The kill switch is the term Xerxes coined for whenever he shifts to his alternate form, "The Bloody White Rabbit". The stimulants to activate the kill switch are unknown, but can quite literally be almost anything.

Slowing: Basically by accelerating his heart rate through forcibly dilating his blood vessels and over producing adrenaline, he can slow down time in his head but it only a few seconds. The down side of this is that using it more than two times gives him a skewed perception of time, a few minutes feel like a few seconds in his head and the more he uses it the bigger the time gap and could damage him permanently.

I would say there are no cameras in the dorm rooms themselves, so you won't have eyes in the rooms themselves (the hallways have cameras but not the rooms themselves.), but aside from that i think your good...

He's sporadic but not in that quirky and cute way. He's also prone to mood swings which can take him from happy to destructive and angry in seconds, almost like a clown. History: Being the youngest of the three Fransisco always worked hard to make himself known to his family. Whether that meant throwing himself head first at one of his brothers in a fight, or sneaking along with his father when he went to carry out something. He wasn't always insane though. Yet, it was not always this way, for she was once known as Sarah, the beloved daughter of a renowned gun-dame who lived peacefully at her isolated island workshop. Young Sarah helped her mother in the forge, filing wheel locks, calibrating trigger pulls, or casting custom pistol shot. Her mother’s skill in crafting firearms was legendary, and her bespoke handguns were to be found in the collections of many a wealthy noble. Miss Fortune spat on the floor and blew the smoke from the muzzle.

Up until middle school Vali was a model student: the vice president of the elementary student council, the star at sports meetings, and winning independent research awards, poetry awards, slogan awards, and participated in essay contests. This combined with his good looks and a respectable family made him well known, especially with his girl classmates. However, Vali was not particularly loved or hated since he went through school life in a withdrawn state, preferring to observe everything from afar, carrying out his life philosophy to be 'neither too close nor too far' from the others.


During afternoon breaks and such, other students would talk in the classroom or play in the courtyard, but since Vali would always be in the library, he gave people the impression that he was a loner. But Vali enjoyed being a step away from his surroundings. He knew he was a top student, however, he didn't think the people around him were idiots and didn't look down on them.


At this point, his observations were not used for ill, rather a simple hobby, but slowly it was turning more and more into an obsession. His chaotic life changed after meeting fellow middle school student, Shira, who immediately assessed Vali's personality and tried to convince Vali into creating a biology club.


At first, he declined his offer and after that, hecontinued living the same life he had in elementary school, while keeping an eye on the human called Kishitani Shira, but one day he suddenly understood: Shinra was his opposite because unlike Vali's, he had no interest at all in human beings. This confused Vali's who eventually agreed to become the Vice President of Shira's club so he could study him more closely.


When a club expo was scheduled, Shira left their presentation entirely in Vali's hands and, much to Shira's surprise, Vali's turned the whole club into a gambling ring with one of the other members, Nakuru, serving as Vali's business partner. Shira tells Izaya to stop but gets brushed off each time. One day, after making a bad bet, Nakuru comes in brandishing a knife and threatens Vali to give back all the money he lost. When Vali refused, Shira jumped in the way of the knife at the last minute. It is then that Vali realizes he is extremely jealous of Shira because of his ability to separate himself from the world. Izaya then asks Shira to tell everyone that Vali himself was the attacker and promises to make Nakuru pay for as long as possible for what he did. After the incident, Vali is taken into protective custody and, from then on, continues to create an infamous reputation.
