john tries to open the church door but is almost caught by one of the zombies " oh god they know were here"

Brooklyn was nervous and couldn't relax "okay this is dumb, i'm out." she headed to the door about to leave not caring what would happen.

Steve steps through the door to prevent her from leaving and he leans against the door, folding his arms."You're not going anywhere." He tells her.

Thalia sighed at John, he does know he could be faster than them doesn't he oh well he'd figure that out and it's not like they were real either.

 

[Flame Demon]

"Well guess you're not fit for missions." Bruce deadpans as he write something down "Yo Steve, think you can bring her to the counceling room?" he asks "I need to get more paper by the looks of this."

"That window there." Victoria says mentioning the the broken window leading to the back of the church.

Alex nods at Thalia, they would've been careful, or else they would've been csught already.

Atreus gets down to let Victoria climb back on if she wanted."The window, yeah that's safe from the second floor." He says sarcastically, he'd be fine but he worried about her safety too.

Thalia smiled at him before she goes around to the back of the building quickly.

Steve nods at his pal, going to grab Brooklyn by the ear and he goes to drag her off towards the counseling room."You're grounded by the way." He tells her.

 

[Flame Demon]

"Do you think I don't know that?" Victoria asks and she looks down "Oh I see Thalia." she says, that was good, her illusions would disappear during sunrise, so they had to get back to camp before they got stuck there too long.

Alex scans the rest of the back of the building and he spots the window "I need some sort of rope and a rock." he says while looking for a good spot to throw it.

Bruce grabs some more papers before heading to the counceling room and he sighs, at least John was a better person to handle then Brooklyn.

Atreus pokes his tongue out at her."Can't I just toss them out the window to my cousin and take you with me?" He asks her, he waves to the others from fhe window.

Thalia turns to the window."Did you bring any rope as I don't have rope unless there's some around here somewhere." She shrugged and walked over to him.

brooklyn looks at steve "yeah yeah i know!" she mumbled under breath "at least bucky actually gave two fucks about me" she hung her head low in disappointment.

 

[Flame Demon]

"Who is also disappointed in you." Bruce says and he sends her a blank look "Now, we can start with your anger issues or you're off the team, your choice." he tells her.

"No I don't have any rope on me." Alex says and he sighs "Alright, jump down, Thalia and I will catch you." he calls over to them, he hears heavy footsteps and he adds "Hurry up."

Victoria looks back to Atreus and she says "Well staying here won't solve anything." she says and she jumps down, getting caught by Alex, who sighs in relief.

brooklyn looks over at steve with a few tears then back at bruce "okay i'll learn to manage my anger issues. and fine, i'm grounded." she removes her phone from her pocket handing it over to steve. "i know the drill, take it dad."

Arteus sighed."Or you just be reckless and jump out the window." He grabs the other two and shoves them out the window in which Thalia grabs both of them, he climbs out the window, he points at Alexander to not catch him he won't be able to handle catching him so he jumps and he does a front roll when he landed then stood up.

Thalia sets the two boys down and ruffled their hair."Let's get going and be quiet about it, don't go on the path." She whispered to them.

Steve was old fashioned so he does grab soap to shove in Brooklyn's mouth for her swearing."Don't you talk to me like that, I am your father!" He says sternly before take her phone."You better behave for Bruce and do as he says or I'll send you home." He tells her.

john kinda strays away from the group , not seeing anyone he snaps " screw this " he says running as fast as he can and punching one of them square in the jaw .

she nods and takes the soap out "i'll behave i promise also, fair warning dad please don't publicly embarrass me like that! i wont swear holy freaking gosh! is that better?!": she said with a slight attitude.

Steve folds his arms."You me and Bruce are the only ones here and besides check that attitude." He points."Bruce can you handle it from here?" He asks him.

When John does hit one of the zombies is just disappeared, they were fake.

john watches as the things fades away the second he comes in contact with it " the hell , whats going on here"

"okay!! jeez dad!!" she said sassy "so bossy! i thought being an only child would be nice maybe being at hydra was better off for me" she mumbled not realizing how much she was going to regret saying that.

 

[Flame Demon]

Alex grabs John before he hits and he pulls him back "We got them, now it's time to leave." he hisses. He hands Victoria over to Atreus though.

Victoria nods in agreement "I agree with Alex, let's go." she says, they could be injured and John wouldn't care.

"Steve, are you trying to kill her?" Bruce asks and he sighs "Alright, let's start."

john pulls his arm away " dont touch me , is this some messed up joke or something "

Atreus takes Victoria and he was quick to fun off wifh her towards the camp, following beside the path."Well that went better than I had expected." He smiled at her and Thalia was following after them.

Steve stops as he opened the door but instead of saying something he gives her the cold shoulder and ignores her as he steps outside.

brookyln bit her fingernails worried and stressed "h-how does this work sir? what do I have to do?" she asked bruce sounding anxious and nervous.

Victoria chuckles and she sighs, well time to save the prank she guesses. She uses her magic to make her monster more realistic.

Alex drags John aside and he says "We gotta go John!" he says, there's a mark in the ground where the axe landed.

Bruce sighs "Start with how your anger issues started." he says.

Atreus does slow down after he's far enough, they were getting close to the camp and would set Victoria down once they had gotten there.

Thalia urged the two students go after the other two and she would follow from behind."Come on let's go!" She tells them.

"well it started I overheard Thalia saying something about me i think. I sort of got protective and tried to go after her. Alex calmed things down so i decided i was going to get some space. and as I was walking away he mentioned something about me not being able to keep my mouth shut so again i lost it on him." she told Bruce.

 

[Flame Demon]

"And wanting to punch Victoria?" Bruce asks "And I meant, generally, how long have you had these issues?" he asks looking at her and he sighs "From the start please."

Victoria looks back hearing a tree get cut down, she wasn't going to have John ruin the prank, at least its still stuck on the path, now she hoped that John and Alex got away.

Alex grabs John by his shirt and drags him along "Don't be an idiot, come on!" he tells him.

"i told you not to touch me" he says pushing alex away " you said this was some damn mission to save people , and it all turned out to be fake"
