Fantasy Hybrid, Magic Camp

[Alstromeria]

"Those turtles still get what's coming to them." Sarthiss replied, "and I think you'd be nice enough to give at least one back. Those guys have like a whole utensil trafficking ring. Who knows what happens once they take your silverware. Next they'll steal the spatulas."

 

[Eevee Shadow]

Eevee laughed quietly to herself, placing her hand over her mouth to muffle it so that she didn't wake him. "And," she started, but she couldn't think of something. Then, a devilish thought came to her. "What do you think about spring? And what I told you?" Of course, she asked this just to hear him talk nonsense, but at the same time, at least get some sort of answer as to what he thought about it.

 

[Alstromeria]

"What about spring? It's right before summer. But summers gone, that sucks." He rolled a bit to the left again. "Wolf said he didn't like puppies. He needs to get his game on."

 

[Eevee Shadow]

Eevee laughed and noticed that he honestly had no idea what she was talking about. She shrugged it off, watching as the small amount of light from the morning was coming up from the horizon.

 

[Alstromeria]

Sarthiss stirred a bit. "There is this one girl though. I like her a lot. Have any advice if she brings up something like that Flare?" He asked, not knowing eevee wasn't actually flare. Sarthiss met flare a lot in his dreams, and he did remember much of what she said.

 

[Eevee Shadow]

Eevee tilted her head and didn't say anything. 'Best I don't interfere with something that's none of my business.' She thought. The sun was now higher and cast a small Ray of sunshine through the trees, a bird chirping in the sky and a squirrel running by.

 

[Alstromeria]

Sarthiss snorted and jerked awake. The sun was up. He looked to his side and saw that Eevee was still there. "Mornin' beautiful," he groaned stretching. "Did you sleep, or was it just me that got some rest?"

 

[Eevee Shadow]

"Just you. You talk a lot of nonsense in you're sleep too." She said plainly.

 

[Alstromeria]

Sarthiss shrugged. "Yea, I know." He grunted. Sitting up a bit he wiped his face. "Wish I could remember it. There was a question I had to ask somebody. And I forget what they said, and what the question was." Sarthiss stared at the sun. "Ah, no matter. One thing for sure though, I need to take a shower, sleeping out in the woods makes your hair greasy." Sarthiss ran a hand through his bed head, wiping it on his jeans, still a bit groggy.

 

[Eevee Shadow]

Eevee shrugged back and flicked her ear. She wanted to tell him the things he said, but the one about Flare stopped her. It really wasn't her place to start interfering with, so she kept it out of the question. She sat up and shook a few leaves and blades of grass off of her tail and back.

 

[Alstromeria]

Sarthiss stood up. "One of the best things about being a child of fire is you never have to take a bath," he said standing up. Moving a bit away from Eevee, he clenched his fists, flames coating his entire body, burning off the grime from the previous day. Sarthiss combed his hair with his hands a bit, then fliked a bit of ash off his shoulder. Stretching, Sarthiss turned towards Eevee again. "Should we go off to find wolf? We didn't see him all day yesterday. I'm starting to worry about the little dude."

 

[Eevee Shadow]

Eevee smiled a bit. "Let's go." She said then bolted towards her cabin. She knew that if Wolf had any common sense, he would be In the cabin, taking a well deserved nap.

 

[Alstromeria]

Sarthiss followed Eevee, making their way to the cabin. He knocked on the door, and Leroy opened. "Hey bud," Sarthiss said, "I'll see you later today." Pushing past him, not really though, leroy practically fell over himself getting out of Sarthiss's way, Sarthiss found wolf curled up in a ball by Eevee's things. "Yeh what mate," Sarthiss giggled, giving him a little pat on the head.

 

[Eevee Shadow]

Eevee saw that Wolf lay curled up on top of some of her things. 'Seriously?' She questioned to herself. Wolf seemed to think that her bag was a bed of some sort, but she wasn't complaining.

 

[Alstromeria]

Sarthiss ruffled Wolf's ears. "Rise and shine sunshine!" he laughed, "Big day of nothing ahead of us."

 

[Eevee Shadow]

Wolf looked at Sarthiss through half lidded eyes after he had managed for them to flutter open. 'Then I get my sleep.' He stated plainly and then went back to sleeping.

 

[Alstromeria]

Sarthiss shrugged at Eevee. "He's worse than me," he chuckled.

 

[Eevee Shadow]

Eevee shrugged back. "He's a dog. All they seem to do is sleep." She giggle to herself and then looked at Wolf. "You don't even wanna know what Inus are like." She stated to Sarthiss.

 

[Alstromeria]

"Inus...? Please elaborate, I'm not familiar with that species." Eevee had made references to other kinds of animal people, but he didn't know these ones.

 

[Eevee Shadow]

Eevee tilted her head. Obviously he hasn't heard of an Inu. "They're part dog. Dog tail and ears. But they're actually worse than regular dogs." She stopped and her eye twitched slightly as she thought of the different ways they're worse. "For instance, they like to scar the shit out of my kind for the fun of it."

 

[Alstromeria]

Sarthiss cocked his head and shook it a bit. "I don't think I like them very much. There's cat people, dog people, I've met a few ferret people before, what other kinds of people are there?"

 

[Eevee Shadow]

Eevee thought for a second then remembered a few that were actually friendly. "Well, You've got Kitsunes which are Fox people. There are actually a few demon-like creatures such as Shinigamis, and Ichigos." She Stopped and thought of a few more but she couldn't think of any on the spot. "But don;t worry about the Shinigamis or Ichigos. They don't usually mess with you unless you mess with them first."

 

[Alstromeria]

Sarthiss smiled. "Eevee, I'm not afraid of anybody. 'Cept you maybe." He squeezed her arm plafully. "And that's it. So. We've got some time to kill, I have to talk with Leroy around noon, so how you wanna spend it?" Sarthiss swung nis arms back and forth, clicking his fingers.

 

[Eevee Shadow]

Eevee shrugged. "Not sure. I'm not in the playful mood like I usually am during the night time." She replied. It was definitely the fall, but not enough leaves had fallen to actually have some fun. She got an idea after a bit of thinking. "You in the mood for a sparring battle?" She asked mischeviously.

 

[Alstromeria]

Sarthiss shrugged. "Like I said last night, I don't want to get carried away... But you're on." Sarthiss walked outside and turned around, spreading hs arms wide. "Here good?"
