He's the worst. He has no actual character growth and is super op for no reason! You don't get to see him grow into that and get strong through the course of the story, no he just already knows what the hell he's doing in a death game!

And don't get me started on Kayaba, then man with literally no motivation for killing people whatsoever. Literally goes 'huh I forgot'. UGHHHHH

And it has a ton of other problems. Like a fucking incestuous one-sided love. Seriously, the abridged version on YouTube has a story ten times better than the ORIGINAL ANIME.

Didn't even watch Alicization so I have no idea what's going on with it now. Probably still Kirito being super op and not having any depth to his character whatsoever. So annoying.
