The Purple Soul
South End
- Night Walker Bar
- The southernmost location within Pickwick, there’s some construction seemingly always being done near the southern entrance, though cars and trucks are still allowed through. The Bar itself has three large red neon letters above the awning that read B A R, and a cinema-poster on the side welcoming visitors into town. Hanging lanterns swing between the support beams of the awnings. Inside, there are four booths, a lengthy bar, cases of alcohol and such, a jukebox, a dartboard, two restrooms and an office for the owner, and two flashing blue wall-signs reading ‘DON’T RUSH’ and ‘GOOD TIMES FOREVER’. There are two dumpsters out back near a ladder, which many teens use to hangout on the roof when the Bar is closed.
- Abandoned Home
- Taking a beaten dirt path on the left side of the road leads to this empty home, where a mattress, lantern, and bathtub/chimney populate the interior. Homeless people are said to rest here, though many leave due to it being a bit too close to the road.
- Lone Star Motel
- Located on the right side of the road, the neon sign reads the location's title, with the Motel’s logo being a Blue Star inside a Red Circle. It has a spacious parking lot, and a working payphone on the pavement nearby.
- The Motel has two stories, with the Reception being on the bottom left, next to the stairs. In the back of Reception is where the owner keeps most of the profits in a small safe that only he and trusted employees know the password to.
- Each room is pretty standard: A king-sized bed with a green comforter with a generic landscape painting hanging above it, and a small bedside table with a lamp next to the bed. Across the room is a cabinet with a television inside, next to a desk, chair and desk lamp. In the back of the room is the door to the restroom.
- Abandoned Warehouse
- Just about a mile back on the right of the road, away from Lone Star, is another dirt path that leads to an abandoned warehouse that will never be completed. Tools and equipment, like ladders, oil drums, and drills are still left here to rot, and police tape covers the main entrance, though local kids commonly sneak in anyways.
- Pepsi Billboard
- Just what it says, a billboard advertising Pepsi after passing the Motel.
- Self-Storage Lot
- Past the Billboard, and on the right. Usually manned by one man and his dog, Cosmo and Sheldrake, with there being a good amount of lockers, and two vending machines next to the small gated parking lot. Players can buy storage lots if they so choose.
- Mobil Gas Station
- Located just across the street from the Self-Storage Lot. Has four pumps and two wall-mounted payphones, with the interior having a checkout counter, two drink coolers, and a few shelves worth of station food. The back has a small safe where many extra profits are put.
North End
- Market Square
- The first building on the North End of Pickwick, located on Main Street. A strip mall with four stores in it.
- Dragon Express: The local Japanese take-out restaurant, which does deliveries, and has six tables crammed into its building for people to sit and eat while they make the food behind the counter. A Redbox is located outside the front door, and the Power Box to the whole Strip Mall is on this building's side.
- GameStop: Your average GameStop, with consoles, promotions upon entering the stores, Pop! Figures, and rows and rows of games.
- Corner Grocer: Takes up two-stores worth of space. Has two check-out areas, a Dairy Section, three Produce bins, a local butcher, and shelves of normal groceries.
- Washing Well: A self-service public laundromat with double-rows of laundry machines and a single vending machine.
- Starcade
- Built in the 90’s this arcade has Air Hockey, racing games, and arcade cabinets that have slowly tried to modernize, though it still has that technicolor arcade carpeting, as well as a proper prize counter. Located just behind Market Square Strip Mall.
- Minnie's Diner
- With a glowing tall sign that sometimes flickers to the letters ‘DI E ‘ instead of Diner, this location is just across the street from Market Square. There are red booths lined up against the front and right walls, with a small counter near the back where some can get food from. On the wall where the kitchen is obscured from view are several signed photos of various singers and celebrities, a baseball bat, and a gumball machine. A jukebox sits in the right back corner.
- Employees wear traditional blue pinstripe uniforms and skirts, with a red-and-white pin of an M on the lapel.
- There are four food categories at Minnie’s: Breakfast, Sandwiches, Lunch + Dinner, and Drinks. However, pastries like Minnie’s Pies are always available, and displayed in glass containers on the counter.

Many Movie Posters are hung on empty wall space, leading to the back, where the one Cinema Screen can be watched in the single theater the Cinema has. The story will be taking place during their Old Film Marathon. To the far right is the employee entrance to the film reels and resources.
- Sheriff's Department
- Has the front welcoming counter with three seats and a few benches. On the left side of the building are three holding cells, with an interrogation room in the back. The center is where most of the cops work in the open, with two personal offices, and the evidence storage room on the right of the building. Located across the street from the Cinema.
- Antique Shop
- Located directly to the left of the Cinema, and is two stories. The bottom is the main store, with various antique dishes, posters, and even weapons like swords and guns. The top floor is where the manager deals with finances and customers who are wanting larger items.
- Record Shop
- Connected to the Antique Store by it’s left wall. Has two glowing blue music notes outside to get attention. The shop is run by someone who has come into great need to buy and sell records, and actually has good business because of the old-fashioned traditions in Pickwick. However, there are also secret shows in the basement played by the owner’s band, B The A Side.
- Clothes for Cash
- A Goodwill like building that accepts random clothing and accessories and sells them after refurbishing them. Several old clothes yet interesting finds can be found here, like enamel pins and jacket patches.
- Pharmacy
- One of the last buildings on Main Street before you’d drive all the way through Pickwick. Has one story, a green neon sign, and sections in the store like: Dental, Health Care, Facial Care, Colds and Coughs, Ointments, Vitamins, Wound Care, and First Aid.
- Bakery
- One of three businesses in the final building on the North End of Pickwick, located in the bottom left corner. The family who runs it bakes fresh bread and racks in the lobby to help customers come in. Their menu consists of Black Forest Cakes, Fresh Grain Loaves, Fresh White Loaves, Baguettes, French Croissants, Quiches, Butter Croissants, Chocolate-Filled Croissants, German Chocolate Brownies, Banana Bars, Banana Bread, Mississippi Mud, Snickerdoodles, Oatmeal Raisin Cookies, New York Cheesecake, etc.
- Metropolitan Life Bank
- Located on the top floors of both sides of the building, with its reception and main office above the Bakery, and cubicle and employee offices above the Salon.
- 'The Cut' Salon
- A standard Pink-painted salon with three main mirrors and seats. Loathed on the bottom right of the building.
East End
- Pickwick General Hospital
- A quaint hospital, and the first building on the East End of Pickwick after turning on the intersection at Main Street. Standard hospital, with a reception area, Emergency room, Janitors Closet, Restroom, and six Patient Rooms.
- Moonlight Drive-In
- Abandoned, and located further down the road on the other side than the Hospital. Has an old, decrepit cinema screen, rusted poles that used to play audio, and even an old abandoned car that’s rusted into the elements around it.
- Sunshine Apartments
- Just down the road from the street to the Moonlight Drive-In, on the same side as Hospital, it’s a pretty standard apartment building with standard family apartments.
- Suburbs
- The largest area on the East End, with a medium-sized neighborhood, where the rest of the citizens live who do not reside in the apartments or Motel.
West End
- Abandoned Train Station
- At the bottom of the West End Road for Pickwick. The tracks are covered in flora and snow at times, with some homeless people sometimes using a spare oil drum as a fire on the empty platform.
- Pickwick Church and Churchyard
- The local catholic church and graveyard, with the local Father working and sleeping there. The top of the West End Road of Pickwick.
