Shina crashed into the ground next to Enki, the flames around her turned orange momentarily to heal her wounds. "Ow... I swear that guy hurts!" Her head snapped up as she heard Enki's voice inside her head.


"W-wait, my thoughts? Wait a second!!!" Too late, Shina could feel the connection opening between her mind and Enki's. She had been thinking about what she had read in his journal and now he would know that she read about his life-story.

Enki's memory flooded with hateful thoughts, his memorys started to show about how his old school was burned down by the church and how they killed every child there hoping to kill him.

His thoughts changed to sadness as he charged at the demon. A tear fell from his eye and glisened the darkness.

Nearing the school Willow saw that all the demons had disappeared but there was now a massive devil fighting her friends in their place. Screaming in rage at the audacity of this devil Willow leapt into the air flying straaight for the battle. 'Miyu, make sure Ebby is safe.' Her voive filled the leopards head. 'Okay, I'll come help as soon as i can.' Miyuki replied as she nudged Shiroi's side, directing the panther towards a building a little ways from the battle.


As Willow neared the fight large vines, as thick as trees, with deadly sharp thorns, as long as swords, rose from the ground. The raced towards the devil wraping around his legs. Willow was furious that he would dare to harm her friends and home.


Miyuki ran after her, leaving a trail of frost over the ground as she charged towards the demon with a roar.

Shina stood there in silence. The battle continued to rage around her but she was oblivious of her surroundings. All she knew was that she needed to apologize to Enki.


I-I'm sorry... I didn't want to look at first but Hyip insisted- Oh what am I saying. I'm not going to start blaming her. I guess I... curiosity got the better of me... I'm really really sorry. I shouldn't have looked.





She turned to the devil and threw a fireball at him, weakened by her depressed mood. It sizzles on his skin, having no effect.

Enki tried to leave his mind blank not sure what to think, but he couldn't stop his raging flow of thoughts. all you can do is apologise... Do you not know how much that hurt me.


As that thought finished another accidentally popped into his mind. know I couldn't trust a woman.


He charged at the demon but just got punched back on to a wall.

Shina flinched at Enki's reply. Tears glistened on her eyelashes, threatening to fall down. I'm not asking you to forgive me now but ... I hope you would forgive me by the end of today. I won't tell anyone your past, I promise. I-





She shouted out painfully as the devil smacked her into a tree.


Don't tell me you're done already. What's with all you Earthlings? So weak! He laughed wripped the vines off him. His tail quickly regenerated and swept across the school ground, knocking everyone onto their backs.

Columbus fell to the ground, his head hitting the concrete, he got up shakily, "I-I need to think....Everyone else here is fleshy right? And I can't really fight, I should act as a distraction then right?....I mean, that raises my chances of dying but.....Man why couldn't I have just gotten some cool fire powers? Why did I have to be the undead one?"


He dropped the current spirit he was using in trade for a more athletic one, he picked up a sharp piece of shrapnel and got up to the 's leg, he began to climb it, slowly. He nearly fell multiple times before he reached the top of his leg, he then dropped his spells and hexes so he wouldn't feel anything if hurt and slurred out his words, "Hey, you...Why don't you step up whatever it is your trying to do? Barley even felt that last hit."

The thought finished as he got knocked back, he spat out blood, but your still my friend, and I won't let anyone else DIE!!


As that message finished a new voice popped into his head you want some one dead...?


Enki shouted out "no-no-no Stay out of my head!!!!!I DON'T NEED YOU!!!" Thoughts about everything flooded his head.


Oh...But...you...do. as this thought continued a evil laugh sprouted through his and Shina's minds.

Willow cried out in pain as she was thrown to the ground by the devils tail. Miyuki yowled as her splint broke and cut into her injured leg. Willow climbed back to her feet and took off into the air again. Dozens of even larger thorn covered vines grew from the earth to wrap around the demon again, this time with poisonous berries growing all over them. The berries burst as the vines wrapped around him, the juice dripping into the cuts from the thorns.

After his momentary battle with a small demon, Yato continued off in the direction he thought the ear-busting screech came from. A smile still played on his expression, despite being covered in stinking demon fluids. Every now and then he'd fling some of the ooze from his clothes, clicking his tongue in irritation, "I didn't think it'd explode..." It didn't take long before he finally arrived at the school building, just in time to see some kid being throw across the scenery and into a rough wall, causing Yato to wince a little. "Oooh...I bet that hurt." A little bit of blood had already began to leak through the sleeve of his shirt, but Yato didn't notice. The cause would be from the little blow he took from the lesser demon earlier, in which he was sent flying during his thoughts about cats. Running up to the boy who had just been flung, Yato knelt down beside him, "You good?" then averted his gaze towards the enormous creature before them. Just as he was about to head off into an attack, the demon whipped it's tail around, sending everyone on their backsides. "Shit!"





