Grant advances through the ducts until he reaches the top of the teachers' lounge. The boy performed a somersault to land in the middle of the room.

"Wow..." Arrow simply replied. It was a lot to take in. He felt sad for the other Olivers who had lost their daughters.Lily nodded:"trust me the two that died are other versions of me as well"

"Wow, I knew they had donuts!" Grant exclaimed. The boy took the whole box and handed it to Kaito.
"Help yourself!" He said. " But leave at least one or two. I'll take them to my father later. "He hates it, but it's the thought that counts. "

"Oh, somebody's coming! We gotta go back up. "Grant climbed back into the air ducts as quickly as he could.
Oliver gently caressed Lily's head.
"It's gonna be okay, Lily... "he promised.

"Phew..." Grant sighed. "By the way, what else can you do with your magic skills?" Ravager asked as he headed to the back of the building. The break was almost upon us, and knowing his father, Grant knew he spent his breaks there smoking and talking business on his phone.Lily lay there as he caress her head:"i want to help out if i can even if i do have my own responsibilities...."
Kaito quickly gets in air vent
"I assure you, everything is fine. Right now, just focus on yourself," says Arrow, smiling. Of course, that wasn't really true...

"Sounds interesting!" Grant replied, before jumping out of the air ducts again to land outside. The boy looked around.Kaito:"mostly unbelieveable tricks like disappear and such"
Lily calm herself:"ok...just i want to help out" looks over at the empty blood bag and needle
"Strange... He should be here..."
Grant said, a little worried.
Oliver smiled at Lily, trying to hide the fact that he was still very tired.

"My father." Grant sighed. "Maybe he's in his classroom. "Slade had a habit of going halfway around the world on a mission without telling anyone. Not even his family...Kaito gave a confuse look:"who?"
Lily notices and frown:"are you sure you rather not stay and rest? You can meet me later at the funeral"
Arrow thinks for a moment.
"Are you sure you're going to be all right?" Asked the hero.

Slade was smoking in front of his car when he sensed a familiar presence right behind him. The mercenary turned around. Too late...
"All right, I'll stay here." Arrow finally said.

She almost said father but knew that it probably wasnt a good time to call him that
"I hope not..." Grant said. The boy looked at his father's desk... "He left his phone. That's a bad sign." The boy also noticed that his father left his mercenary suit in the closet, but he didn't say anything to Kaito. He didn't need to know his father was Deathstroke. His father rarely let people who found out about it live. Grant picks up Slade's phone and unlocks it using his own date of birth.
Slade was barely conscious. All he knew was that his head was bleeding a lot, that he was in a unknown car and was tightly bound, and finally, that his bastard stepbrother was talking to him knowing well that he was in too bad shape to talk back...
Oliver shakes his head.
"No, I... It's nothing, I assure you." The hero lied. "Don't worry, I'll be fine. "

"It's nice of you to offer you help, but I wouldn't want you to get into trouble, you know..." Grant replied, looking at the last messages his father had sent. None of them showed that there was an emergency anywhere or that he had a mission. The boy sends a message to his brother..Kaito frown:"do you need me to help you find him?"
Lily shook her head:"i dont think so but ok..."
"It's Grant. Is Dad home?" His brother told him almost immediately that he wasn't. The boy then sent a message to everyone close to his father who told him he was supposed to be at school. Even Wintergreen, whom his father told about everything, didn't know where he'd gone...
"Well... No one knows where he is." Grant sighed.
Slade had no idea what his stepbrother was talking about. Suddenly, Wade stuck a syringe in his temple and finally said something that Slade could understand:
"Here big boy, this should make you sleep all the way to Arkham." The mercenary fell back into an ocean of darkness.
"Just trust me on this." Oliver said. Arrow's mind was occupied with missions and high school business.

"Why do you want to help me in the first place? I don't like to demean myself, but... I'm not a good person. I'm really not." Says Grant. Inside, Grant was starting to panic... No matter why Slade had left, he'd left him alone with a bunch of siblings. And besides... What if his father wasn't even there when he was going to die? The result of the blood test the boy had taken a few weeks before was clear... He was finished.Kaito gave a very worried look:"grant im always getting into trouble let me help...."
Lily nod softly:"could you help me dress? I cant raise my arms too high because of the bandages"
Oliver nodded before helping Lily get dressed.

"I'm going to have to skip school to make sure everything goes well at home but I already have six hours detention..." Grant said, laughing softly
"Do you need help with anything else?" Oliver asked.
