Eddie frowned softly as he listened to her "I make it stretch now with Gareth still in Hawkins...I doubt I'll convince him to move to Chicago." He muttered before giving a heavy sigh "Maybe Corroded Coffin was only destined as a hobby and nothing more." He murmured cuddling her close to him "Enough about that though for now, how was work?"

She frowned and just sighed quietly, “It was fine. I got good tips. Couple hundred. Should cover a few of those bills.” She told him quietly, making him look at her “I bet I could convince him.” She told him seriously, “you wanna go for a walk by the canal today then? After a nap?” She smiled

Eddie gave a small nod cuddling up close "Mmm I'm sure you could." He murmured before yawning "Yes after nap....you woke me up." He grumbled softly before he started to drift off

She smiled and kissed his hand as she drifted off in his arms. One of the few places she felt safe. She got up a few hours later to the smell of coffee, wandering out to the kitchen and smiling at her man. “You get the tickets for the movie for tonight?” She asked him

Eddie looked over when he heard Carmen's voice "Huh? Oh yeah I got 'em. They're in my jacket pocket." He said sipping his coffee "Want some?" He asked offering her some.

She smiled and kissed his cheek shaking her head. “It really doesn’t smell good right now.” She told him quietly. “You okay?” She asked him quietly, rubbing his chest.

Eddie nodded some and finished off his drink before looking down at her. He sighed heavily running a hand through her hair "Yeah, just thinking is all." He murmured beforr kissing the top of her head "I love you." He said softly as he kept her tightly to him

She smiled a little and tilted her head up to kiss his chin. “I like the scruff… I think you should keep it.” She told him quietly. “I love you too… we’ll get there love.” She promised him as always and just swayed with him for a minute “go get a shirt on. I wanna go for a walk.” She murmured, grabbing herself a sweater and waited for him to be ready.

Eddie smiled some and gave a small smile "Yeah? Guys at the shop keep telling me to get it off my face." He murmured before giving her a quick kiss "Alright, I'm going." He said before grabbing a shirt and his jacket. He threw on his shoes before he walked out with her keeping close

She smiled and waited for him to be ready, just walking with him quietly and heading down towards the canals. “I would really like this headache to shift.” She grumbled a bit as they crossed the street.

Eddie walked with her and pulled out a cigarette lighting it up "Did you take any pain medicine?" He asked genuinely concerned. She had been having a lot of headaches recently that were starting to worry him

She frowned and shook her head. “Ran out. And they don’t work the way they used to” she grumbled a little. After they had left and ended up in Indianapolis, for a time, corroded coffin were doing really well in the local scene and that meant a lot of parties and a lot of drinking and drugs until she’d almost overdosed on something someone had given her and then they had stopped all together.

Eddie nodded some and took a drag from his cigarette "Right...maybe we can try to go to the doctor about them? They've been happening a lot babe. It's not normal." He said before wrapping an arm around her shoulders "I just want you to be okay."

She hummed in response and leaned into him some. “Well if they’re still here next week I’ll make an appointment.” She promised, walking with him by the water and just taking in the fresh air.

Eddie nodded some and gave a small smile as they got to the water "You wanna sit down?" He asked softly kissing her temple gently

She shook her head and smiled as he grumbled. “We’ve barely started Ed.” She giggled and looked up at him. “Oh! I wanna pick up some cat food for the stray outside our apartment building… I’ve been seeing it like every day… it needs a home.” She told him giving her best puppy dog eyes

Eddie grumbled some but kept walking with her "Babe, that cat probably has a shit ton of fleas." He said before taking another drag of his cigarette "Plus it hates me. Everytime I go by it, it hisses at me."

She smiled and shook her head. “It’s just scared. We can quarantine it in the kitchen.” She told him. “Did you see the paper yesterday by the way? Guns n roses are gonna be playing here in a couple months.” DNR smiled at him.

Eddie gave a small nod trying to get her to sit back down but she wasn't having it "Really now? Well we can try to go if you'd like. Not fully my cup of tea, but they aren't bad. Can we sit down a minute?" He asked again but groaned when she said no

She turned and pouted at him. “You made me go see Dio last year… you’re taking me to Guns n Roses.” She smiled, walking backwards until she almost walked into an old man before he grabbed her. “Oh.. sorry.” She called as they carried on past, reaching into his pocket for the pack of cigarettes and frowning when he smacked her hand away. “Hey, you said we were sharing that packet.” She whined a little.

Eddie rolled his eyes some "Fine, woooahh sweetheart don't run into people now." He said laughing some as he grabbed her to stop her from hitting the older man. He quickly smacked her hand away whem she went to his pocket "Yeah I know..just let me get it for you." He said gently fumbling in his pocket and getting the cigarette for her.

She smiled and watched him light it as well, “always such a gentleman.” She teased him, stepping into the cvs on the street and handing him the barely started cigarette while she picked up some ivuprofen and a couple pregnancy tests, just a little concerned after the past few days, finally coming out and putting the stuff in her bag. “Alright hey you finished it.” She grumbled, taking his hand and turning him down another street not having noticed him ask to stop at the cafe, completely oblivious

Eddie sighed heavily as she went into the store and finished off the cigarette as his nerves got the better of him. As they continued their walk he smiled seeing their favorite little cafe "Hey why don't get something?" He asked gesturing towards the cafe but groaned internally as she completely ignored him this time. He would try to get her to stop three mores times on their walk before finally giving up once they got home. He would just do it another time.

She got back with him and put things down before going to spend some time trying to attract the cat to come inside, spending a good half hour on it before succeeding and she walked into the flat cuddling him while feeding him from her hand. “Ed! I got him!” She called through to him and went to put the cat in the kitchen giving him more food and water then a few blankets to get settled on before finally going to see him in their room, frowning a little at the smell of weed the moment she opened the door, for the first time hating the smell and feeling like she was gonna puke, rushing to the bathroom.

Eddie had just finished his joint when she had called to him about the cat. He need to relax, he wanted to make sure he did this perfect for her. He smiled some as she came in "You got him?" He asked but frowned when she rushed to the bathroom. He went wide eyed and got up quickly to help her out "Hey hey you okay?" He asked not noticing that in his haste the box in his pocket had shaken loose and fell on the floor as soon as he bent over to help hold her hair back.
