Adira
Adira sighed as she saw that the bullet hadn't exited on the other side of his shoulder. "I am sorry, this is really going to hurt." She said before reaching to the side and grabbing the tweezers. They looked sterile but just in case, she cleaned them with the antiseptic thoroughly before she moved to grab the top of his shoulder firmly. "I need you to sit still while I do this, but before I dig into your shoulder with these tweezers, I am going to have to push hard on the wound to locate where the bullet is with the cloth." She explained, unsure if he was going to be able to handle it. For whatever reason, in the first aid class that she had taken, they had taught them what to do if there were something beneath the skin that they needed to remove, if it wasn't in any vital place anyway.
Adira moved to grab the cloth once more, and began pushing around the wound and over it firmly yet not too hard, until she found the more than naturally firm spot in his shoulder. "Found it." She said before taking hold of the tweezers, stabilizing him with her free hand, and moving to slide the tweezers into the wound while holding them closed. She opened them once they were in the wound, and used her thumb to try and keep the bullet from moving away from the tweezers, moving slow, hoping he wasn't going to start thrashing around while she did this... She knew it was going to hurt like hell, but what else could she do? Julie had said to remove the bullet, but Adira had a feeling that this would be much harder than she realized.

Rhylen
Rhylen had finished replacing the cap to the canteen before stuffing it back into her backpack, before rummaging for a food pack. They tasted disgusting, but it held the nutrients she needed to keep herself good. After looking at it for a moment, she threw it back in her backpack and stood, turning her flashlight on once more as she made her way into the kitchen and began opening cupboards. There was food, thank god. It looked like the people that had lived here left quite a bit of food, and she pulled out a can of spaghetti-ohs, before looking through the drawers in an attempt to find a can opener.
It was then that she heard it, like someone was here, and she went still, listening to the noises as they drew near. She grabbed a large kitchen knife off of the counter and ducked down, holding it close just as the door opened. 'Damn' she thought as she realized her guns were right in the open in the living room, and these apartments weren't real big, so the living room was almost directly in front of the doorway. She suddenly stood and shined the flashlight at the woman in front of her, the word "Freeze!" Being released from between her pale lips.
"Why are you here?" She asked, keeping the knife pointed at the girl as she rounded the counter. The reason she had the flashlight in the girls face was to blind her of the fact that she held a knife and not a gun. The girl didn't seem to have any firearms, which was a plus.
