Heather would immediately drop Double as Zelda began to counter her psychic grip, clutching her head and appearing quite dizzy. In the past, she most likely would have been able to maintain her hold, though now, even as angry as she was, she lacked the inhuman pain threshold that she previously possessed.
"Ow! Ouchy! Stop it!-"
She covers her eyes and in doing so points the gun away from double, all traces of her deranged and violent persona now seeming to be gone. To add insult to injury, she was completely unable to lift Skye's guitar, the thing weighing her down until she just sort of plopped over. She was then forced to manually drag the thing over to a booth and painstakingly push it up there, sitting next to it.
"S-Sorry about that princess! I-I h-hope I'm s-still a w-worthy knight! A-All I d-did was... uh... defend her honor! Yeah!"

Banshee-44 hardly even flinches at the rabbit coming to him with his odd-looking weapon.
He picks it up and only looks it over once before replying, "Corrosive damage. Not the best prosthetic I've seen. Gonna need to replace a lot of parts. Have it in a few minutes." The Exo gunsmith then turns to Aloy, eyeing her for a moment, his eyes falling on the Gambit Token before opening a gun locker next to him and bringing out a bow, putting it down on the table in front of her.
"You might like this. Fires heavy bolts. Can stop Heavy Gunners and tanks in their tracks. Won't fail on you." His eyes move back to her Token. "You see Rene, tell 'em I've got some weapons for him after the raid's done."
He then turns to Marcus, bringing out a different gun for him.
"One shell. Lot of stopping power. Three thousand," he states simply. The price might be hefty, but the gun will be well worth it.
Finally, he takes a look at John Connor and gets out a weapon for him.
"Looks like a grenade launcher. Fires electric mines. Fries anything that gets close to it. Nothing survives."
Meanwhile, with Kirby, Sereth simply narrows his two totally white eyes.
"This payment would not be enough... if you weren't with him, that is," the merchant tells Kirby, probably meaning Dawn or Rene... or both. "He is yours for free, my friend." He pulls open the top of the cage, allowing SCP-999 to climb over the top and immediately hug Kirby.

"Suck It, Tom Cruise"
Whether you're with Phoenix-2, Zer0, Rene, Zane, or any of the others, if you choose to follow them, you're all led away from the city, slowly united into one group again, and taken down a large service tunnel, away from the dirty hustle and bustle of Wolves' Den and its criminal denizens.
"Okay, people, listen up!"
Rene comes to the front of the crowd and raises his arm, trying to get your attention.
"So, we've got a few contacts helping us out. For the time being, they're keeping themselves a secret. Being in public's too revealing for them and could compromise the whole mission. But just remember that for the time that you're outside trying to infiltrate Tediore HQ, you probably have eyes on you. Our snipers can only shoot people not blocked off by ballistic glass and layers of walls, so once you get inside somewhere, you're on your own. Got it? Now let's start organizing ourselves into teams. Heard you guys have two different infiltration teams, one with your Siren Skye to shut down the security systems and the other heading to get Kyle while a distraction team waits on standby in case things go bad, and a heavy weapons team as our Plan C. And I've heard some of you guys might want to free the Mutants. That's complicated, but it'll provide us with some good cover and an easy escape."
"So, this is all up to you guys. You made the Steele's Holdout raid work. I have faith you can do the same here. How are we organizing this and where do you want us?"

