Pyro watch as the darkhoods began to fly out of the ship. Once there boss and there elites went off to fight Fae the rest start trying to invade. But with Val's speed see corralled them into big pile. "Sure." Pyro said going into his final form and launching a large ki blast at the group of Omnizwart. "So you weren't just going to leave Fae to defeat them all." Pyro said flying up to Val.

"I've been wanting to test my new technique on living target..." Pyro said forming the ki blade around his arm. "...I now I can" Pyro said charging in and began to slice though Omnizwart with his ki blade. The blade easy cut though the warrior who was not powerful enough to defend against it. "This works like a charm" Pyro said smirking as the Omnizwart began keeping there distant from him. "Well I geuss back to old method, Black Death Cannon" Pyro said blasting Omnizwart with his large ki blast.

Valkyrie observed as Pyro tested out a new technique, and it got her thinking that perhaps she and Era should come up with new techniques of their own to try out. Era had her Ki Lance, Ki Gradient, and Internal Struggle techniques to use if need be. Val had... Well, nothing. She had no unique or original techniques that were truly her own to speak of, and as she continued watching Pyro slice through the Omnizwart forces she couldn't help but look at her hands in disappointment that she had nothing to her own name.

It irked her, but now wasn't the time to think about it.

So, for the time being, she abandoned those thoughts and instead decided now was as good a time as any to continue doing what she came here to do... Destroy these Omnizwart forces and keep them from assaulting her home world while Fae dealt with the big fish.

And Era... was still sleeping on her boulder and curled up on her side.

"Tch. Lazy bum." Val grumbled.

"Well, more for me and Pyro if she's going to sleep through it all." She said confidently.

With that she got to work in earnest by speeding through the enemies like a wrecking ball and taking them out with brutal and precise blows to vulnerable areas. On several occasions she hit them so hard that she completely snapped their bones and bodies on impact. One individual was bent completely backwards at the waist because she struck his spine and snapped it like a twig.

She had to admit that she was having fun. These enemies, even a few months ago, would have either killed her or given her a serious run for her money. But now?... Now they were nothing.

Valkyrie was growing bored of this...

The Omnizwart forces who were present were powerful by normal standards and a serious threat to her Race as a whole. But to her? To Valkyrie they were little more than pests at this point.

"*Sigh*... This isn't any fun." She said calmly.

Several of the more powerful warriors who were present immediately took offense to her nonchalant attitude. They all took pride in their power as warriors of Omnizwart. To be cast off as "no fun" by a piece of Saiyan garbage was not something they would stand for.

They began rushing her in large numbers only to be batted away. But Valkyrie didn't kill this lot. She figured that even if she couldn't have that much fun with them at the moment she could do so later. Once they were done attacking her she faced them with a smile.

"Okay then... How bout this instead?" She asked.

Valkyrie then powered down, cutting her strength by almost half to better match the forces before her. At least this way they stood a chance and would make her work for a victory. Fighting with an assured conclusion was no fun for a Saiyan.

Rising above the debris, her and her golden aura took center stage, and Fae looked down at the Omnizwart leader with a smirk. Zarko. He called himself. She watched as his power climbed in her scouter. His elites, this alpha squad, charging her at their full power. Four of them. Their power ranging from a 200 to 300 million. And to think that this would have been an unimaginable feat before... now, however, she viewed this as as good test of her power. She would take them all on.

She could see it in their movement. She knew they had to know her power. They would be attacking at once. She adjusted her stance, paying attention to their directions. And then they clashed.

The first she kicked away, the next two she caught their fist. Slinging them around to knock away the fourth and tossing two and three in opposite direction. Just in time as she felt Zarko approach from above. She twisted in the air and blocked his kick with her knees.

But rather than blocking it fully, she gave up her position in the sky and let herself get sent flying downwards towards the veritable canyon created with her earlier impact into the mountain. Taking advantage of the opportunity to change position to stay on control.

As she closed the distance to the ground, she fired off shots of ki to. She knew they would dodge. But the change in their position was enough for her to put them in positions where she could better predict their approach. They may have been elite, but they reacted like she expected any well trained fighter would. Spreading out so she would not as easily target them consecutively.

It spread them out just far enough that just as Fae passed into the crevice, it's walls blocked two of them from her view for a split second. And that was all she needed to charge her ki. As soon as Faeoras feet touched the ground, she raised her hand upward just as they passed the cliffs all and came into view.

She released a short range and directionless blast of energy. Three of the four alphas evaded... but the fourth, one who had been blocked from view early, was encompassed by it and swallowed by its light.

The three remaining alphas and Zarko took positions to surround her as she recovered from her cheap shot. And she was fine with this. There was nowhere for her to run this time. Just as there was nowhere for them to either. Unfortunately for them. Close quarters was where Faeora operated best.

The clash truly began here, as the four of them combined attacked her simultaneously. Putting Fae immediately on the defense between them. The three alphas, they were not much threat. Their blows packed enough power to be dangerous, but they moved too slow and she easily blocked and weaved between them. But they were a front for the real threat, Zarko. As slippery as any amphibian, his atracks were swift as tracked precise. And even the defensive capabilities of Fae struggled against his inclusion. The alphas distracting her while Zarkos attacks were the no doubt what was most to be worried about.

The five of them together became a flurry of punches and kicks. The fight within the gorge beginning to make the ground around the grumble as the series of slams and blasts and blows escalated. Zarko knew he had this saiyan on the ropes. Even if the presence of the alphas kept him from applying full force, As impressive as she was, there was no way she could hold up against this accumulative assault. He, however, was getting worried. This super saiyan was doing better than expected, and his scouter was informing him of the numbers of his forces being cut down by than he handful. The saiyans were not supposed to have than he his sort of resistance. The power he was reading was well beyond what was expected.

Zarko was able than he his land a well placed fist into Faeoras back, stunning her enough that he slammed an orb of ki into her and sent her flying out of the crater and into the sky.

"Alpha team. New plan. I'll deal with her. Go deal with the new threats." He said grimly. He couldn't have his people dying left and right like that. And they needed support more than he did.

He turned his attention back to the saiyan, to fight her one on one, now. But she had already recovered... but rather than charge him... she was hovering in the air, charging a ki blast. An orb in her hand, pointed at him. She smirked and moved her hand... not aiming it at him anymore... but the Omnizwart ship.

It was too late for him to stop it. As she fired, the orb moved fast. It collided with the ship. And it was virtually disintegrated in the ensuing explosion. Bits of metal and debris rained down, aiming and Zarko knew that only victory was an option now.

"You have only sealed your fate. It is of no matter. You will not win this." He said with scowl, charging at her.

"Is that so? I'm not convinced."
She retorted as she charged too, meeting him halfway. And any thought of him being easier to fight one on was was thrown out the window. Zarko was fast. And his skill was more than enough to bridge the gap of their miniscule difference in power. Without the other alphas, Fae was able to move much more easily... but so was he. Their fight took the clouds and over the city as they crashed time and time again in the sky.

Valkyrie was busy having fun with her new playmates and fighting on equal ground when she sensed the approach of more powerful enemies. She powered up instantly to full and broke away from her playmates, leaving them to Pyro and his crew as she observed the three warriors with powers comparable to their leader approaching.

