Kito (My OC) is a famous warrior in Zorro who went from knight to mercenary. So maybe your OC has heard rumors about her feats?
Or . . . Kito(My OC) is from a filthy rich noble family (Burgundy House) so there's that. Since your OC is also a noble or use to be
they could've known each other way back? Nostalgia?

I was thinking that they've met at least once or twice as nobles? Especially considering how one is famous and the other is a future head. If they knew each other during their childhood though, that would mean she would also have known his twin hmmm...then again, the time frame for when Kito left to become a knight seems to match around the time his older twin died, so maybe it might work? If Kito is suspicious of him due to having once known the real "Avel" though, rip for him. 8D;;;

It's been ten years and their name is pretty out there I'd assume, so "Sette" being dead is a commonly known fact for anyone who knows more on the Myera House/Eirwens past just the name, so Kito would probably knows as well. What no one knows is that "Avel" is actually Sette who is standing in for him. Most people who notice any differences end up just chalking it up to his personality having changed slightly due to the whole ordeal, though if you want Kito to be suspicious, that's fine too.
