I don't know if it is this, but right now I'm reading the Shadowhunter series, which has a lot to do with biblical angels. So it might just be in my head subconciously. I literally have the book sitting right next to me lol

Also, angel names just stick out. They always end in iel, and it just stuck out to me, especially with the Knights of the Roundtable thing.

Well, not all. I'm not religious at all but there's Camael. I think mostly they end in -el
 
A good example of angel names in Anime is Date-A-Live. Almost all of the the Spirit powers there draw upon the powers of biblical angels.

That's true. Most of them just have that unusual ending sound. Gabriel is another iel. But the point is even if you're not religious, which I'm not, you can just tell because of how the names sound, and the endings being that similar -iel -el sound.

Damn its funny you bring that one up. I was just revisiting clips of that today after not thinking about it for a couple years. That was another weird af anime. Fanservice fever dream.

I know right lol

Like, I feel like it would've so much better if it had minimal fanservice. If I remember correctly, I think it was starting to lean away from the fanservice elements in the later seasons, specifically the one with the big art style change. There were a few moments where it was like, ok, no flashing the audience and it seems like they all actually care for each other rather than being at each other's throats for Shido's affection. It's also a harem anime so you can't expect much from one of those. But I think it would've been fun if instead of romantic love, it showcases different types of love for different spirits. Like for Yoshino, the one who's supposed to look younger, have Shido be more big brother figure than romantic to her. I think they kind of did that for Natsumi, with the whole making her love herself thing. Also am I the only one who shipped Natsumi and Yoshino? Like they were so cute.

Ok, I'm sorry, but every time aromatic came up in that sheet, I read it as aromantic XD

Like, I literally just can't say that word. It'll always just come out as aromantic for me

I guess another way is to just think of aromatics as perfume. Same thing basically

Parts are the signifier of pre and post timeskip. Chapters are the the signifiers of the end of an adventure kind of.