Slowly Valkyrie let a smile creep onto her face as she shook her head.

"Something amusing Val?" Era asked from out of nowhere.

"SON OF A GESTREL ERA!!!" Val shrieked.

((Gestrel is a disgusting and ugly as sin creature of Metahnn's swampy regions))

Era chuckled.

"Didn't sense my approach?" She asked.

"No! I didn't! You scared me half to death!!" Val barked.

Era continued chuckling.

"Well good. Then my trick worked." She said.

"What trick?!" Val demanded.

"We'll talk about that later. For now we have company." She said.

The three other warriors were floating nearby glaring at the two of them.

"You've got some nerve ignoring us to banter about tricks!" One of them yelled.

"Prepare to die, Saiyan scum!" Another shouted.

Era chuckled and Valkyrie scoffed.

"You DARE to mock us?!" The first shouted again.

"I think they have a death wish." Said the third.

Era shook her head.

"... You really should run along boys." Era said.

"Indeed. If you couldn't handle Faeora up there, you have no chance against us." Valkyrie proclaimed.

"Oh?"

Era nodded.

"The two of us, as well as Faeora, have spent months training with one another." Era began.

"Even without transforming into Super Saiyans ourselves, both Era and I here are used to fighting against Fae in her full power Super Saiyan state. Our bodies have adapted to a higher level of combat as a result, and even if we cannot damage you in this state we can still avoid you and counter your techniques to wear you down. You'd be better off going back to help your leader fight Fae because he's got no chance against her by himself... None whatsoever." Valkyrie declared.

"Hah! What a load of garbage. You think you can fight on even terms with US?! Have you used those devices on your faces to scan our power levels? They're over 20x that of yours right now, and you think you can fight on even ground with us just because you trained with a couple other Saiyans?!"

Val and Era both nodded with smiles on their faces.

"I've heard and seen enough! If you two think you can back up your words, then PROVE IT!!" The leader of this trio shouted.

He darted forward as fast as his body would take him aiming a deadly punch directly to Era's forehead, but as he reached her in his own eyes it was as if she slid along his fist. But half a millimeter separated his punch from his target, and before he could react Era's elbow smashed into his nose causing him to blink and fly past her skidding along the ground on his feet before coming to a halt.

"What in the HELL!?" He screamed, rubbing his nose to find a single small smear of blood on it.

He looked back at Era who was smiling wryly over her shoulder at him. She cocked one hip, and in her new armor, revealing as it was...

"... We tried to warn you." She began.

"We're on a different level than you thanks to our time training as Super Saiyans. Our bodies have adapted to a level of combat you and your ilk will never know. So I offer you this final chance... Go help your leader. He's got no chance against Faeora, and if you continue trying to fight Valkyrie and I you'll only die that much faster."

Era held out her left hand with her palm facing the sky and a small aura of golden energy erupted from it. It was about the size of a watermelon from Earth, but it was enough to show she held the same golden glow that Faeora was now engulfed in. Proof of her Super Saiyan power.

Era let the aura in her hand dissipate before turning to the leader of this little trio of misfits.

"So what will it be gentlemen? Continue fighting us and embarrass yourselves before you die, or die with your dignity in tact against Faeora? Your choice." She said with a smile.

The leader of the trio was fuming.

"We shall not die here! Your reaction times may be fast, but they won't save you forever! ATTACK!!!" He screamed.

The three of them began descending on Era and Valkyrie, both of whom smiled and powered up to their respective maximums in their base form and leapt into the air to engage their foes.

This would be fun.

"You know not to long ago you guys would off been a threat to me." Pyro said to a darkhood who he held in a headlock. "But you are just fly annoying me." Pyro said before snapping the darkhoods neck. A moment later a few of the "elite" alpha team member flew over to him.

"Frost demon your time has come to an en..." The alpha team member said before blasted back by a blast by Pyro. The alpha team member was still standing but he did get badly hurt.

"Huh you lived, I guess you are stronger then the regular trash here but..." Pyro said creating his ki blade. "You are still going to die". Pyro added before charging at the group of alpha and cutted the one he blasted in half. Then he blocked a few ki blasts that the others blasted. A few hit him and did a small amount of damage but that was it. "Well you guys can take more damage then the other soldiers here and dish out a bit more to." Pyro said with a smirk. "Well the gentlemen shall we get this over with" Pyro said as the other alpha team members charged at him...

The three powerful warriors all engaged Valkyrie and Era in the air in a frantic game of cat and mouse. Despite being outnumbered and grossly overpowered from a sheer numbers standpoint, Era and Valkyrie were dodging reliably and even countering for small amounts of damage. Their powers were only 14.6 and 15 million, but it seemed that those powers were more than enough. Their enemies powers were somewhere between 200 and 300 million, but it didn't matter in the face of superior experience and reaction times.

Era and Valkyrie were having a field day with evading their enemies. It was almost child's play. After fighting against Fae in her Super Saiyan form for so long in the Void Room, this was nothing. They'd adapted to a higher level of combat even in base form, so this was cake walk for them.

Plus...

They still had their Super Saiyan powers to draw from if need be, but it wasn't necessary at this time.

They were having too much fun to power up and make things easy now.

Of course Era, in her new "armor", was having the most fun. The two she was engaging were very humanoid, almost to the point where they looked like humans from Earth save for a subtle difference in skin texture, and they were both obviously hot and bothered by her attire. Both had a hard time keeping their eyes on anything but her chest or her posterior which gave her plenty of openings to exploit. Valkyrie, on the other hand, was playing a much more straight forward game with her enemy.

D. Rex D. Rex ChazGhost ChazGhost

Era's dance was truly that, a dance. She was dancing with her enemies not even bothering to put up a real guard. Their attacks came sloppily in their haste to defeat her, and from her attire. Her ultra-revealing clothing and bountiful assets became their ultimate downfall. Their powers, despite being leagues above her base form's power, felt like they were being drained because of her attire's alluring qualities.

A punch came to Era's head and she simply turned her head and watched the fist slide right by in front of her nose. She'd then continue and complete the spin before shoving her face up into theirs with a smile. The enemy would flinch backward, and she'd float a little higher putting her bust right up close to his face where his eyes would quickly either glue themselves to her assets or dart to the side to avoid having to get caught in the trap. But either way that momentary lapse in concentration was all Era needed to continue dancing around him as his partner came to help him out... If you could call it help.

He tried to grab Era's arm, but succeeded only in grabbing the air next to it as Era twisted around putting her bust in his path. Avoiding grasping something he'd regret, he moved his hand to the side before Era used his arm as a spring board to bounce higher into the air and float above both of them giving them a good look at her posterior from the low angle. Under normal circumstances this view was heaven's grace, but in the heat of battle it was yet another slap in the face.

Era continued dancing and playing games using her sexual appeal to bother them relentlessly while Valkyrie fought her enemy head to head.

All the while the two of them wondered how Fae was doing.

Zarko was good. Fae was happy to come to know this as the two of them ricocheted across the sky. She came to sense with his rhythm, and her body became familiar with his fists. He attacked with a confidence of a career warrior. One who needed more than just power to take down. In fact, his skills reminded her of Era. And even though Zarko was frequently pushing her into the defense... the longer the battle drug on... and the more she felt his blows... the more she felt the thrill of battle rise up in her.

