She looked away, "I agree that she shouldn't have died. Then you'd be happy," she closed her eyes briefly,"but she has, you have to accept that. Just like I have to accept that everyone I keep close has and will die, and I will have to make peace that my final resting place is inside concrete walls that they all died to save me from."

Nicholas sighs "look it's my job to make sure you don't get out if I let you go I'll be killed and so will you. I'm trying to be friendly so that it's not as unpleasant for you. Now do you need anything?"

"I'd rather have died." She sighed running a hand down her face, "I just wanted to go outside." Dropping her arms she looked at him, "I do want anything, but thank you anyway." Age didn't really want to thank him, she knew he was just saving his own skin back there.