ONE
Ribcage's disappearance did not go unnoticed. However, comfortingly, all of the surviving Bandits were apparently hysterical about your raid on Steele's Holdout and could barely get any details out that would lead to identifying you. Being from other universes makes it no easier. The most intelligible account was written by a Bandit by the name of "Larry the Literate" and apparently became a popular document all around the galaxy in the span of just a few days and lead to the creation of several urban legends. An excerpt follows:
"i didn't see those technicals at first but i heard them. i saw the guards with guns get blown apart and fall off the walls as body parts scattered everywhere i couldn't see anything but blood. i saw a spirit of vengeance with spectral blades and i saw monsters come through the wall and they blurred the line between reality and imagination i still don't know if they really existed. there was thunder and lightning in many shapes i didn't know what it was..."
When Moze read that, all she could say was, 'wow.'
TWO
A tunnel system DOES in fact lie beneath the city, and it is used avidly by the various criminal organizations hiding from the local government. Some of them are abandoned maintenance tunnels, but the majority are intended for sewage. A few manholes lead right into the courtyard of the HQ, which gives you a pretty good way of entry and exit... as long as the guards are distracted. However, the recon team has warned of various creatures and Mutants that lurk in the depths of the sewage, so getting there might be an issue.
THREE
Unlike Steele's Settlement, there are anti-air guns along the perimeter of this Aegina city. That means you'll have to land outside the perimeter and trek from the mountain ranges nearby into the valley where Aegina lies. The 'Ghost' informed you that the stealth modules installed on the small fleet of other Crimson Raider ships (most of the pilots coming from all across the multiverse) will only do so much to get you near the city; Aegina is known for being quite advanced in defense thanks to contributors from Dahl.
FOUR
Lightning, I'm sorry, but either Rev is a snitch or you smell funny. Because for some odd reason, things get rather tense whenever a Crimson Raider spots you now, and there have been whispers about your relations to SCP-079.
FIVE
Apparently, Tediore is fairly tight with other corporations. That means you'll certainly be hunted by them should you get caught, and that'll present a whole new palette of issues to tackle. If you do get caught and Tediore did happen to have the location of the Nuclear Throne that you managed to snag... well... you might, MIGHT just be chased.
SIX
The recon team picked up a few conspiracy theories about Tediore being in kahoots with a 'Brother Eye' of sorts. People a step further underground than the criminal organizations that keep tabs on citizens. It's all just rumors, though...
...right?
SEVEN
Unity between Mutants and people in this city holds large precedence in day-to-day lives. The recon team has shown videos of Mutants being controlled by these Tediore-brand metal devices similar to the ones FL4K attached to his pets, and most people keep them around as pets or guardians. There may or may not be a center that manages these mind control devices, and if you destroy that... well, that might be one of the best distractions you can get. According to Moze, Mutants and people don't get along all that often (present company excluded).
EIGHT
More rumors have talked about the CEO of Tediore and his brother have had trouble reaching mutual understanding on several things. This may or may not be related to the previous fact; just food for thought.
NINE
Ian and Zane spoke to a fellow named Rhys at one of your meetings. He's the CEO of Atlas and has a cool moustache. He's an ally to the Crimson Raiders and doesn't like Tediore. He says that almost every corporation knows a little bit about the Nuclear Throne, though once again, only through rumors which are quickly dismissed by the executives every single time. Perhaps if you were to confirm these suspicions by somehow broadcasting proof of this Nuclear Throne, and its supposed power that's being hogged to Tediore and Tediore alone... maybe you can shake things up and give yourself a REALLY good distraction...
Ghost is willing to help with that.

You'll be being joined by several other Raiders, such as Alfa, Ian, Mr. Red, Fish, a friend of his named Crystal, Phoenix-2, and a few other contacts Moze has kept a secret. Oh, and the leader herself is coming along.
ELEVEN
Telepathic communication, of course, will be preferred, and in the case that you're unable to, for some odd reason, codenames will be required. Better choose one wisely now.
TWELVE
The gangs underneath the city have formed out of spite for Tediore's noticeable creep into other corporations and their presence in the city, with almost every single major local producer being sponsored in some way by them. A lot of this led to fear of corruption, thus bringing the state of the criminal underworld to where it is now. It certainly wasn't helped by the state of poverty some people on the outskirts of the city are in. Perhaps you can use this to your advantage.
THIRTEEN
The voice heard in the ECHO Log and in Ribcage's extracted memories belongs to the CEO's brother, Kyle Smith, rather than the CEO, Evan Smith. Kyle's was previously hired as an executive with some roles in accounting and public relations, though his general location on the corporate ladder was generally guessed to be only halfway up, thus cutting down on the amount of rumors that he's a powerful co-leader only brought in as a result of nepotism.
FOURTEEN
Theories suggest that some small companies in the city hide more sentient Mutants such as Fish and Horror, held captive against their will. They could prove useful to you in your endeavor of stirring up an uprising.