Quickly, Yato stood up and allowed his aura to surround him, this time a more brilliant heat radiated. "Guess it's my turn..." Being the cocky person he is, Yato charged towards the demon with all the speed in him, disappearing for a split second, and re-appearing behind the evil spirit, and jumping into the air. The aura left brief trails behind him as he moved around, basically kicking off of the air as though it were a solid surface. As Yato darted around the demon, appearing in a different spot each time as great speeds, he continuously shot his aura out at the creature in an attempt to distract it from other's attacks. "He-" That came to an end almost as soon as he averted his attention though, for the demon took hold of Yato and rammed him into the ground, breaking the surface beneath him as blood shot from the teens mouth. "Shit..." Luckily, Yato was quick enough to shroud himself in his aura, softening the blow. "Aye! Someone- Ack!" The demon gripped tighter with every simple movement, crushing Yato.


In an attempt to save himself, Yato forced his aura up the creature's arm, engulfing it completely. However, it made no attempt to run, and basically licked the aura away with the sudden swipe of it's tongue. "That's...-Agh....disgusting..." The demon's attention was soon taken from Yato as it continued to press his body into the concrete. Someone had begun attacking with...vines? "That's...agh....bad ass."

Shina's eyes flashed in anger as Enball's laugh echoed throughout her mind.


Stay out of this, Enball. In their minds, Fiona stepped in front of him, preventing him from taking control of Enki's mind.


Fiona ... I want you to use this connection to keep Enball under control. Don't let him take over Enki without his permission.


Understood.





Shina rose from the ground, the flames reignited her body. She ran toward the devil with a new resolve. She jumped high into the air and arc around to the devil's back. Twisting her body, she kicked it on the neck, causing him to roar in pain and step back, tripping over a rock and falling onto his back. She moved out of the way before it fell, dragging the boy underneath away from the devil.


"Since I saved your life just now, can you do me a favor?" She tilted her head toward Enki. "Can you watch over that guy and make sure he doesn't hurt himself? Thanks."


Without waiting for his answer, she ran back into action and started to attack the devil furiously.

Nyx saw that a powerful demon had appeared at the school, he started running over to i. when he got there he saw that a lot of people were already fighting it. Nyx launched himself at the demon slashing wildly hoping to wound the demon any way he could, he managed to hit the demon on it's back though he barely made a scratch.


Upon feeling the cuts on it's back the demon turned around and picked up Nyx, The demon's claws ripping through his skin like a warm knife through butter, the demon then launched Nyx into a wall. Nyx smashed into the wall at full speed leaving a crack in the wall as he fell to the floor unconscious.

As Shina attacked the devil Willow grew even more vines, wrapping them tightly around him as the poison oozed. Miyuki tried to get up and help in the fight, but fell back down whimpering. 'What's wrong Miyu?' Willow's voice filled her head with a concerned tone. 'I think that fall caused the fracture to break.' Was Miyu's pain filled reply. Willow's eyes began to glow with rage as she glared at the devil. Vines of varying sizes sprang from the ground. Some wrapped around the devil pulling him towards the ground. Others acted like thorned whips, lashing across the exposed areas of the devils skin.

Still struggling under the weight of the giant demon, Yato began to grow frustrated, regretting how he underestimated it a little too much. Closing his eyes, wincing at the pain of one of his ribs breaking inside him, Yato suddenly felt light, as though the creature had been lifted off of him. However, he was actually being pulled away from it. Upon coming to that realization, Yato gave a sigh of relief, looking up at his savior almost instantly after hearing the voice. It was a girl. His expression grew into one that a person makes when they're utterly freaked out. Cheeks flushing a bright red, Yato jumped up and backed away from the girl without a single word, he didn't even turn to look at the person she just asked him to watch out for.


