Fantasy Insane Asylum

Noticing him shifting away she sat upright, leaning her head against the well "I know how it feels Donovan. I am trying to keep us all safe. But we must plan things before taking action. Or we could get in loads of trouble. Lucian, when he awakens he will cause hell for everyone. Think before you act." She liberated a parted sigh from her lips her eyes squinted towards the cells, she leaned her head against he panels. Her eyes dimmed in her thoughts. (Nuhh Don't leave)

Marcus sat up and looked at Raven. He blushes and scoots back "I-I'm sorry." He looked like a frightened little kid

"It's not your fault Marcus. Rest." She cooed to him gently, narrowing her gaze from outside the cell in thought of what would occur once Lucian awakens from his slumber. Guess I have to stop him again. She narrowed her eyes at the ceiling.

Alicia let loose a laugh that echoed through her cell. That little hissy fit that Marcus threw was quite amusing. And of course, Raven was there to soothe him. He obviously loved her, and if he wasn't going to admit that soon, she was just going to drift away. Alicia was laying down on the cold, hard tiles of her cell, throwing bubbles at the cement wall. The bubbles contained 'gravity' which was basically what you could call 'heavy air'. Depending on how much gravity was inside each bubble, it made a different noise. There wasn't much else to do. The guards harassed Marcus everyday, like it was some kind of game, and mostly left Alice alone. She heard Donovon escape from his cell, damn that boy was clever. She had no wish to escape as of now. She had no friends or family outside, and she found Marcus's tantrums quite amusing. Hell, she didn't even flinch when she heard him getting beat up.

Marcus hides his face. He wanted to tell her. He figured given the way they lived it wouldn't be good anytime to tell her, but this seems as good a time as any "Uh...R-Raven....I j-just wanted to t-tell...." He looked way, why was it so hard to tell her. It was probably due to the fact that he wanted her to feel the same way, but didn't know if he did

She glanced side-ways in his direction at the curiosity within his voice "Yes Marcus?" Her aqua gaze locked on him as she heard Alicia laughing hysterically from her cell. Of course that is who she is, she has no effort of showing her weak side, everyone has one including her. She dwelled on the pain that was implicated upon others, but if she was ever touched she would think differently. From her negativity no family, she always was the "Solo" type.

Marcus looks at her and then back down to his knees "T-The reason o-only you can calm me down I-is...." He sighed and looked up at her. He had to do it now or else he would never do it "I l-l-love you." He looks away, embarrassed of how hard it was for him

Her eyes dimmed at the realization hitting her straight on, she blinked towards his words. Did she love him? Of course they had their laughs and she was always there for him. But did she love him. All these thoughts shot through her at Marcus's words. Her mouth parted, but no words escaped.

Marcus keeps his eyes down "I just thought I should tell you. You deserve to know and I don't expect you to feel the same."

Marcus huddled in the corner. He didn't want to show how much this actually hurt. So he smiled and looked at her "I'm sorry. Just forget I said anything." He turned his head back to the wall

"I don't know how I feel.. So much has gone on. I need to focus on protecting you guys." Her eyes dimmed glancing in his direction

"I don't need protection okay." He kept his eyes on the wall to hide the pain in them "I can handle it myself, but I just can't...stop." He huddled closer to the corner. He wished he hadn't said anything. This was the last this she needed

A frown formed along her lips. She could tell he was in pain by the tightness in his jawline. Her teeth gritted as she elevated upwards and leaned against the wall "Sleep" She walked out of the cell passing by Donovan.

Alicia heard Marcus, and she let loose another burst of laughter. "Wow, little Marcus is growing up, congratulations," Alice managed to squeeze in between laughs. "Finally, the whole cell has been waiting for you to say that forever, even that stupid guard. What's his name? Not important..." She was still playing with the bubbles, but she had changed the properties. This time, the bubbles were shaped like hearts. She held one in the palm of her hand and blew on it softly, sending it floating into Marcus's cell. "You better not hurt my baby," Alice barked, talking about her bubble. She was still laughing, clutching her stomach by now. It was hilarious. Locked up in a tiny, cold cell, getting beaten everyday, yet they still had time for romance. How foolish. This was quite amusing.