She wasn't playing around with him. And wasn't pulling her punches. She had to be on her toes to fight someone with this level of the craft. And she was overjoyed to be pushed in such a manner.

Her eyes held the fire of the saiyan spirit as she blocked a blow to her midsection. "Shame you didn't get here sooner. Else you might have been the one to have killed the King." She commented with an uncharacteristic glee. Her grinned remained as she parried his next blow. Countering with jab to the face. His head moved just enough that it wasn't a direct hit, and most of the force was directed away as her fist slid across his slimy skin.

Using this opportunity to come in closer her buried a punch into the stomach of the saiyan. Her joy at this occasion summed up why the saiyans could not be trusted. Such a disgusting lust for battle. "Your frivolity betrays the priorities of your kind. It is because you take such joy in this that your kind is so easily corrupted. Here, your planet is at stake and you grin. You will regret not taking this seriously. You should be much more worried." Zarko said, getting more and more flustered with her. His follow up blow sent her back a bit.

Fae blocked it expertly, and looked at him. Her eyes narrowed and her grin widened. "How kind of you to give me such advice. But it is your forces that are dwindling. Not mine." She taunted. He wanted her to get serious? So be it. It was time to take this to its end. Her muscles were starting to burn with the exertion. An ecstatic feeling. And she didn't know how much longer she would be able to keep this form up. She took her stance again, just as he charged her with a indignant growl.

But she could tell. He was getting tired too. Exertion starting to show in his movements.

This time, as his body met with hers, blows and blocks were traded at lightning speed. But this time, Fae was on the offensive, pushing him back. "You are good, Zarko. But I'm better!" She exclaimed, teasing him with a brief opening. One that he clearly found irresistible as he slipped right past her as expected. Getting behind her... only to receive an elbow to his face.

Spinning around in follow through, she planted a hard palm into his chest. Then a fist to his shoulder. Changing his rhythm so he would have to use his other... which her other expectantly parried, and she slammed her forehead into his. Curling her knees to her chest to block the kick she knew was coming to what would normally be an opening to her abdomen after such an overextend ion of her center mass.

Sure enough, Zarkos foot struck harmlessly against her shins. And with a simple shove to put him off balance after that, she leaned back and extended her legs back out to deliver a double stomp that sent him meteoring into the ground.

"But even if you did somehow best me... there are two other super saiyans that you would have to deal with." She jeered as she rocketed towards the crater he now inhabited. Going in for a finishing blow to send him deep under ground.

But in a blink, he rolled out of the way and onto his feet. Taken advantage of her sudden stop open colliding with the ground and striking her with a double axe to her upper back. Sending her toppling forward, only to catch herself in a roll, and twist around and land yet another hard palm to his chest, sending him flying upwards in pain.

But before she could follow, he put his hands together and unleashed a beam of ki in her direction. And it was a direct hit. Even though she tried to block, it swallowed her sent her into the crater Zarko had previously made.

"Then I will destroy them to!" He yelled angrily down at the the saiyan buried in the rubble.

The rubble moved and Fae crawled out from it... yet... her golden hair now replaced by the simple black of her base form. Having been knocked out of the super saiyan form... she panted heavily and looked up at him with a smirk.

"With all that bragging, and that is all you had? I will finish you then deal with the others." He said with an angry frown.

"Is that right? Well let me point you to them. Botherwise of whom are stronger than me." Fae said, gesturing with one hand towards Era, and the other towards Valkyrie. As if on queue, they would likely power up to their full to show them that she wasn't bluffing. ( ChoShadow ChoShadow )

Zarko looked from one to the other, sensing their power, with an expression that held an odd mix of horror and rage.

Faeora pointed up at him defiantly. "But they won't get the chance to finish. Because I'm not done yet. You are mine. And you never had a chance against me."

Zarko looked back at her with true wrath in his eyes. Against two. He couldn't win. His men were dying. And this saiyan still challenged him. "THEN I WILL JUST KILL YOU ALL WITH THIS WHOLE PLANET!" He screamed as he flew high in the sky. His power increasing immensly. Raising his hands in front of him, a ball of yellow ki was beginning to form. But unlike attacks from before... his ki still grew. As did the glowing orb.

Rather than chase after him. Faeora took a deep breath and centered herself. Her smile faded as she looked up at him. She could feel it. That sort of attack could destroy the planet. And it was aimed right at her.

It was perhaps here that she would do something only a saiyan could understand. Rather than charge him while he was open, or call for help... she let out a scream and began powering up. This was still her fight. Even if losing it meant losing the planet. Transforming into super saiyan once more, she kept powering up.

She quickly reached her max limit... but still she pushed herself. With her ki overflowing into the ground, forming a massive anchor. Bigger than any she had done before. Spreading far and deep.

Zarko let out another yell and lunch the planet buster towards Metahn... towards Fae.

As the large yellow orb descended at a rapid pace. Faeora balled her fist and gritted her teeth. She could not let it pass. Nor could she let it explode near the surface. But she knew. She knew that she could do it. Because she was not weak any more.

Just as it looked like the planet buster was about to touch down, just as it was about to swallow her. She lashed out. Slamming her fist into its surface. Putting her might into the punch.

It stopped. No. It just slowed to a crawl. It still pushed downwards, and Fae's arm began to bend. Then her legs.

All of Faeoras muscles burned as she struggled to stop it. This was nothing to her. NOTHING!

Faeora let out a primal scream, and she began to straighten out. Pushing it back. The yellow orb flashed blue for the briefest instant, before very suddenly, like being shot from a cannon, it gave in to Fae's strength and was sent flying into space. Right past Zarko who stared down at her in disbelief.

"They may be stronger than me!" She screamed up at him. Bending her knees as if about to jump.

All the ki she had pooled into the surface. Vanished in a quake that could be felt across the region, she used it all to rocket herself at Zarko in a grand scale flashstep. Moving at such speed she completely disappeared from all eyes.

Her fist hit directly into the midsection of Zarko. With all the strength she could possibly muster. It struck with such force, the clouds around them parted, and Zarkos own body began to bend and be threatened to be pierced.

"BUT I PUNCH ABOVE MY WEIGHT!" She screamed and with one mighty heave, Zarko was punched clear out of the atmosphere with only a sonic boom to announce his exit.

The alien had not even the chance to scream as his trajectory had him collide with the planet buster that was still flying away. Causing it to explode harmlessly just out of reach of Metahn.

Fae panted heavily, looking up at the flash in the sky. With a swipe of a thumb across her nose, she spat out a bit of blood and powered down to base form.

Era and Val had been enjoying themselves tremendously making the three cohorts to Zarko look like totally undisciplined fools. Fighting in base form and evading every blow through experience and remarkably honed reaction times, they wore them down considerably before they sensed a change in Fae's energy during her battle.

The two of them came together for a brief moment, bio-electricity sparking around their bodies. The three enemies charged at them only to be suddenly blasted away by a unified Ki beam the two of them sent their way. They had, for the briefest of moments, borrowed the might of their Super Saiyan forms to empower their attack and make it strong enough to send the enemies away without transforming. They hit the ground hard, their bodies sizzling with steam and smoke from the heat of the attack.