One of you (or a few of you at the same time? All of you??), somehow, found an ECHO Log aboard the ship. It says "moons SUCK" when played back.
Oh, and Eric found the bathrooms on time. Thankfully. They're scattered all around the ship, just in case... you guys like... need that info.

No one knows exactly who they are, if they're human or aliens or extradimensional beings or what, but one thing's for sure: they're dangerous.

In order to prevent mass Mutant-related disasters, the devices used to mind control them are connected via signal to various server rooms scattered throughout Aegina, each one providing 'service' to a very small area. This ensures that if one of them goes down somehow, the Mutants that would break free from control would number very few. Each of the facilities that house them are heavily guarded. Trying to hit them all individually would be time-consuming and highly ineffective, though perhaps one of you could get better results out of this plan somehow.
Now, anyone in Wolves' Den could tell you this... but not this part: beneath Tediore HQ is a master server room. It had been built as a plan B in case all other server rooms were somehow sabotaged or destroyed and is able to take remote control of all Mutants citywide.
Getting in there, however, wouldn't be easy. The master server room may have only four self-resetting codes that are required to get in, but it's also guarded by Tediore's and other supercorporations' best security and locked away in a nuclear bunker. But if you can enter that way... you could create a huge enough distraction that would allow you to waltz right into Tediore HQ, no regards for stealth, and drag the CEO and his brother out by their ears.
THREE
The Throne is somewhere near the center of the galaxy. This would mean a fairly long flight unless Sanctuary was pushed to its absolute limits, and further complications would come if you were detected and then followed.
FOUR
The Throne isn't a relic.
It's a creature. And it will be trying its hardest to defend itself from you all. When you defeat it, you'll be able to harness its immense power once for a single wish...
...but who will make that wish? And will it actually be to bring you all back home?

A certain contact will be joining you all during the raid. He's considered one of the best in the business, but has one very specific request that must be fulfilled in return for his duties and is very forceful in ensuring it's followed...

The Throne is somewhere near the center of the galaxy. This would mean a fairly long flight unless Sanctuary was pushed to its absolute limits, and further complications would come if you were detected and then followed.

The Throne isn't a relic.
It's a creature. And it will be trying its hardest to defend itself from you all. When you defeat it, you'll be able to harness its immense power once for a single wish...
...but who will make that wish? And will it actually be to bring you all back home?

A certain contact will be joining you all during the raid. He's considered one of the best in the business, but has one very specific request that must be fulfilled in return for his duties and is very forceful in ensuring it's followed...

"All right." Relieved that he was going to have four paws again, Lucky sat up against Banshee's counter, watching other customers get weapons. It reminded him that his beloved Paw o' Death was worthless to him now, making his heart sink. Hopefully, someone would give him a replacement.
With that done, he hopped to the meeting, quickly becoming damp from the sewage river. It seemed that everyone else had the ground plans laid out, and Lucky knew just where he wanted to go. - Lightning, the Light Ignis
Thoroughly Caught
Lightning would initially go with the whole team, but upon meeting with the others and thinking about it, it seemed like Lightning actually had... no idea of what the heck to do, for once. As he would begin to think on it, the Ignis would just try to decide - where would 'he' want to be involved in this mess, so he can follow others in the same 'department'? He would manage a shrug until he would seem to vanish from the group for a brief moment... It seemed like the Ignis was about to make his move, but little did he know, he had an unwanted visitor...Whether you're with Phoenix-2, Zer0, Rene, Zane, or any of the others, if you choose to follow them, you're all led away from the city, slowly united into one group again, and taken down a large service tunnel, away from the dirty hustle and bustle of Wolves' Den and its criminal denizens.
"Okay, people, listen up!"
Rene comes to the front of the crowd and raises his arm, trying to get your attention.
"So, we've got a few contacts helping us out. For the time being, they're keeping themselves a secret. Being in public's too revealing for them and could compromise the whole mission. But just remember that for the time that you're outside trying to infiltrate Tediore HQ, you probably have eyes on you. Our snipers can only shoot people not blocked off by ballistic glass and layers of walls, so once you get inside somewhere, you're on your own. Got it? Now let's start organizing ourselves into teams. Heard you guys have two different infiltration teams, one with your Siren Skye to shut down the security systems and the other heading to get Kyle while a distraction team waits on standby in case things go bad, and a heavy weapons team as our Plan C. And I've heard some of you guys might want to free the Mutants. That's complicated, but it'll provide us with some good cover and an easy escape."
"So, this is all up to you guys. You made the Steele's Holdout raid work. I have faith you can do the same here. How are we organizing this and where do you want us?"

