@DestinyRed It means thats what a guy is looking at, they aren't complimenting your beauty or personality they are looking at your legs. The times I've heard that used is in a way to demean females. It usually is used like "nice A**" is. Usually comments on legs, butts or boobs are made in a demeaning way not as compliments. *grabs baseball bat* it angers me when guys do that.