And as Era and Val turned their attention to Fae, she was talking to the enemy. She had just informed him that there were two more Super Saiyans even stronger than her and gestured up at them.

Era and Valkyrie smiled and wasted no time in transforming.

Both of them, as if it was nothing, unleashed the golden aura of the Super Saiyan as their hair, tails, and eyes changed colors to match. Their features were calm. No anger or aggression to be seen at all. It was almost frighteningly calm.

They looked back down towards their own opponents who were gawking at them with fear at this point, sensing how massive their combined Ki truly was in Super Saiyan form. Both Era and Val disappeared and reappeared on either side of their three hapless victims and unleashed Ki blasts towards one another. With Era on one side and Val on the other, their Ki blasts met in the middle vaporizing their opponents with no fanfare. They let the Ki blasts dissipate with a small explosion and then powered down to base form.

Zarko was alone now...

The two of them floated into the air and crossed their arms to show they had no intention of butting in, and watched with pride as Fae put an end to Zarko with quite the dramatic finish. They couldn't help but smile as Fae powered down, and they floated down next to her.

"Nice work Fae," Era said happily.

"We knew they'd be no match for you. I'm almost sad the others decided to fight us instead of continue to help him against you. He needed the help." Valkyrie added.

"It won't take Pyro and his crew long to wipe out the rest. How about we get you cleaned up and go grab a bite? I'm hungry!" Era said, patting Fae on the back making sure not to do so in a way that would cause undue stress or harm.

All the while the Saiyan Race had been watching with great anticipation of the outcome. When it was over, Faeora had become something of a global phenomenon, and her name was now on everyone's lips. The Super Saiyan who defeated the most powerful being the rest of the Saiyan Race had ever seen that wasn't already a Saiyan. And she did so on her own with no help. A true warrior worthy of the highest respect and admiration.

By the time the day was over she was the talk of the town. And when they went out to eat as Era asked earlier, everyone wanted to sit at their table and ask her questions. She was a celebrity, in a sense. Despite Era and Valkyrie also being Super Saiyans, Faeora's accomplishment stood alone as the focal point of the Saiyan Race's attention for the time being.

As Pyro finished off the "elite" of the alpha squad he looked and watch the end of Fae's fight. And it was quite the show with Fae launching Zarkos into his own attack. "Well look like main threat gone... Time to kill everyone there ship." Pyro said blasting some Omnizwart out of the sky.

Then Pyro looked around at the remaining Omnizwarts and ruins of ship. "Well looks like it time to get rid of the remain worms and get men to pick apart this field" Pyro said blasting the remaining Omnizwarts as they tried to escape before he called his crew to come and do there job. Not to long after his men showed up and began take the equipment of the dead bodies and pick apart of what remained of the ship they flew in on.

The group was able to rest and relax for a good while back on Metahnn. Almost an entire week passed before anything of significance happened.

During that time Era, with her new armor, spent much of her time at public training facilities observing and sexually frustrating her male counterparts who were trying to practice their fighting techniques, Ki techniques, and strategies as well as sparring with each other. She saw many of them glancing at her out of the corners of their eyes while sparring before getting hit in the face, and she couldn't help but chuckle.

Valkyrie spent much of her time during the week meditating and practicing transforming with positive Ki so that her body wouldn't experience the strain of the transformation's original state.

But when the time came one week later, nobody was prepared for it.

Metahnn's Communication's Center received an urgent distress call from Zaero, Elprede's home world. They claimed that an outlandishly powerful being had appeared as if from nowhere, and Elprede was currently engaged in a desperate battle to prevent this being from reaching or destroying his home world.

Metahnn's military forces all began to gather and the call went out to Valkyrie, Era, Faeora, and Pyro about the distress beacon. And thus everyone boarded Pyro's vessel since it was faster than Era's and had more advanced warp technology.

Everyone was on edge, as Zaero wouldn't put out such a distress call unless the unthinkable was happening... Elprede was losing.

D. Rex D. Rex ChazGhost ChazGhost ((Chaz can take over from here with his reaction to the distress call and starting the ship and taking them out into warp space. If King wants to react as well I'll wait a few days and give him the chance.))

After the fight and scavenging of items of the battle field Pyro relaxed a couple days before going to back to training his men. It was during the training when got news of the distress signal. "It's been awhile sense I seen that fox... And I don't believe I ever got the pleasure of going to his planet before..." Pyro said to himself hearing the information. "Men head back to the ship and get it ready. We are heading Zaero help out the fox... And to hopefully sell what we just picked up from the those dead fools I killed" Pyro said smirking as he and his crew headed quickly back to the ship and did what the needed to do to get ready.

Once Era, Val, Fae, and who ever was coming got on board Pyro got into his captain chair and gave the order to take off. The ship flew quickly into the air and out of the planet's orbit. Once it was far enough away Pyro gave the order to go into warp space. "Everyone we will be at Zaero in about (However long it take). One of you monkey need to head to communicates sector and help get into contact with Zaero so we can get a better idea of what we heading into." Pyro said over the ships intercoms.

On board Pyro's ship Val stayed near or on the bridge watching the front viewport as they raced through warp space. Doing so served as a calming mechanism for her. She was certain that Elprede of all beings, being the vessel of the First God, should have been able to defend his home world. Especially if he was able to catch whoever this invading force was out in space where he could move at up to and beyond light speeds. Utilizing the strength of the First God as well had to have been worth something to stall for time.

But compared to Era, Valkyrie was the picture of tranquility.

Era was in a private chamber sitting on the bed with her hands clasped tightly together and a look of concern on her face. She had severed her connection to Elprede long ago, but there was a fraction of her heart which could still almost hear and feel what he was going through. A leftover trace of the bond they once shared. And if this fragment of their bond was any indication then Elprede was in unbearable pain.

They had to hurry.

If the First God was losing and in pain, that didn't speak well for the outcome of His efforts to protect his home world.

Era's thumbs flicked back and forth against one another as she sat in worry about the outcome of what was happening. Warp speed was fast, and they'd be at Zaero in less than twenty minutes. But even then that might not be enough.

"Just hold on Elprede... We're coming." She whispered.

Unconsciously Era's power began rising as her anticipation and anxiousness to help her friend began to reach a critical state. Valkyrie, up on the bridge, sensed Era's power increase and found that her own power level as well was rising right alongside it. Fae's power as well seemed to be rising. Perhaps it was a Saiyan thing. Whenever their allies were in danger the Saiyan Race always found the strength to rise up and protect them.

Twenty minutes...

It was going to be a long twenty minutes.

Victory. In more than just the sense of winning the fight. She had also won prestige in her own right. Her own. Not because of a family name. Not because of who she associated with. How did it feel? Warm. All this time spent in the shadows of others, and she now got to step out into the light to make shadows of her own.

In all the excitement, she let herself go during her feast with the girls. Empowered like never before, she ate and drank freely. And associated with people who now knew her name. Even going as far to take a page from Era's MO and dress less... battle prepared. It was a good night.

In the morning, Faero arrived at Era's home looking for Fae. He had a luggage case with him, and left upon giving it to her. At first, she thought it was from him, but as she opened it, she realized it was Tory. Her mother had written a short and simple letter explaining that she had left without taking any of her belongings. Inside was some clothes and armor, as well as some money. In the envelope with the letter was her favorite pair of earrings. Normally not dabbling with luxury baubles, she tended to leave them at home. But it was nice to know Tory had actually cared enough to send this. As well as had the courtesy not to ask her to return. This would be helpful. Because Fae couldnt fit into Eras... Even moreso given the coming bad news...

