adrian_ adrian_ Nah it's chill, it's such a tiny detail (and it didn't even elaborate on who roomed with who) that I'm willing to change it. Now "room assignment" was changed to "rules for living arrangements"

So should I change my post to have Mel asking Rachel then? ^^"

Lore page is now up. King Belial's info needs some time to go up, as do the changed factions, all the other important characters, and the fun facts we've been making, but that's an issue for tomorrow

Allow me to butt in with lore powers. Demons are rogue gods or the monster children of rogue gods. Most of the gods are of evil domains like disease and treachery and darkness and puppy dog tails etc. etc., but just as many gods had benevolent spheres of influence or just neutral spheres of influence that just kept using those powers for evil as demons, so it'd be a crapshoot on how effective that positive energy will work on demons.

But Belial was a god of shadow and rot so RIP Mel killed in friendly fire by a halfling's Cyclops beam

Haha yeah- I just think it would make for an interesting dynamic if the team medic is unable to touch the team tank to patch him up >]
Btw, the monster party is missing from the lore?

It is? The Monster Freedom Party should be between the Order of Da'o and Elysian Enterprises. Their blurb is fairly small.

Now it's there- weird xD
It seems the slide for the Primary Figures in the Masters of the Du'at was not closed.
Same for Other Fun Facts[/slide] [accordion] {slide=On Djinni}{/slide} {slide=On Silvertongues}{/slide} {slide=On Psions}{/slide} [/accordion] ouo

Yes, thank you! It's all fixed now. I can finish fleshing out things and adding characters after work tomorrow, as well as get the ball rolling for the training mission after another round or so of development posts.

I updated the lore page further to include some more of the immediate important figures and I got the Knights Templar and House of Concepts entries updated. It's still a long way from done but it's all good. Also really liking how the posts are playing out, as I said another round or so of it and then the actual training mission will begin!

if anybody needs divan to do something in the next few hours, i give full consent to control him as needed.

SP3CT3R SP3CT3R Grim Wraithe Stjerna Grim Wraithe Stjerna Welcome aboard! Here's where we talk character arcs and relationships, thoughts about kinds of missions you want to go on, what's going on in the RP, any Lore questions (although there is a lore page that's only maybe halfway done), a whole lot of strategy once it gets around to strategy time, whatever. We also have a Discord if you're interested, which not everyone uses but hey it's good for RP memes and side conversations. Whenever you've read the basic rules and skimmed the possible starting missions and you're ready to post, you can! Your characters will already be in the Intervention facility and feel free to work in their late introductions however you want; they could have a lot of stuff to unpack in their room, they might've gotten lost on the way to the common room, they could have hid, whatever the case may be. I'm excited to see the great stuff in store for your characters and the team!

Ayama Ayama hate to be a bother but I can't read your post on mobile. Any chance you could include a non-coded version?
Mel watched in fascination as first a djinn, then a human mage, a silvertongue, a businessman, a woman with green hair, a crow deity, a living saint and another man came in one after the other. His wings flapped faster behind him as he took it all in. He had not expected his teammates to be so varied- he'd thought it would be a bunch of supernaturally-charged soldiers, but apparently Infernal Intervention went in for more variety in their recruits than he'd realized.

He politely declined the various offers of alcohol, making note of names as they were given out. Rachel, Johan, Amelia, Leo. When Johan complimented his wings, they fluttered even faster as Mel blushed- no one had ever said that to him before.

"Th- thank you," he replied, smiling.

When Leo entered the room, however, his eyes locked onto Mel's and he felt a chill run down his spine, wings fluttering in agitation now as his tail twitched nervously. The man walked towards him, never breaking eye contact and clearly glaring at him. Mel felt himself shrink as Leo approached him and, with a contemptuous flick, tossed his cigarette butt over his shoulder. All elation from the previous moment gone, Mel had a feeling of intense foreboding...

He hates me, he thought miserably, just for being a demon.

He wasn't judging Leo for it- he suspected that he'd probably dealt with horrible demons before, and it was natural to feel this way, but it still made him feel terrible. He tried to take his mind off of it and follow the ongoing conversation, just as the Saint introduced himself and tossed out protection coins to everyone in the room.

Mel's elation returned under the fact that an actual Saint not only viewed him as one of his teammates, but wanted to protect him as well. He reached out to snatch his coin from the air with a happy smile, which instantly turned to a grimace of pain as the holy metal burned his skin.

"Ouch!" he exclaimed, wincing and dropping the coin.

Thanks, but I meant included in the post.

Okay so thank you SP3CT3R SP3CT3R , I think that's honestly the best way Razzo could have thrown himself into the group and I love it!

Just gonna wait for an introduction and little back and forth from our part-fey combat medic, and then once things are winding down or tensing up y'all are gonna get a call to initiation

Sylvio Sylvio xD I’m debating on whether or not Freya will know about your little brag there, yknow since she’s on the Board of Directors and about thirty minutes away from implementing nonlethal ass whoopings as a team building exercise.
