Yeah, I realized that too when I first read it. Honestly cared more about Mika than Skyla's uncle, because come on its Mika, so I kinda forget about it. But yeah, he's dead too. Damn.

Yeah, I know you-- we did but like, in terms of characters, Cerah was really Skyla's only living relative. She doesn't have any brothers or sisters and her parents are dead. So now she's lost the person she loves and her only living relative all in the span of 30 minutes.

The Lance glowing as Skyla clutches it is kind of an indicator of something rather heartwarming that'll happen soon..