Faeora sat cross legged on the floor in the bridge. While she had been meditating, it was a bit hard to focus knowing what was going on. Truth be told, she didn't have a lot of love for Elprede. Nor did she know him that will. But she knew the others cared for him, so that was all the reason she needed. What she did remember was watching him train. Watching, to train herself to follow the speed of his movements. He was also no small part of inspiration to how she came up with the Yoseishin.

She looked over her shoulder at Pyro, "Don't you have a crew for that, Captain?" She asked amusedly. "Whatever. I'm on it." She said and hurried off to the communications room.

At the desk in less than a minute, she activated the comms and scanners and sensors. Seeing what she could pick up. At the same time she punched in the last known frequency they had from Elprede, then broaden the signal to also reach out to the planet. Seeing if she could hail a signal from them to or let them know they are on their way.

(((Get ready for a tearjerker guys! I expect suitable reactions from everyone's characters after this!)))

Twenty minutes... It was a long twenty minutes.

Fae had jumped on the communications relay near the start of their journey and had managed to make contact with Zaero for a time. The Nephelem comms officers relayed that an abnormally powerful enemy was here and that they were threatening to erase Zaero and everyone on it. Elprede was engaged in battle at the moment, but it was looking grim. Whoever this enemy was, they were making sport of him.

Five minutes later all communications halted abruptly which didn't speak well for Zaero. The sudden loss of communication had everyone, namely Era, on edge.

And finally... The moment arrived.

They exited warp space and... Nothing.

Just... Nothing.

When the ship came to a halt, they were in empty space. There were no planets in sight. Era demanded they double check the coordinates, and they confirmed that they were in the right place. Zaero should have been directly in front of them... But it was gone.

Where Zaero once stood was now empty space. Not even debris or rubble from the planet remained. It had been utterly erased from existence... Just as the ominous enemy had claimed.

Era stood on the bridge with her mouth agape and her eyes wide in shock and horror. Valkyrie was next to her. Val was far more stoic, but nevertheless displaying regret and sorrow for not arriving in time. The rest of the crew... Well, there was a mixture of fear and shock at the fact that Zaero was gone.

Era ran to the ship exit and hastily put on a space suit before leaving the ship and flying out into the void at top speed until she felt a familiar lingering energy in the heart of where Zaero once stood.

"Elprede?!" She yelled.

Nothing.

I can feel his energy, but I can't see him... Where are you? She thought.

That lingering energy left behind. It was the energy of the First God. The energy Elprede gave off in his Primal form and when he took to his First God state. But despite this lingering energy around her in space there was no sign of the silver Nephelem nor any other members of his race.

Era's emotions began to run wild inside her as she frantically looked around for her friend. She flew this way and that, up and down, back and forth trying desperately to find some kind of source for this lingering power that was left behind. But there was nothing. It was 100% emptiness.

She was alone.

"Elprede!!!" She screamed.

... Nothing.

Era's movements came to a halt and she floated there in the middle of empty space. Over the communication's device in her suit, everyone on board the ship could hear her beginning to sob and weep as she desperately looks around... Still searching in vain for that energy source which the others all knew she would never find.

"El... Come back." She begged.

She continued to sob and put her hands to the face of her suit helmet.

"Come back!" She cried.

But there was no response.

Several minutes passed with Era floating in the middle of empty space surrounded by the lingering energy of the First God before something finally happened.

... bzzt...

It was her comms device, and Era perked up immediately. Everyone on the ship could hear it too as a very, very weak transmission began to come through.

... bzzt... C-...bzzt... -an y-bzzt... ar me?...

It was Jasmine, Elprede's AI. She was communicating with them from somewhere.

"Jasmine!! Where are you?!" Era yelled.

... ... bzzt... I-... sorry... Era...

"Don't say that!!! Just tell me where you are!!!" Era cried.

... ... bzzt... ... Era...

"Yes, Jasmine! I'm here!! Tell me where you are!! Please!! Era cried.

... I am-... intergalactic network... bzzt...

The intergalactic network was a powerful signal path through space which information between worlds could freely flow. It was established long ago by several prominent races, including the Saiyans, for intergalactic communications across vast distances. Jasmine was now piggy backing off of that network to relay a message to them.

... bzzt... Era... bzzt... Up...

"Up?! She asked.

Era looked up and began flying higher from her position. As she did so Jasmine's signal became stronger.

... bzzt... Can you hear me?

"Yes! Yes!! I can hear you!!" Era said, overcome with joy.

... I'm sorry Era... We could not stop Zaero from falling... We failed...

"It's not your fault Jasmine... We should have been there. We should have gotten here faster."

No... It's good you didn't make it or you all would have died as well. The enemy which destroyed Zaero was so powerful even Elprede with all of the First God's power was unable to defeat him.

... That news stunned Era to silence.

"... I... What? She asked with horror and shock in her voice.

It wasn't just a powerful being... It was a monster. His power was so massive Elprede could feel it several galaxies away before he ever even made it here. And what was worse is that it was a being with Divine power. Power of the Gods.

Era couldn't even speak anymore.

Elprede fought with all of his might against this foe, but it was for nothing. He toyed with Elprede the whole time. Even Elprede's faster than light movement was no match for this... This creature. It was horrible.

Era finally found her voice.

"Jasmine... Where is Elprede? She asked softly.

Somewhere deep within her heart Era knew the answer to this question. But there was that tiny spec of hope that sh was wrong, and she was hoping for a miracle to prove it so.

.......... He's gone, Era... The one who destroyed Zaero killed him.

Era went silent.

On board the ship Valkyrie's teeth ground against each other as she closed her eyes tightly and a single tear fell from her left eye. She turned her head and walked out of the bridge into the hallway with one hand over her eyes and the other clenched in a fist at her side.

In space, Era floated almost lifelessly at hearing this news. In her suit her body had gone limp and her face now bore a look of total despair and sorrow. Her tears flowed silently. She didn't even have the energy to sob or cry anymore. The tears just flowed without conscious interference. Era's mind had gone blank.

Era... This being destroyed all of the Nephelem throughout the universe before coming here. Zaero was the last planet with Nephelem inhabitants, and Elprede the last Silver Nephelem among them... Now that they're all gone.......... The First God Himself is dead.

Era barely even registered this. She was so overcome with sadness that all this news was going in one ear and out the other while Pyro, his crew, and Fae listened with a mixture of sorrow and confusion.

I'm sorry Era... Jasmine said, sobbing.

Jasmine was an AI, but she was sobbing and crying. Elprede's AI was so advanced she had actually developed conscious emotions, and she was displaying them now for the entire crew.

... I'm sorry... She repeated, still sobbing.

I have delivered the message of Zaero and Elprede's death to you... My final mission is now complete. Jasmine whimpered.

Era slowly began to come back to herself hearing those words.

"Wh-What do you mean? Jasmine?!" Era asked desperately.

... Elprede was my creator. My friend... My family. Now that he's gone, I have no further use. Jasmine cried.