Lightning had just fled from the mass of the group, finally deeming it his time to act now before anything else can and will happen to throw him off entirely. The Ignis sets down his supplies, and begins to think to himself - how could he go about any and all of this? However, there's a problem - he had no idea he had just been followed, though he was about to find out when what seemed to be a starfish latched onto his Duel Disk from below and wrapped around it - effectively trapping him, and then the second to encapsulate the Ignis 'into' the Duel Disk. Following that was an ominous laugh as the Duel Disk was pulled by the starfish to who they belonged to - Kraken had followed the sneaking Ignis, now gripping the Duel Disk, and in turn, Lightning himself who is sealed inside. "My, my... What have we here?" She mocked nonchalantly, looking down at Lightning as he would peer out. "If it isn't the artificial intelligence responsible for taking over machines and vehicles - it's nice to finally be face... to face." She added in the recurring tone, as Lightning groaned and looked up at her. "And what do 'you' want, witch of the waters?" He snapped back. "What ever you want, it will have to wait." He added, to which Kraken laughed. "No, sorry... It's about what 'you' want, and that I can't let it happen." She responded, shaking the Duel Disk and dazing the Ignis in the process as she would then laugh and continue with her speakings. "...You really should have watched your mouth. This wouldn't have happened, if... 'if' you chose your words more carefully in the Sanctuary." She warned, and Lightning froze upon hearing this.
"Thanks to what you said there, as you probably know, well... Word of your plot has spread to here along with the rest of your handiwork. And, based on that, you intend to leave us for what you want, correct...?" Kraken's tone softened as she remained serious, and Lightning remained silent - practically confirming her accusation. "...Well, too bad. I know what you've done - most of us do, if not all of us, in fact. Everyone on the Sanctuary knew it, so most of your own group is a feast of knives to your spine - or probable lack their of." She would add, and Lightning growled. "Get to the point already, I do not have all day!" He raged. "Me, an Ignis who transcends humanity... Cannot spend time idling here, in your mortal grip!" Lightning roared to her, Kraken's expression dampening and then she smiled sweetly, sighing. "Is that so? Well, I hope you don't mind... Sitting this one out, this time. Happy trails!" She would snap her fingers after speaking, and within moments, the starfish previously holding the Duel Disk would juggle it before smacking it far away - Lightning and all his belongings with him, included. Needless to say, he's not going to be coming with the group - and it seems like he's on his own henceforth. But with that off their backs, now they can plot normally without some kind of in-their-ranks infiltration, right?

When Elora had arrived, she found herself to be unknown to those she talked too. Not being able to get a straight answer from anyone, she saw a strange group of ... oddities head out of the city and began to follow them hoping for answers if not help to get back to her home. A few of them looked familiar, possibly from passing in the city. As Elora followed them she kept a watch behind her to make sure they weren't being followed, and continues following them until they enter the sewer. There the small group joined making a larger group, and Elora crouched down in the shadows to not be seen. As she tried to hear the conversation at hand her sword fell off of her lap making a loud noise echoing in the sewer. "Shit" She says under her breath as she picks it up slowly.

Aloy looked over at her new bow and smirked. This bow was a definite winner in her book. It was a heavy hitter and she'd test it in the next moments.
"Consider me impressed. I'll definitely tell Rene later that you have some weapons for him. No worries."
Aloy attached the new bow on her back with her other weapons of choice. If she ran out of those kind of arrows on the bow, she had her own.
Aloy would take the heavy weapon group and looked down at the small rabbit named Lucky who decided to join the group as well.
She would raise her eyebrow and shrug.

