Fantasy Insane Asylum

She opened her eyes and leaned back against Marcus. Shutting her eyes her hand laid on his chest as she rested.

Marcus looked at her with soft and passionate eyes "I guess he is covering everything?" his arm wrapped around her waist and held her close

"Sometimes I seem like I am no longer the leader." Her words mumered softly her head shuffled along his torso. She laid in tranquility staring up and him before pulling her knees bent settling down with him on the floor

*at

Donovan appeared next to Raven. He was simply a hallucination and could only be seen by Raven. "I know how you feel. But you are the leader. We all have our role in this. Yours is to keep the others in check. I cannot do that though as my strong suits lie elsewhere. I hope you understand" He looked tenderly at Raven as he spoke.

Marcus looks at her "You still are, but he just has his own way of doing things on his own." His hand gently rubs her arm as he soft touch with soft and tender care

Marcus looks at her "You keep us in line. we all are strong in some way. I am only good at hurting people. I am the weapon of the group."

Her eyes dimmed in Marcus direction "your more then that." She inhaled briefly glancing up towards him. It was easy to tell she had most lack of sleep.

Marcus looks at her "Go to sleep. You need to be at your best." He lightly brushes his lips on her forehead and gives a light smile "I will watch over you tonight."

She shut her eyes and nuzzles into his chest lightly kissing his cheek before nuzzling her head underneath his chin. She slipped into a silent revere.

Donovan's eyes became a crimson color. Not a hint of white or black or any other color seen as the dark color consumed it entirely. Alice was the only one who knew of the state Donovan was in. He had sworn her to secrecy, he of course did not force it upon her. Donovan's mind focused on the entire Asylum slowly. He felt the heartbeat of everyone within the building. He knew who was awake, asleep, moving, or even stationary. He knew where they were and their current mood. Donovan simply sat in Alice's cell as his eyes stared plainly at the floor. Donovan altered all telepathic abilities so that they could not detect his psychological presence as it was in fact everywhere. He kept everyone numb to what he was doing so they wouldn't worry or suspect anything.

Marcus smiles and holds her. His mind in a deep abyss of bliss. He had never felt such overwhelming joy. He then reached out, hoping Donovan could here him "Donovan, I know I am the easiest to get ahold of in this group, but know if it comes down to me using my powers, I want you to promise to take Raven and leave me behind."

"It will not come to that. But yes, I promise you this." Donovan responded kindly to Marcus. "Now get sleep little one, you need to rest" Donovan remained in Marcus' mind to give him a feeling of security while he slept. Donovan tended to do that so Marcus wouldn't worry about anyone hurting him on a deep level like a telepath would. Donovan filled Marcus' head with images of Raven and what their freedom would be like together as a couple.

Alice, still pouting, was about to make some pretty rude comments before she realized that Donovan had gone into... His 'happy place'. It wasn't happy, if you ask me--quite terrifying actually. Whenever Donovan gone into his little happy place, he always seemed so distant--so cold. Unreachable. His eyes turned into a deep shade of red, almost like blood... Yes, a deep crimson color, and Alice hated it. Not the color specifically, but what she related the color to. What she hated most, was when he used his telepathy on her. Filling it with happy images that she knew weren't true. Pictures--images of her family. Knowing Donovan was still in her cell, it made telepathically speaking to him easier.

Donovan. What the hell do you think you're doing? And don't you dare ignore me, mister. Not after that little binding trick you just did. I'm still mad by the way. The others are going to find out, they're not asleep yet!

Marcus closed his eyes and smiles at the sweet images. His head laid next to Ravens, his dreams sweet and lovely, for the first time in years

"Do not worry, they will not find out. You know this." Donovan didn't alter with Alice in any way this time. He left her be and simply focused on assisting everyone else with sleeping and relaxing. Donovan looked up at her and stared into her eyes, his expression cold and intense. "I know you do not approve but you know it is necessary. I only spend time in your cell like this, the others won't find out as long as they do not see" Donovan spoke to Alice, this time his voice different. It was colder, almost cruel and mean as he spoke. Donovan wasn't speaking quietly either, his volume was normal when he spoke privately with Alice like this.

Alice stared into his deep, crimson eyes. Soulless almost. She felt afraid. For the first time in a long time, she felt genuinely scared. Alice did not like the feeling his eyes gave her. It sent chills up her spine, and definitely not in a pleasant way. She also wasn't particularly fond of the tone he used with her whenever he activated his powers.

Pineapple pineapple pineapple pineapple pineapple...

Alice repeated over and over, hoping to distract Donovan. See, Alice may seem rather collected and mature, but really, she was just a kid. Rather immature actually.

Her eyes laid shut, her orbs dimmed gently her nails suddenly latched into the skin of Marcus. This is why she hates to sleep. She is triggered by negative emotion that causes her whole powers to go out of control. Her eye brows twitched softly as her breath was shallow, sweat beaded along her forehead. She gritted her jaw at the outburst of peoples thoughts diving into her mind.

Donovan began to laugh at Alice's thoughts. He sighed after a few minutes. Donovan remembered that he was rather scary like this by seeing the look at Alice's face. Donovan's eyes went back to normal as he took a deep breath in, then out.

Donovan's eyes began to bleed, he held in a scream and put his hands on his eyes as he shut them. He panted heavily and writhed on the ground a bit, trying to remain as quiet as he could. Donovan breathed heavily as he lay there, the pain going away but VERY VERY slowly.

Marcus groaned as he felt her nails. He looked at her and kissed her head. He pushed his thoughts into her head, filling her head with the images of their future. Being free and loving each other

Her hands latched around her head at all the thoughts driving through her skull like needles, she liberated a grunt and pushed Marcus away she knelt on her knees and her hands laid along her ears trying to block all the thoughts. ((We are allowed to get more powers. And I believe so.))

((Well we develop more powers.)

((Mine doesn't. He just uses the others power to his advantage.))

Marcus pulls her into a tight embrace "Raven...please wake up."

(Not to complain or insult anyone. But that is just fucking stupid for everyone to get MORE powers..... But eh, whatever.)

(Coolio with me I guess)

She grinded her jaw. So many thoughts blocked her concentration, her nails dug into her hair, as she laid her forehead along the domicile, objects levitated besieging around her. She emitted ear-wrecking scream, her hands tightened along her ear-drums, but the noise receded in harmony jumbling up in her conscious. ((Powers can create new ones.)

(( Mine doesn't either. The only reason we can speak to you is because YOU have telepathic powers; you're able to 'read' our minds))

Alice watched as a drop of blood slipped out from Donovan's eyes. He quickly covered them, but she could tell he was in pain. He was trembling from holding in a screen. Crawling over next to Donovan, she set her hands on the sides of his face, near his temples. Setting her right hand on his, she slowly tried to pry off his hands to assess how bad the damage was.

You idiot. Don't make me say I told you so.

((Edit* Yeah, I don't think I'll have my character develop new powers. Bubbles are cool enough for me :3))