"Wait! You can use the intergalactic network to download yourself to Pyro's ship. You can come with us! Please Jasmine!" Era begged.

No Era... You don't understand. Elprede was my whole world... My one reason for existing. Without him I-... I have no reason or desire to live anymore.

Era continued trying to talk Jasmine into joining them, but it seemed it was no use.

I'm just an AI... A program... But Elprede gave me consciousness and life. A life which I have deeply enjoyed. But he's gone now, Era. And so I must disappear as well... If there is life after death, I will find him there. And when I do I will be happy again.

Era was bawling at this point, begging desperately for Jasmine to remain behind as their one last connection to Elprede. But Jasmine refused. She would not exist in this world without her creator... Without her family.

Era... Both Elprede and I loved you as family. He would never admit it, but he's not here to stop me from spilling the beans now.

Era couldn't even form coherent sentences anymore. She could only sob and gasp and try to push out words to encourage Jasmine to stay. But it was no use.

Everyone... Please do not stop fighting the Darkhoods. They need to be destroyed, but you're not powerful enough to do so yet... Keep getting stronger. Keep pushing the limits of the power of the Super Saiyan to new heights. And maybe one day you will prevail.

Era's bawling continued to the point of utter incoherency. It was truly tragic, seeing the typically unflappable Era reduced to this. A girl bawling her eyes out to the point where nothing she tried to say made any sense because of how desperately she tried to cling to the idea that Jasmine could stay with them.

Goodby Era... Valkyrie... Pyro... And Faeora... It was nice knowing you in this life... Perhaps, if there is another life after death, Elprede and I will be waiting to greet you when you make your journey there... But until then, everyone... Please......... Be careful. And watch out for each other.

Era finally made a single word make sense through her gasps and tears.

JASMINE!!! She shrieked.

...

All went silent.

Jasmine had disconnected herself from the intergalactic network... The equivalent of suicide. Without some sort of signal to latch onto, Jasmine had effectively erased herself from existence.

Jasmine was dead.

Era, sensing this, began wailing in agony. Her cries almost didn't sound like cries so much as screams of internalized pain. On board the ship, Valkyrie slumped down against the wall and wrapped her arms around her knees, burying her face between them as she too began to cry. But no amount of pain the rest of the team may have felt for the loss of their friend could compare to what Era was feeling right now. She had been the closest to Elprede since the beginning, and she was the one who was hit the hardest by his and Jasmine's death.

But in that moment... Era's Saiyan DNA kicked into overdrive.

Her power skyrocketed and she transformed into a Super Saiyan without even thinking about it. Her aura exploded in every sense of the phrase. In fact her aura had become so large it may as well have become a small planet in and of itself. It pushed Pyro's ship back violently through space tossing everyone inside around unless they used their energy to remain in place like Fae could with the Ki Anchor.

Before the ship managed to right itself and return to its resting position it had been thrown halfway across the solar system Zaero was in, and Era's aura was visible in the distance as a large golden spec of energy flickering in the darkness. It was almost as if she'd become a star amongst the rest dotting the space behind her.

Back in her suit Era was shrieking and wailing in pain. Her power continued to skyrocket further and further reaching heights never before seen even among the typical Saiyan outbursts of anger which they were famous for. Era's emotions pushed her power so high it became unreadable by even Pyro's ship Ki sensors and became simply an anomaly.

Around Era's gigantic aura were massive discharges of bio-electricity reaching temperatures so high they scorched the very space dust around her turning the once empty space into a large ball of charred black dust particles. Those particles began reacting to Era's power and started getting caught up in the electro-magnetic storm that was now forming around her thanks to her aura and the Ki produced by her body. It swirled around her in small rings like those of a gas giant as her power continued soaring to heights untold.

But as quickly as this outburst yielded frankly frightening levels of power, it suddenly vanished. Her aura dissipated and the list particle rings now began floating out into space. Era's screams came under control as she continued to cry her eyes out for her fallen friends, and it seemed a new side of Era's heart was coming into view.

She was emotional. More so than she'd ever have liked anyone to believe, she was emotional. Elprede and Jasmine's deaths had a profound impact on her the likes of which nothing in her life previously ever had. She had reached a new emotional low, and a change was taking place within her...

When Pyro's ship came back for her a few minutes later, she had stopped crying and was simply floating silently waiting for them. The doors opened allowing her inside, and as she stepped out of her suit she revealed that change in full.

Her face was devoid of emotion save for the remnants of the rivers of tears which had streamed down her face, and she looked up at Valkyrie with a subtle burning anger which Val had never seen before.

"... I'm going to kill every last one of them." Era said softly.

It was the softness in Era's voice which scared Valkyrie the most in that moment. Era never spoke like that. Not about anyone or anything. Never had she displayed such blood lust as she was now. She was calm. She was peaceful, for a Saiyan at least. And she never let her emotions get to her this much... But now she had. Era was letting her emotions run the show now and she was now hell bent on killing every last Darkhood.

"Era... We will eliminate them. I promise... But it doesn't have to just be you who does it. We're all here. We're all in pain. And we all want payback for Elprede and Jasmine." Val said, trying to calm Era down.

Era's eyes narrowed slightly.

"... Every last one of them." She said again.

Val had to wonder if Era even heard what she had said... Just what had happened to her?

In twenty they arrived and when they did Pyro and his crew only saw empty space where Zaero should be. "I though I told you you to brings us to the planet Zaero not empty space..." Pyro said not yet yet sure what was going on. Then it hit him from what the com officer said, the cut off from planet Zaero, and the missing planet. "...So he lost this badly... His speed wasn't enough in the end..." Pyro said with a sigh laying back into chair. "I wonder if it would of made a difference if we were there to help... when who ever was here had enough power to erase a planet of the the star map..." Pyro said sighing more crossing his arms.

Pyro didn't connect to much to with Elprede but this stilling hitting hard both of the death of a planet and friend and the power of the enemy has to do this. He wasn't going to cry, it just wasn't his nature but he gave a moment of silence for the fallen friend. Pyro was mainly silent, thinking as Era went out to talk to Jasmine. Listening to Jasmine Pyro grew ever more worried about the person who destroyed Zaero. "Divine power..." Pyro said himself slightly scared of what that could mean and great a power it was. Then soon came the huge outburst of power from Era. "Hold on and brass yourself!' Pyro yelled as the ship was launched. Pyro wasn't sure what was happening but he didn't like that fact it was launching his ship randomly in space. Once the ship stopped Pyro went over the intercoms and checked with the varies sections of the ship to check and see if everyone was okay. Once he made sure everyone was okay he head back to Era.

Once Era came back on board Pyro had them quickly leave this solar system sense Era more or less became a beacon to anyone of near or above her current power level to come and fight almost. Pyro then head to where Era enter the ship. Pyro was surpirse at first to see Era in her current state. He stayed quiet for a moment before speaking up. "I was going to ask for us to have a meeting but with Era in her current state, she need to rest before we can deal with this in more sound mind" Pyro said giving a small sigh.

It wasn't the first time that Fae had been cut off mid transmission in her life. And the context within was more than enough hint at how seriously troubled things were going on Zaero. After a few failed attempts at hailing Zaero again, Fae gave up and went back to the bridge as the clock counted down to ETA.

