I have an Oc by the name of Cassandra Fenton a 26 year old girl born in Oregon to move to Gotham when she was ten and who had watched her father tortured to death by a criminal when she was hiding after their home had been broken into and her dad had gotten involved with some seriously bad people. After the accident with her father she was forced to leave Gotham and move in with her grandparents where she was bullied relentlessly in high school till she stuck up for her self in a fight and worked hard to graduate with all honors and was admitted into the police academy where she completed grueling task after task and was after many dedicated hours awarded a badge. A couple weeks had passed and she put in her transfer to Gotham the town she was forced to leave behind its streets dirtier than before she left and she'll stop at nothing to help the masked vigilante know as batman clean the streets even if she has to dawn a badge at day and a mask by night.
