Fandom MAGIC

Crimson thought for a moment, done the same thing... Hurt others? Looking back at him Crimson couldn't see him doing that to anyone. Noticing the pale figure walking away and then jogged after him.


"Well... I didn't meet that person."


She didn't want to but she knew that was just who he was and she wanted to be friends with him and he wasn't going to lose her that easily.
 
He looked down at her surprised. "Of course you didn't meet 'that guy' because you met a boy a made up that's nothing like me, if only you could have read my thoughts this entire time," he said and tried to pull a way his hand.


Caterina flew until she saw glowing red eyes. She looked closely at him and could see Crimson next to the pale man. She watched as his arm was lifting, little did she know he was pulling it away, and flew back to the others before she could see what was happening. She flew so fast that she ended up slamming into Madd's hat. She quickly stood up though and pointed in the direction she came from. "Crimson's in trouble and Alexander is nowhere in sight."
 
Crimson became angry, "I am trying to get to know you better but you are ignoring me completely. Nobody likes to be alone and by themselves. I know that for a fact!"


Her ears flattened and she her tail went between her legs, her face could see a slight red on her brown skin and her eyes looking at Spirit angrily.

Athena saw Caterina flying back in a hurry and stood up. Watching as the fair crashed into Madds hat she rushed over there. "Are you okay?! What's wrong?!" She reached out to pick the fairy up she could hear the bells but not understand. "Okay, calm down I can't understand you sweetie. Is it Crimson and Alex?" "are they in trouble?!"
 
Spirit watched as Crimson grew angry, chuckling slightly at it. "I have a twin sister, I've never been alone like most have been. I could always go to her." He smirked and began walking away again.


Caterina nodded frantically at Athena last question, ignoring the rest completely. She began to fly again and motioned for them to follow.
 
Crimson felt her heart tighten slightly as he began to walk away, "Huh...? What was that feeling? My heart just squeezed...."


Thinking out loud Crimson touched her heart and looked at it questioningly. This was the first time Having never really gotten to become close to anyone as much as she had gotten with Alex and the others, Crimson didn't want to see him leave her. Even if she had everyone else she would still be lonely...
 
Caterina flew quickly ahead until she reached the two once more. She pointed at the frantically once she could see them.


Spirit hesitated for a moment as he heard Crimson speak out loud, glancing over at her. He sighed silently and forced himself to keep walking.
 
Noticing that he was walking away Crimson ran up to him and hugged him to stop him, "Don't go! Please don't go!"


Not knowing what he was going to do now Crimson stood shaking afraid of letting go, afraid of being left behind by someone again.
 
Madd simply chuckled flipping her hat back on top of her head. She had a pretty good idea of what was going on so she saw no special reason for her to get up. Still she might as well tag along and see what happened. Sitting back up she stood, brushing a hand across her short she sighed. Cheshire swirled into existence floating just above her shoulder. With her hand in her pockets she followed behind the others at a walk. Well this was turning out to be quite the interesting day indeed.
 
Athena caught up and saw the two. Who is that and why is Crimson hugging it?! She thought to herself. "Crimson?!" Athena said loud enough for her to hear. She didn't look in danger but she did seem upset.
 
Spirit froze as Crimson hugged him again. 'I swear I've never been touched so much in my whole life,' he thought annoyed. When Athena yelled Crimson's name though he swore under his breath as he turned around wide eyed, pulling Crimson off him.


Caterina looked at the two confused and then up at Athena, wondering what her plan was.
 
Madd chuckled softly resting on the branch of a nearby tree. She exhaled a soft plume of smoke looking on. Cheshire grumbled flicking his tail in her face. She waved him away leaning of the branch until she was hanging upside down with only her legs on the branch. The tree she was in was actually rather close to Crimson and Spirit.

"Now now Crimson I don't think he's going to just up and leave us... After all we're all in this together from now on... Isn't that right..."

Crimson stepped back from Spirit and rushed over to Madd and hugged her she didn't want anyone to see her cry but Madd was bigger than her and could hide her tears. Making sure that her body wasn't shaking crimson dug her face into Madd's shirt after taking a peak at Spirit once more.
 
Spirit gulped and stepped as he watched Crimson before looking up at Madd. "So, how long have you known about me?" he asked. He was curious and right then seemed the best time as any to ask her. She was wrong, he wasn't going to stay, he couldn't but he had to ask.
 
Madd slipped from the tree, her body twisting lightly so as not to interrupt Crimson hold on her shirt as she alighted on the ground. She gently placed a hand on the girls head, petting her in a soothing manner as the girl cried in to her shirt. Over Crimson's head she alighted her gaze on Spirit her head cocking to one side as he asked her his question. Her expression was impassive. When she spoke her demeanor was different, the cold calculating one of her mother instead of her fathers usual flightiness. It was the ways she spoke only rarely and only at home when working. For her to have slipped into that manner of speech now belied the level of her agitation.


"From the moment I met you of course... I am from a world built by skewing perceptions where nothing is ever as the surface appears... I suppose you could say I have a way of seeing through people... We all have our secrets you know... It makes you no less a friend to us then you were before... Or are you to incapable of seeing past your own false perceptions to recognize it..."

Crimson looked up at Madd in shock, she didn't know that Madd could speak like that... It gave her a feeling of parental protection and she liked it.. a lot. She then turned to Spirit and smiled, her eyes slightly red.


"See Spirit you are important to us. We need you here, it means that we all love you."
 
Spirit sighed as Athena yelled out as he thought, 'Way to keep up their redhead, and here I thought the blondes were the dumb ones...' He watched Madd carefully with his usual unemotional expression. "If you knew along why not say something sooner? Instead of waiting until it all ended up like this?" he asked.


(I love that Madd just called him a child even though he's 21)
 
( xD That's cause Madd thinks everyone's a child...)


Madd cocked her head further to the side, a thoughtful expression on her face. Her eyes held their usual enigmatic glimmer and she tilted her hat back with one finger. She place a hand on Crimson's shoulder producing a handkerchief from her sleeve and gently wiping the tears from the girls face. As she did so she responded to his question her tone indicating that it was a question with a very simple answer.





"It wasn't my secret to tell... We all tell our own secrets in our own time... It seems yours just came a bit before you were prepared...."

Crimson closed her eyes slightly and felt Madd dab a handkerchief on her face wiping away the tears. Turning to face Spirit, Crimson stayed beside Madd waiting for his reply. She knew that it was silly of her to be selfish but she really didn't want Spirit to leave.
 
'No? Really?' Spirit thought sarcastically to Madd's last comment as he sighed. "You guys are all strange...most people run from undead guys with glowing red eyes you know...well except vampire fan girls...." He looked down at Crimson and then over at Athena. "Fine, I'll stay...at least now I don't have to hurt myself smiling and being nice..."
 
Crimson's ears perked up and her tail wagged happily.


Whispering Crimson looked up at Madd and hugged her again, "Thank you...."