Fae stood against the main viewport of the bridge. Waiting impatiently to catch the first glimpse of the situation of the planet so she could think of how to approach dealing with things. And... as the ship existed warp... the view was at first underwhelming. Where she expected to see fire and explosions and even craters that could be seen from space... there was nothing. Just... nothing.

Faeora leaned against the transparent viewport. Her breath fogging up the glass as she pressed against it trying to see from every angle where the planet would be. All the while she could hear the commotion of confusion from the crew behind her. She could hear them confirm they were in the right location.

Fae could only just stare. This was not a starmap error. She was just getting signals from this location nigh fifteen minutes ago. What happened here, well the only logical conclusion was that it was destroyed. No. Not destroyed. This was empty space. Not even bits of space dust. The planet had to been completely and literally vaporized. To such a scale it had to have happened in an instant. The power to be able to pull off such thing bordered in unimaginable.

As she heard the footsteps of Era run off, Fae didn't move from her spot. She just looked out into space. Her eyes searching for any trace of... well... anything... but to no avail. That is, until she saw Era out there.

Faeora reached up to turn on the comms to her scouter to tell Era to come back, but before she could speak, she heard the familiar voice of the AI. Jasmine, whom she knew even less than, told them what happened. And Fae listened silently. And the story she told was beyond disheartening. Elprede was dead. The planet gone. An entire race made extinct. And.... Elprede. Elprede. While she didn't know him very well, she did know that Era did. And her heart went out to her. Hearing this she could only imagine what Era felt. To lose not just a friend, but one that was close to her heart. Yeah... it tended to happen in a warriors life. But that just made it all the more tragic when you watched it happen. Especially when theyou were so close. If only they had gotten there sooner, maybe they could have changed things.

The short saiyan lowered her head as she heard Era's sobs through the scouter. Heartbroken for Era. The cries of her friend... that screaming of internal pain. It sounded so alien coming from Era. The sound hurt. Knowing she was in that much pain and she couldn't do anything to fix it.

She looked back up as Pyro called for bracing. Not realizing that Era was going into a fit of rage. Lashing out in her pain. And rightly so. But to a degree Fae had never seen before. The power welling was too intense. And as the shockwave collided with the ship, Fae was more than a little worried the ship would be destroyed as it went sailing across the system. When Pyro did manage to get it under control, Fae pushed off an unconscious crew member as the warning sirens stopped blaring.

By the time they reached back to Era, Fae was standing right there with Val to meet her. And she saw the same thing Val did. No... maybe she saw something else. Yes, she saw the cold fury and hate. But she saw... well...more like what she didn't see. Like some bit of light in Eras eyes had died with Elprede and the planet Zaero. It even told in her voice.

As Era walked past them, Faeora put an arm on Vals arm and shook her head. In case she had the inkling to go after Era. "Pyro is right, about needing to let Era rest. But we need to talk now about what we are going to do. With something like that out there, we can't just wait around. We can discuss our options while we head back to Metahn, and fill Era in when we get back home. Just doing something will make everyone feel better than stewing on this." Fae looked back to Val and squeezed her arm. "Val... I'm sorry. I know they were your friends to. I'm here if you need me, too."

She looked over her shoulder to wear Era had left them. Fae wanted nothing more than to chase after her, and hug her, and let her cry into she shoulder and do everything she could to make things better, even if she knew she couldn't. And was seriously contemplating disregarding her own advice and going after Era. It hurt seeing her like that, and Fae wanted to try and ease that pain. That sort of look in Era's eyes, wasn't era. She was truly hurting. And she wanted to be there.

ChoShadow ChoShadow ChazGhost ChazGhost

(Boss, Left it open in case you would like Fae to try and comfort Era while Val and Pyro discuss what to do next, or if you would like to get things moving and the three discuss it. Or if you just want to have it mention if you are a skipping ahead that Fae tried, because I want to give Era all the hugs right now.)

Val listened to Pyro and Fae offer words of encouragement and explain that it would be best to let Era rest it off. Val had to agree. Whatever was going on in Era's head right now wasn't good. She'd never seen Era this way, and she didn't want to see it anymore.

"I agree... We'll let her rest for now." She said softly.

She looked back to Pyro, wiping her own face clear of the tears she'd shed earlier.

"Pyro... Could you take us home please?... Sub-warp speed would be appreciated... We all need more than twenty minutes to process this before we get back." She said quietly.

Val was normally loud and forceful when she wanted something to happen, so for her to speak quietly and actually ask politely for something of Pyro of all people spoke to the level of pain Val was feeling as well. She wasn't exactly Elprede's biggest fan, but she respected him enough for this to hurt. But it was Era's pain that had given Val so much in return. Seeing her sister reduced to a frankly blubbering mess before seeing an explosion of power of that magnitude... It was almost more than Val could take.

She slowly walked back through the halls of the ship to her room and lay down on the bed staring at the ceiling.

Sub-warp speeds would cause the trip to take around three hours or so, and Val wouldn't see any sleep for the duration. She only lay there staring at the ceiling while she felt something... disturbing happening in the room just next to her where she could sense Era's presence.

Era was in her room and it felt as if she was meditating, but Val had developed something of a sixth sense ever since attaining the Super Saiyan power and she knew that Era was wide awake and not meditating in any way. She was letting off the same vibe as meditation, but she was not meditating.

Era's power was doing something Val could hardly describe. It wasn't getting any stronger, but it felt like it was getting stronger. Like Era was sitting there powering up without her power actually changing. It was something entirely new which Val had never felt before. Not from anyone. How was Era doing this? Her power was growing, but not growing. Was it her power pool? The source of her power which was growing perhaps? Or was this just a phenomenon brought about by her emotional state?

Val could only wonder as they floated through warp-space at a sub-warp speed on a return course to Metahnn. When they arrived, Val let Era fly home as she asked Pyro, Fae, and Pyro's crew to come with her to a different location leaving all communication devices behind so nobody could listen in and hear what they had to say. It was a remote spot in the forest, and as they landed Val looked to Fae and Pyro.

"Pyro, you're the resident expert on planet destruction... How strong was that being to vaporize Zaero so entirely? I heard Jasmine mention "Divine" power, and I remember a description she and Elprede gave as to what that is before while we were training. But still, how much power was that thing putting out to so utterly annihilate the planet?" She asked.

ChazGhost ChazGhost D. Rex D. Rex

Pyro nodded before headed back to his captain chair and had his crew take them back to Metahnn at sub warp speed. Most of the crew was quiet as they worked to repair the ship from the damages caused after Era pushed the ship back drastically. When they returned to Metahnn Val asked Pyro and his crew to follow her. There was still repair need to ship and some people who needed to heal. So Pyro and the senior members of his crew followed Val to the remote part of the woods. Val then asked Pyro a question about how much power it would take to vaporize a planet.

"Well I'm not sure exactly what they meant by Divine power but it would take god like power to do that. The main way I can think of to vaporize planet and leave nothing behind it would take make ki blast or ball the size of the planet and firing. That's because for complete vaporize you would need to complete acompass the planet... And to do that to Zaero that would be a huge amount of ki as well as ki control... to tell the truth I have no idea how much power that would take but I defiantly couldn't do something like that." Pyro said with a sigh.
ChoShadow ChoShadow D. Rex D. Rex

Valkyrie nodded solemnly.

