what not, I will make sure you will never run of walk again."

Victoria sweatdrops "I'm not super soldier material John, they'd brainwash me to use me against everyone." she says and adds "Besides, you wanna make this any worse for Brooklyn?"
