As a guard you'd have your uniform, a ballistic vest with a steel insert in the chest and back and a collar guard so about level 2 body armor. A handgun and some sort of PDW/Shotgun. Whether that be a Carbine a shotgun or Sub machine gun is entirely up to you as well as a taser hand cuffs, the usual law enforcement equipment as well as a security access card (which may or may not prove useful). However there is the possibility of obtaining an assault rifle or other high power weaponry, and better equipment and armor since that would have been in the armory. However for a start the previously mentioned would likely be the extent of your equipment armor and weaponry.