"I see..." She said quietly.

She glanced to Fae with a worried look.

"I think we can both agree that neither of us could generate enough power to have done that," she suggested to Fae.

She then sighed and leaned against the nearest wall.

"Jasmine said to keep training and getting stronger. To keep pushing our powers to new heights... But I don't think it's that simple." She started as she closed her eyes, reflecting on their progress.

"We've grown by leaps and bounds these last few months alone. Era's new Void Room is the ultimate mobile training universe in which we can push our powers as far as they can go without worrying about consequences... But even so I fear that our increase in power has been minimal as of late. At least on the grand scale of things." She said, opening her eyes.

"My power level right now is roughly 14.6 million, and Era's 15 million. The two of us have barely progressed at all since we first acquired the Void Room despite how difficult and intense our training has been. Fae has seen the most growth, I believe... But how long before you reach your ceiling Fae? I doubt Era and I have much longer to wait before hitting ours." She said rather glumly.

She sighed once more.

"There must be more to this. Jasmine wouldn't ask us to keep getting stronger unless she knew we could do it. There must have been something she knew about the Super Saiyan power, likely learned from Elprede before his death, but didn't tell us. Perhaps something he learned while communicating with the spirit of the original Super Saiyan... But why wouldn't she tell us before her suicide?" Val asked, more to herself than anyone else.

D. Rex D. Rex ChazGhost ChazGhost

Enough ki to completely envelope a planet. That was a pretty scary thought. Likely more than any of them could muster combined. It was beyond doubt that there was nothing they could have done, and that they were lucky they didn't make it on time if that was what they were facing. But despite this morose thought.... that wasn't what made a Fae's twist into a sour expression. That honor went to what Valkyrie said.

"Excuse me?" She snapped, "You have got to be kidding me. I can't believe I just heard that." She said as she jabbed a finger into Vals chest. "What does any of that have to do with anything? Do you still seriously believe in limits after not just one, but at least four saiyans in recent tines have achieved a super saiyan form? That stupid gene was supposed to be the limit."

"If anyone knows about limits it's me. Do you have any idea how long it took me to get to a power level of three thousand? Minimal progress my tail. I made my way up inch by grueling inch. And if I just gave up because it was hard, I wouldn't have gotten this far. You and Era may have had it easy, a natural talent and great potential, but now that things start slowing down you can't seriously be thinking that you have reached your peak and get all sad about it."

"All that means is we have to work that much harder. As for me, I will not entertain the idea that I even have a limit. If that little outburst from Era was not proof enough that we can go further, than I you can just sit back and watch me do it myself."

Fae crossed her arms, her tail moving in agitation. "We work harder. It really is that simple. Even if we are facing diminishing returns, we aren't going backwards. We can push ourselves even further. I know it. And I won't hear otherwise. Jasmine had the right idea, and if she didn't tell us, she either didn't know or it didn't matter. "

No. Fae wasn't about to believe she had limits so stronger own after breaking hers. They barely had these powers. They have barely put them to the test, with only a snall handful of instances to try them out in serious combat. So far... the only evidence of a limit was things got slow. But so dones syrup when it gets cold. Fae believed wholeheartedly there was more. That they hadn't even come close to mastering the super saiyan form. And she intended to prove it.

"Furthermore, even if we are currently try outclassed by some Darkhood God wannabe, there are other things we can do. Other ways we can better ourselves and prepare. Val, you were griping about techniques, maybe you should try and focus on that aspect of your training. Growth there might lead you into growth elsewhere. Switching up the routine can do a lot of good. I can help, I have a lot of adjustment to do to keep up with my change in ki levels, so I could use it too. Not to mention, with our rapid rise in power, we all need some tuning to adjust and refine our methods to account for it. And even if we don't get strong enough fast enough, we take our fight elsewhere. We don't have to challenge this enemy directly to cripple their organisation. Like when Era strikes at the nerves, or I wear down critical parts of a body with repeated blows. If we do this smartly, we can wage this battle within our abilities all the while getting stronger and pushing ourselves harder as we do. The more we take down, the stronger we become, and the weaker they become."

"But there is another concern I want to bring up... Methan. If this enemy can destroy Zaero, he destroy Metahn. Worse still, the Omnizwart likely might try the same."

Pyro listened to Val and her story and then to Fae. Once both gave there minds Pyro finally chimed in. "Well I suretenly don't have any limits my self but that not the point" Pyro said. "More importantly we need to start doing more against the darkhoods if we want to start slowing them down and stopping them. While we can't go against that god like darkhood we can still easily take down many other." Pyro added.

"There a lot of things we can do to stop the darkhood without going against the darkhood with god like powers. We can sabotage bases, take out key captains, or mess up there supply lines." Pyro said listing off ways to mess up the darkhood organizations. "What ever we do though, we need to start doing some thing because currently they are able to pretty much do as they want and any organization with that kind of power is most likely going to use it. So unless we want to see more planet get blow up, like this world, we need to start messing with there organization." Pyro said finishing his thought.

Valkyrie heard Fae's long winded retort and was about to open up on her before Pyro interjected and offered another course of action by saying they should start actively going after the Darkhoods. Val could hardly believe her ears.

"So let me get this straight. On one hand I have Fae talking about breaking limits which are clearly settling in and training in ways we're not used to. And on the other I have Pyro suggesting we should actually start going after the Darkhoods?" She said, rubbing her temples.

"Ugh..." She grumbled.

"Fae, I understand your position but you don't seem to grasp the severity of the situation. What we need isn't more training. It's an understanding of what we're ealing with compared to what we have to work with. Progress at a snail's pace may still be progress, but it's not progress enough to see us through a battle against an organization like the Darkhoods." She said.

She then turned to Pyro.

"... You seriously believe we're ready to take the fight to them Pyro?" She asked.

Val was hardly in the mood for arguing, but she couldn't believe what she was hearing. It was as if the vaporization of Zaero had sapped all common sense from both Fae and Pyro.

Fae's hands moved to her hips. "And what better way can we find out what we are dealing with than to explore ourselves and put ourselves to the test? Pushing ourselves as far as we possibly can? You and Era put a lot of faith in the legends and poems about the first super saiyan. But he didn't leave a training handbook or how to guide. Aside from a few vague lines, it says nothing of much value. We have trained a while in these forms. But we have only trained like would have normally. How can we we expect to go beyond if how we go about pushing ourselves doesn't change as we do?"

"Also I'm not saying we should dive headfirst against their top contenders. Even if we were stronger, we are still outnumbered. But there are plenty of them within our limits we can handle. Plenty of fodder we can cut our teeth on and do something towards hurting their organization. Furthermore, they must also know something about super saiyans as well, given the King was one."
She explained.

Faeora looked over to Pyro who she was in agreement with."We may not be able to vaporize planets.... yet.... but that doesn't mean we aren't without ability to make a difference at this point in time. A series of strategic strikes can do a lot. And we can learn a lot from testing the waters that we can apply against them. Yeah, it's risky, but so is any course of action we take at this point."

"But I'll pose you this question, Val. You say we need to learn... but how? What can we do to understand things better? And what is stopping us from doing that while we are going against the Darkhoods?"
