I was wondering about Equestria's Scarlet Mist Incident or Scarlet Equestria for short myself.

Sounds like a plan to me. I can definitely get Kenji in to get to know Akira outside of "oh hey it's the schoolkid with the pet cat" and "oh huh it's the dude in the pink trenchcoat" as soon as would work out for you.

If so I'll probably write something up to establish that my dude's out there trying to get a little more established and hopefully not giving in to the urge to pickpocket someone for 5 bucks, a pack of gum, and a loyalty punch card for some coffee shop.

"So it came to be that the Three Witches were banished in spirit form to the mortal realm and after sowing chaos across Equestria for decades, they were hunted down by the cursed Order of the mortal Neighadrim. The Neighadrim used artifacts called Alicorn Amulets to contain the essence of two of the Three. However, the most powerful witch - Remilia, the Scarlet Queen - escaped.

Ended up just making something like an arc intro:


The coming of the crimson mansion and the mysterious scarlet mist signified that the land would come under a new reign by the goddess from a distant realm. When the sun and moon of that land were stripped of their former glory, the mist began to blot out the sky and the stars themselves. Only the blood moon, ever ubiquitous in the newly painted sky, remained.


The vampire is a fickle creature. She will satisfy any whim she fancies. With the strings of fate itself clutched by her childlike fingers, she brought the new land to its knees and made them begrudgingly accept her. What, then, were they to do but dance to her music? How would they consider her rule? Oppressive? Just? Uncaring? Perhaps some might have considered it a step in the right direction.

But yeah, Remi is the type of character to walk right in and take over the whole country because she wants to, and she (along with anyone else in the entire house she's bringing with her) is enough to trivialize anything Equestria and the rest of the player-characters there can throw as an obstacle. Needless to say, this can't be solved by trying to directly fight the vampire and her allies.


Scarlet sisters vs. royal sisters is probably going to be a thing that kicks off the arc, though.


I'm thinking about making this arc more about how Equestria fares under new leadership for a temporary time (until they get dragged back home by even stronger characters from Gensokyo). Whether they end up fearing, respecting, or even loving the new leader with a fresh perspective (and plenty of charisma) is up to you.

And then we might be having Ares lightly pushing Remi to go full power-hunger mode on order to gain more worship. That should be fun.

Next week, at 6/17(Phil time, 6/18) I'll have to perform a timeskip towards the near end of the P5xGotham Arc to prevent any Spoilers. A recap will be made recounting the Midgame(Prolouge of P5), towards the Endgame(Ending of P5) where everyone Akira had met(Including League Dark) would help the Thieves ascend and defeat the Holy Grail. So by the time Friday rolls around, I hope that everyone in the arc had interacted and concluded well.