Marcus closed his eyes and silently cried. He was so stupid. Why would he tell her that now? He looked at the bubble Alicia sent and looked away "Thanks. That's what I get for being so weak."

A glare formed along her facial features in irritation of Alicia's words "Knock it off." She brushed her fingers in her pocket noticing Lucian in another cell nearby.

"Sorry princess, didn't mean to light your fuse," Alice smirked, replying sarcastically.

Although Alice was in another cell, she could still control her bubbles no matter where she was. She sighed, she could tell Marcus was crying. Again. A drop of his tears had hit her bubble. She wiggled her fingers around in her cell, controlling the movement of her bubble which was inside Marcus's cell. She turned what used to be a heart shaped bubble into a small, teddy bear shaped bubble that was so small, it could fit in the center of your palm. She moved her left index and middle finger across her right palm as if her fingers were running. As she was doing that, the teddy bear bubble was also running towards Marcus. It bumped into his forehead softly, as its tiny teddy bear arms gave him a hug.

"Hey Marcus. Don't be such a baby. I'm pretty sure Princess (Raven) cries less than you do, and she's a girl," Maddie replied with a sass to her tone.

She wasn't really much of a pitying kind of person, but it couldn't hurt to be nice once in a while. That kid really cried too much. He was a kid, after all. She laughed to herself, thinking about how long she had been locked up in this tiny cell. How many times had she heard Marcus getting beaten up, crying? How many times had Donovan used telepathy to send a snarky remark? How many times had she heard Raven humming that same lullaby to Marcus to calm him down?

She smiled to herself softly, creating another bubble. She hated to admit it, but Raven really was the most mature and responsible one of all of them. She shaped this bubble like a teddy bear as well, and sent it floating through the bars to Raven. She made the teddy bear give Raven a pat on the head, ruffling her hair a bit.

She popped both bubbles shortly after, creating a dragon to play with. That was way too sickeningly sweet. Alice shuddered, a chill running up and down her spine. Was that sympathy she felt? Disgusting. Absolutely mortifying. She brushed off the thought, and continued playing with her little bubble dragon. Her bubbles were really fun to play with. If she made a dragon, it would act like it was alive, and even spew mini bubbles out of its mouth instead of fire. Hugging her little bubble dragon, she got up, made a little bubble bed, and laid down with her bubble dragon still in hand.

Marcus just sat. He was of course fragile, but at least he knew who he was. He wasn't afraid to cry. Actually with all irony, he was afraid of pain. It was a total joke. Here he is, a freak with power over pain and when he uses it, he is in pain.

Her eyes dimmed gently. She propped along the panels. Her fingers brushed through her silk strands untangling the knots within her hair. She did this mostly when she is stuck in a muse. What to do now. Donovan has made a escape route, but how can we follow it? All these thoughts rumbled jumbled into my head causing me to grunt from the pressure built on my brain.

*Ignore rumble*

*her head

Marcus lifted his bed and pulled out a large shard of glass. He looks at it and sighs. He lifts his sleeve and drags the glass across his skin. He bit his lip and watched as the crimson blood spill. His arms were full of these cuts. He only did it when the pain from emotion was just to much. It was his only means of escape from his own painful world

Her eyes shut silently "Marcus. Put the glass shard down." Her eyes dimmed softly, it was easy to recognize when she caressed him she saw the small scars on his skin. She leaned against the wall opening her eyes.~

Marcus heard her and his body stopped. He turned his head towards the wall "Give me one good reason why I should." His eyes were closed. He felt another fit coming on, but this one was different. It was more....hateful. He knew it was coming, but what would happen when it does come. He cringed at the thought

"Because I care about you Marcus. Put it down.." Her eyes kept closed keeping in thought with Marcus. She didn't wanna loose him she knew that much, her feels however were mixed up to know her true feelings about him.

*too mixed up

Marcus opened his eyes. They were cold and dangerous. He stepped out of his cell and looked around. He walked down into the lunch area when the alarm went off. All the guards run in to subdue him. He just stared as though he was out for blood. With that the guards charged, without a single warning. Then it happened. His eyes turned dark and Marcus turned them all into worms with pain. Their blood vessels popping and veins all over their bodies. Marcus himself fell to his knees. He had never done it to this many people at once. The pain was excruciating, but he didn't stop, not even as his eyes bled
