Mqueserasera Yo! I just properly read and went over Xuexia's backstory and I absolutely love your storytelling.

The logical conclusion of and internal reasoning behind "Surely he had to be someone great. His divinity must be beyond comprehension to worth the lives of her precious brothers. She couldn’t possibly bear any other explanation." just fits the story and setting so well, and the narrative purpose the paragraph serves/represents is brilliant. It's also nice to have someone so deeply tied into Weilang and the lord along for the ride, and I can't wait to see how her character develops, all-in-all amazing job!
