- Dice
Don’t feel too bad; you are not the only one dropping their jaw at the savage attacks being dished out by Glade, and I am fairly well informed for Exalted.

Thanks, you guys are great.
And it's a bit of a fragile combo. The previous fight, against Filial, I didn't win initiative and I couldn't find a place to hide, so I just kinda meh for the whole fight. Plus, it's gonna take a while to recover that essence.
But seriously, if it feels like Glade is hogging the spotlight in first rounds, let me know and I'll work something out. (Players andPsychie )
While I will confess that I had not expected that large is a dice pool, it will happen that there will be times that you can’t pull the stealth attack the way you have here. Also, the fight is not the extent of the game, just a part of it. There are plenty of other opportunities for role playing for everyone. Thanks, you guys are great.

He is barely within melee range, and if you do wish to attack him, you'll need to flurry an action to do a full move and then make an attack roll.
It appears to be what you’d normally see on the side of a typical mountain: soft soil with a layer or leaves and mulch on it with the occasional rock.
That is entirely possible. Are you currently in your human form? Your Cat Bus form could lob a pawful of dirt to reveal his location fairly well, but your human one could just as easily throw a dirt clod and give others a chance to spot him easier.Psychie Ideal! That's what I was hoping for - the kind of dirty goodness that, if thrown on an invisible opponent, might reveal him to all! Could O Mighty Fat Cat transform into an animal that might shower the invisible guy with said mulch and dirt? Or barring that, are there any clods or small piles he might use to show the Circle precisely where he is? =)
He's currently in human form (and therefore could shout out a warning). What if... instead of a dirt clod, the big guy scoops up two big handfuls of dirt and showers the guy with it? =)That is entirely possible. Are you currently in your human form? I imagine if he were in Fat Cat form, he could take both front paws and just "cloud" the dude or turn his back and shoot his rear paws shoveling up dirt, like how cats do?He's currently in human form (and therefore could shout out a warning). Turning your back on an Exalted archer might not be the best idea, but that would certainly raise up a lot of debris and probably slow his position for a moment.I imagine if he were in Fat Cat form, he could take both front paws and just "cloud" the dude or turn his back and shoot his rear paws shoveling up dirt, like how cats do?
And yes, this is before Del’s turn. As for your pun, that is typical Sherwood.Just so I’m clear and don’t gank Purr’s action, his dirty fighting move is going to take place as a stunt/flurry before Del’s turn, correct?
Also, did you get my pun about the dirty fighting move? Ha!
I don't know if Fat Cat is near where the zombies came out; the GM hasn't said anything about that. If that's the case though, that's all the better!Well and just remember a bunch of zombies came out of the ground, so there is a lot of loose dirt everywhere....
That's our Sherwood! As for your pun, that is typical Sherwood.
That is an inventive way to reveal a hiding foe. It won’t work for very long from the Charms in play, but it can give someone a moment to react to his presence.I don't know if Fat Cat is near where the zombies came out; the GM hasn't said anything about that. Psychie I think you have a good point about not turning one's back on that bum.
Okay, how about this? Can O Mighty Fat Cat transform into his Cat Bus form and with both forepaws, cake the invisible archer guy with dirt/mulch, then meow and point (and smile!) to all, to get everyone's attention with Glance Oration Technique?
Well, in the spirit of good role-playing, how would my character know what he's using Charms-wise?That is an inventive way to reveal a hiding foe. It won’t work for very long from the Charms in play, but it can give someone a moment to react to his presence.
You haven’t had a whole lot of exposure to Solar Stealth Charms let alone their Abyssal counterparts to know exactly what he’s doing. From how well he vanished earlier, he was not using mere mortal talent, no matter how good he is.Well, in the spirit of good role-playing, how would my character know what he's using Charms-wise?

Even a short term effect can help out a lot. I am thinking of using one of my Charms to bolster a grapple attempt, rendering him helpless and free to be pounded on. Even if I only get a hold of one arm, he’ll be unable to use his bow.Psychie Right, and I'm not about to use metagame information (you know how I role-play),
So could we go with the original idea? Maybe Fat Cat could transform into his Cat Bus self, sniff him to get a scent, and then try to "cloud" him, not knowing it is not going to work long-term?
That's a good plan, Bud, but I still believe the smarmy jerk deserves one big Lucky Fat Cat Express belly flop.Even a short term effect can help out a lot.
