Personality:Blake never backs down in the line of duty, taking justice as a personal crusade even going as far, as having his weapons and armor on and with him, at all times, he doesn't take this job as a joke, he likes to take his job serious when he is in a fight, he will try to save as many lives, even going as far as going out of his way, to find those who do evil, when he is off duty as he calls it he can be much more lad back, but still ready to hop in and work at all times.
Backstory:Blake was a boy, a normal boy once, he lived a normal life, he was overall happy, he went to school, until the day his mother and father got killed by a gang after that day he ended up falling into sadness, he was alone most of his time, until another gang came to him, they said they knew what gang killed his mother and father, and could help him take them out, but only if he would agree to one thing. He had to agree to kill every last one of them, no matter who they are friends, family anyone. He would agree. Before he could speak again he was hit on the back of his head, as he passed out falling into darkness, as he passed out for who knows how long.
He woke up hours? Days? Maybe months later, he didn't know he seemed to be on a table, something was holding his arms and legs down, a beep could be heard as the gang leader walked in he said "Look who woke up after a few hours." He said "Anyway, "We plan to give you the power to kill those gang members don't worry." More beeps could be heard they started dragging things out barrels that had weird smelling things in them everyone else in the room had a gas mask on what was this, they seemed to be mixing it up.
After hours of having to watch them mix, they would draw some in with a syringe, it glowed with green, anyone would be able to see it in the darkest of places, he could feel a small prick as they injected him with whatever was in the needle he could feel a rushing pain in his he let out a yell in pain as he was trying to break free from the table, sweet pouring from his head as he let out one last yell than passed out.
When he woke up he was told, he had passed the test he didn't feel the same, something wasn't right, he was better and stronger now, the gang seemed to give him some gear and his armor he would come to use for years, it was better than anything he could find, they weapons they gave him did kind of suck but they worked for that time, after his first attack, the gang run off, breaking up, after many years he still kills gang members he can find to this day. He had heard many of the gang members had ran to this city called Sanfield to reform what was left of the gang, so he came many years after his first attack to finish what they started.

Name: Terra Stellar
Super-Hero\Villain name: Shifter. But Terra usually doesn't give a name to anyone - she tries to be as discreet as possible, so no one sees her.
Gender: Female
Age: Almost thirteen
Alignment: Neutral.
She doesn't completely align herself with any people, and sees the world in shades of grey. But she often uses her powers to make things to sell, then donates the money to charity. She thinks about ways she can use her powers to help slow global warming, and as her powers develop, she finds some ways. She also makes a bit of money from it, but only in legal ways.
Appearance: Short, dark hair. Pale skin. Very small for her age - looks younger than ten at first glance.
Personality: Smart, sassy and sarcastic. Wants to help people. She's a mild sociopath, but she knows that, and tries to fight it. She really doesn't want to be a bad person. The idea that she might turn into one as she grows up scares her more than anything else.
Backstory: Terra's mother went missing years ago, and her had father barely paid any attention to her since. At twelve, she was kidnapped by the three people who kidnapped and killed her mother. There was a vial of something. It was a glowing white liquid. Her captors said it had came from her mother. Terra stole it - she didn't know why, she was just compelled to.
Then Terra killed her captors and escaped. She hasn't been the same since. Everyone who knows her thinks it's because of trauma and nightmares. But her real issue is that she doesn't get nightmares, doesn't have any issues, and is just generally unaffected by it. She thinks she's probably a sociopath, and it terrifies her. Sometimes, she tries to feel bad about killing those three, but she just... can't.
One day, Terra felt the urge to look at the vial. She hadn't told anyone about it. As she reached for it, the skin under her nails turned the same color as the stuff in the vial, only fainter. Suddenly, she felt an impossible-to-fight urge to drink the vial's contents. As she did, she realized that the same stuff was in her and had been in her mother. She wondered what it would do when concentrated. It didn't take long to find out - only a few hours later, she made graphite for the first time.
Powers: Terra can rearrange molecules in gases and liquids, and absorb the energy from the reactions so she can do it without reactions. She can turn CO2 into oxygen and graphite. If she has enough energy from a making different reaction, she can turn CO2 into oxygen and diamond. She can CO2 and methane into diamond and water. She can do this with any molecule to make anything, unless it's solid - then she can only make it gas or liquid. She can't turn graphite into diamond, but she can make the oxygen in the air turn the graphite to CO2, then turn that into oxygen and diamond.
As she practices, Terra learns how to control the energy she absorbs. She can let it into other living beings that are running out, let it out as heat, cut down the amount of food she eats (she still needs protein), or even stop breathing, and let her stored energy keep her alive, instead of getting it from oxygen. She learns how to charge up objects, to make them move - she can give something a massive shove just by touching it. She's learning how to give a mostly-closed object (like a hollow, five-sided rectangle) the starting energy to rearrange molecules for her, in identical ways, again and again (with different clumps of the same type of matter each time), and take the energy from each reaction to do the next one. Terra learns new ways of getting energy - though it's difficult right now, she's learning to suck heat out of the air or warm objects, and suck energy out of ants and grass.
Terra's power takes a lot of concentration, and she hasn't completely figured it out yet. She can also only do this if there are molecules she knows - if she's outside, she can attract things like CO2 or nitrogen, use those, and not have to worry. If she doesn't know of any molecules with carbon (for example) that are in the area, she can do a general summon for carbon, but will break apart unknown molecules, creating unknown things, some of which could be dangerous. This isn't really an issue for carbon (as long as there's humans, there's always some trace of CO2 around) but for elements that aren't in constantly-present molecules, like iron, this can be a problem. Every time she does a general summon for an element, she risks weakening and collapsing structures around her, or creating a toxic gas.
Equipement:Her concentration, determination and vague hand gestures that might be directly helping her, or might just help her concentrate. She seriously doesn't know.
Extra: Terra is considering setting up objects (probably tupperware) to endlessly turn CO2 into graphite and oxygen. If she sets up enough of these objects, she could prevent global warming.
She needs to get better at setting up objects to rearrange molecules first, and also needs to find ways around people freaking out. She wonders if people would take her creations apart. Or if they'd be able to. Or if they'd be too scared to go near them.

Personality: Ally is a arrogant weirdo he always says he is the best hero when people say he isnt he often says "Your just jelly!" Like a child, he doesn't like to admit thing's, and is easily angered, but he really isn't dumb actually hes smart he only says things like "Im the best hero!" To make himself feel confident
Backstory: he once lived with his family who were very strict they were a classic hunting family meaning they use bow's, everyday they would practice archery using there wooden target's Ally always missed while his 3 brothers always made perfect shots his father and mom were very dissapointed in him, and ally got jealous, one day he left to house to go travel using the money his family gave him, years later he was in a jungle in africa he discovered a old village broken down, while trying to find anything worth something he saw a cup he grab the cup and went into his mind (like he was in a white room) he saw a genie the genie said "ill give you 3 wishes" his three wishes were "i want ice powers, and i wanna be a black belt in taekwondo, and i wanna be a very skilled archie like a master!" He granted these wishe's, and that is how archie was born
