I gasped, looking down to the necklaces. "I- Of course, Era. It would make me the happiest thing on this planet if I could be yours," I smiled, touching her crimson cheek.

I kissed him again. "Thank you Hunter!" I was relieved that he said yes, I didn't want to leave his side. "I'm surprised you said yes. We're supposed to be mortal enemies." I chuckled a little.

"How can I hate someone as beautiful and sweet like you?" I kissed her softly. "You know, it's going to be hard to see me. Elves have a scent and well, I live in a Pack of Wolves."

 

[Allison Mustang]

"I know I'm working on a new spell that will let me mask my sent." I smiled. "And it'll be hard for you to see me, as long as Miles is here." I paused thinking. "You're allowed in my territory as long as you are in wolf form. You can sit by my window."

"What do you mean? My Wolf looks pretty Wolf-like. It's not like I'm-I'm not putting on a collar," I growled, smiling. I kissed her head and shook my head, laughing now. "No way am I putting on a collar so I'll look like a dog."

"Nah I wasn't going to make you." I smiled, "Mom doesn't think you guys are all that bad, you're allowed on our land, Just don't eat anyone." I laughed a bit.

I nodded. "But what about your dad?" I smiled, teasing. I know Daddy will not like his little girl frolicking in the grass with the Wolves. "What about your Prince Charming?"

At the mention of my father I looked down, "M-my fathers dead. I care for my mother and I." I swollowed hard. "And you are my prince charming."

"I'm so sorry. Listen, both of my parents are dead," he sighed, hugged her close. "And, I wouldn't know about Prince. My General wants the job."

"Well he wont get it. You're mine!" I blushed and hugged him tight. I placed my hand in his. "And I'm sorry about you're parents." I hugged him tighter, which wasn't that hard.

I shook my head and kissed the top of her head. "It happened a long time ago," he shrugged. "And, I don't know if I'm...yours, yet...it's different for Wolves...actually, its really different," I ran a hand through my hair.

"What do you mean?" I looked up at him. "How different??" I stepped back a bit. "It's okay you don't have to be mine." I let my hair fall around me. ~So there is someone else.~ I thought.

"No. There's a...ritual. When a Wolf...falls love, they have to go through a ritual to see if their...love, will last," I spoke slowly, blushing deeply.

"Oh I -" I was blushing my face still covered by my hair. I had a tear rolling down my cheek. "I just want to be with you. No matter how much it takes." I turned around so he couldn't see through my hair.

I grabbed her by the waist, pulling her to me. I lifted her chin and wiped away the tear. "So do I. And I'll through hell for it."

I didn't say a word I just looked silently up. I didn't know what to say. "I-I'm willing to go through with the ritual if you let me." I sighed and nearly burst into tears but I held them back.

"Of course. And I know just the person," I smiled and kissed her tears. "Please don't cry."

"I won't anymore." I smiled feeling his soft lips on my face, I knew the only way I could stop this war from starting was by showing both sides that there was nothing to worry about.

"Good. It kills me," I kissed her a bit rougher on the lips. "Era...I love you." I spoke against her lips, closing my eyes as I spoke my true feelings.

"Hunter... I love you too." I kissed him back. I wrapped my arms around him. "Can we go do that ritual, Or are you waiting?"

"I have to talk to her," I shook my head and hugged her close. "But I'm sure she'll help us."
