Yukii grinned. His canine fully showing. He jumped down , for a split second his eyes flash with a few lines of words. a portal opened where he landed. He popped out of the branch that she was on. He hugged her from behind.

 

[Scarlet Fires]

Scarlet laughed and smiled leaning back into him. She then moved away from him and climbed higher into the tree without realizing it her amulet got caught and fell down the tree while she continued to climb to the top. At the top of the tree Scarlet sat in silence and looked out over the tree tops. It was nice up there.

Yukii looked up only to be hit with the amulet. He picked it up and looked around for Scarlet. He opened another portal on the ground , he jumped down and got shot up on to the top of canopy. " Scarlet!?"

Scarlet had already moved trees and could barely be seen far off in the distance. She sat there observing everything around her, the birds, the trees and the animals that wondered down below.

Yukii Looked around. He jumped around the canopy. " Scarlet where are you?" He ran ontop on the tree tops trying to find her. " We have to get back to the camp!"

Scarlet heard Yukii calling her and in an instant she was behind him. "Yukii." She said softly. She looked like she had before when they were in her room and she took off her amulet, her voice sounded the same as well.

He slightly jumped. " Jesus, you scared me." He turned around. " This kinda fell on my head. " he unclenched the amulet and pointed at the bump on his head.

Scarlet looked down at the amulet and took it from his hand, "Oh, thank you." She said. She then looked at his head and lightly touched where he pointed. She tilted her head to the side looking at his face expressionless.

Yukii blushed, he gave her a grin. At this point he didnt care if she saw his teeth. " We better get back to the others."

"Why do we need to? The teacher isn't there yet. And your teeth," She said getting a bit closer to his face. "I never noticed them before."

" Oh um, ya. My dad passed that down. He was half vampire" His face watered to get that familiar red tint. " I usually hide them from people."

"I think they suit you." She and gave an enchanting smile and then gave him a quick kiss and started to climb down from the tree while putting her amulet back on. "We should probably get down from here."

Yukii jumped down from beach from branch. When he landed he looked around for the camp.

Scarlet looked around as well and scratched her head. "It looks like we went pretty far from where we are supposed to be." She said weakly and lost her balance as she continued to change back to her 'normal' self.

Yukii ran up to her, he heaved her onto his back. " I think its this way." He ran towards the camp with surprising speed.

 

[Scarlet Fires]

Scarlet laughed a bit and then rested her head on his back while he ran. She tried her best not to but ended up fainting anyway while she finished changing back.

 

[Ras]

"You students are all very entertaining, nin nin" said a disembodied voice around them being projected and bounced around, making the source unclear.

 

[Scarlet Fires]

Scarlet woke as they reached the camp and heard the voice speak, "I told you we were probably being watched." She whispered to Yukii before climbing down.


Kas looked up when his sister and Yukii came back. They seemed to be gone for a while but he sighed and ignored it happy that class was about to start. It just meant they were closer to the end of the day.

Out of a nearby shadow rose s girl with narrow eyes and a smile. She was taller then most of the other teachers they had seen so far, slender and a bit mysterious "welcome to ninja training, nin nin. I am Kaede, nice to meet you all" she said.

Veronica giggled asnshe was forced to step back, and she clapped her hands " That was great! You did it! " she noticed he winced and she stopped her smile faded and she blinked " Are you ok? " she seemed very concerned for him and she sat down patring the spot in front of her for him to sit as well. She glanced to the teacher and then looked back to Ichika

Scarlet watched as the teacher revealed herself, 'This class should be fun...' She thought taking Yukii's hand and leading him to where they sat before.


Kas looked the teacher up and down surprised at how tall she is.

"In this class, you will learn how to manipulate ki to use ninja and stealth techniques, like shadow clones and shadow travel. Also you will learn to handle weapons such as Kunai, Shuriken, two handed Shuriken, daggers, short blades, and Taijutsu, the ninja fighting art-De Gozaru" she said, using an archaic form of "Desu" at the end of her sentence.

She asked, inquisitively before turning to Ichika and giving a smile, she recognised his dog ears, claws, tail and appearance almost instantly, she knew he was Kotarou's son. She had an atmosphere slightly different from the other teachers, less stern and strict, more relaxed but mysterious at the same time.

Ichika winced at the mention of instant movement. It was something he'd never been able to fully grasp or, as his father put it, tried to grasp it too much. "It's not something you think about, it's something you do!" As always, never a straight answer from him. Still, maybe Kaede would be able to teach him better than his father had.