When the chick ran off, Yato stood stock still, frozen in thought, "That...was a girl, right?..." Gritting his teeth, he turned around and face-palmed with an irritated exhale. On the inside, Yato was beating the shit out of himself for being saved by a girl, and not even being able to thank her because of his natural fear of them. Considering the fact that he grew up around 50 men, not a single woman in sight for all his life, you'd normally expect one to act that way around them. Yato wiped the blood from his mouth, acting as though he didn't just get a few ribs broken, and turned his head to notice another guy who was seemingly coughing up blood as well. Trudging over to him, he placed a hand on his shoulder with a smile and thumbs up, "You good, man? Don't worry, I won't let you do anything stupid..." He wasn't actually sure if this dude was the one the girl was talking about, so he decided to wing it completely.

"I know you can't trust me, but this brat was close to me, before I was placed in your pitiful body. And if you let me kill it, I might just give you a new sword, more power."


Enki shouted out "No Please. I beg of you. It hurts!" Enki shouted out at Yato. But it was to late, Enball moved his way into Enki's mind.


"I'M going to teach you a new lesson, boy." Enball cockily said as he pushed Yato out of his way and walked towards the demon.

When the other guy started screaming out and grabbing at his face, Yato stepped back and gave a weirded-out expression, scratching the side of his head in confusion. "H-hey, man...I don't know what you're talking about...but...you need to calm the fuck down, dude." However, it was as though the boy's attention was focused more on something else. Yato thought that maybe he had a really bad headache, and had begun hallucinating. Pointing behind him with his thumb, he raised a brow and spoke in low mumbles, "...I got some ibuprofen in my dorm room." That's when the boy shouted out again, causing Yato to raise his hands, showing the boy his palms, "Alright, alright. Calm your shit. No ibuprofen the- Hey!" After being shoved out of the way, he turned around almost instantly, and took hold of the other's shoulder. Adrenaline began to race through his body at the excitement of a fight...during another fight. Yato allowed the reddish aura to engulf his tightened fist, preparing to block any sudden attacks from the teen. "that chick told me not to let you do anything stupid..."

Through the flame Enki started to peacefully say to Shina help me.


He said as if he given up to the pain of death, hoping she could wake him up Enballs going to kill this guy, help him. Knock me out if nessasery , I have no control.

Yato's eyebrows made a funny wave-like notion as the guy began to speak. He was growing confused, and just wanted to fight despite already having two or three broken ribs. That kind of small matter has never stopped him before though. "Listen, I dunno what the hell you're talkin' about...but I don't care either." Stepping back and placing his hands up as though he was being arrested, Yato smiled in a sarcastic manner, "But, whatever you say. You do you." Allowing his arms to drop by his side, lazily, he waited for a split second before letting out a light snicker, his expression growing amused. "But you'll have to kill me first." Yato...I think you're going about this the wrong way. The girl asked you to make sure he doesn't hurt himself, and now you're set on hurting him...yourself? Can you be any more stupid!?


Almost as soon as Yato said that, a red aura shot out and surrounded the two, caging them together. The aura took a solid form as though it were made of steel, just more durable than even that. Taking a fighting stance, he didn't give the other a chance to react, and allowed his fists to be engulfed in the flaming aura. "One..., two..., three!" Yato jumped into the air, flipping over the boy, and turned around upon landing behind him in a squatting position. He made the attempt to swipe the other's feet out from under him, using his aura to to heighten the effect of each attack. It was as though it acted as a barrier, as well as a weapon. If the boy were to dodge, Yato would disappear with great speed and appear, once again, behind him, this time in the air, and make an attempt to bring his foot down on the teen's head, using the aura to cause a burning effect.

Enball, thrown to the floor stayed there,"fine then" Enball sighed as he started to get up "3!!" Enball stood on his feat and looked the boy in the eye, as he did so he summoned a blue fireball and instantly throw in at the his feet causing smoke to blow up in there faces, the cage filled with smoke. As this happened Enball took advantage of the smoke to lower the boys sight, then he used his hand to grab the boy by the neck. "I gave you a warning, I just want to speak to an old pal. AND NOW YOU HAVE PISSED ME OFF!" He throw the boy to the floor, "NOW LET ME TALK, HUMAN!!!!"

A Transformed Seraph has taken on a few small fries before most if not all of them were destroyed, she sprinted on all fours in the direction of all the activity. Though her green eyes widened and her growling stopped when she saw an unconscious Kino, she jumped towards him and picked him up with her mouth, leaping away from most of the fighting she placed him down against a wall to rest himself and behind cover also.

Columbus was tossed to the side like a piece of paper, he landed on a wall and fell down slowly. He crawled to his feet, "Okay.....Maybe someone else can be the distraction now..." He looked at the devil with widened eyes, realizing just how hopeless it was, "Nothing we do scratches this guy....I think we might be screwed."