Not sure quite yet who to trust, or if anyone knows her from home she introduces herself with a name she had grown accustomed too. "Hello, My name is Xiomara. A few days ago I wound up here away from my home." She walks towards the group slowly with her hands up not wanting to be shot. "Stay, boy," they tell Mr. Chew, who whimpers in protest. "I do not wish for you to get hurt here."
Eric, having sat down next to Natasha, lightly rests his head on her. "I'm... gonna be wherever Natasha is. I'm sure you guys can handle the infiltration on your own."
Dawn, who had taken off towards his house and returned with a set of pink-and-white socks on each of his legs, swishes his tail nervously. He seems rather torn on what group to join.
Rene glances over at John Connor. He's probably smiling widely underneath his mask- you can hear it in his voice. "We'll need a hacker to shut down those security systems. I mean, we can smash them, but that's nowhere near as clean. And I like keeping infiltrations real clean." He turns to Julia. "You can make us... kind of invisible, right? We'll need that if we're going to enter the courtyard of the HQ." He then stops, hearing the clatter of something metal in the sewer. A sigh escapes his lips, and he draws his revolver. "Alright. Whoever you are, come on out. Try to run and you won't see the bullet that kills you."
Axton, Salvador, Fish, Horror, and Zane come over to the heavy weapons group.
"Next op. You guys ready for this?" Axton smirks.
Horror giggles in his weird, distorted voice, wagging his rump excitedly.

Captain Falcon looks around the makeshift city "Wooooooow.....Does this planet have any good looking cities that aren't trashy! Like why would anyone live in the sewers? Don't you people suffocate? What do people eat down hear?! But aside from me being plagued by these thoughts, I need to bring my ride down here before anyone tries to mug it." Captain Falcon puts a hand on the side of his helmet. He waits a for a moment and suddenly a large crash followed by the screams and cries of some of the habitants can be heard as the Blue Falcon stops at Falcon's side, once again, covered in blood and flesh. Falcon is stunned as he hears the cries of pain and panic "Uuuummm....Th-they're fine. Yea, they're....They're fine...""We're not fine...!"
"Yep...That's the sound of fine-ness right there. Yep, mhmm."

After they started heading to the meeting place, she kept ahold of the bombs. When Minako joined back up with them, she saw that she had a dog with her. "Awww, he's adorable! Minako, who is this?"
As Rene explained everything, she quickly chose her team as there wasn't really any choice for her. "I'm going on distraction. Those that go on distraction can take some of these bombs to help with it as well." Hearing a new voice, she turned to see a woman exit out of the shadows. So she was following them? Her name was something she hadn't heard before, it sounded very mystical.
Once asked who she was, she looked at her. "My name is Elizabeth, it's nice to meet you Miss Xiomara."

When she passed by an alleyway while calling out Megumin's name, she stopped and saw the girl hiding at the end of the alleyway. "Megumin!" She ran towards her, kneeling down. "Before you ask, yes, I'm actually Skye. That asshole thinks that they can just manipulate people for their own gang, especially with people that they're suppose to work with."
Looking at Megumin, she still had her pistol out in case anyone tried to jump her from behind. "Listen, I know that you think that you can't do anything, that you're useless, that you aren't capable of fighting and I've felt like that too multiple times. But, you aren't any of those things, fuck whatever that lizard bitch said. We're here for you and we have faith in you that you can fight. It's just that we don't want anyone else getting hurt in the process and I'm sure that you think the same thing too when you try to cast that spell."
Getting up, she held out her hand to her. "If you wanna come with me, you can take my hand and ignore whatever that asshole says. If you don't, then that's fine, but we're suppose to go plan the raid soon and this isn't the kind of town to be alone in." After a few minutes to make sure that Megumin made her decision, she'd walk out with Megumin (if she chose to come), and once they got back to where the others were, Skye would grab her guitar that Heather put next to a booth and followed them with the guitar on her back.
After they got to the meeting place, she listened to what Rene had to say and stepped away so that people could come stand with her as a way to show which group is with. "For anyone who joins me, I apologize ahead in advance for what's going to happen. I didn't get a chance to test out the upgrades yet, so if you don't end up as the right gender, sorry."
When someone came out from the shadows, she immediately pointed her gun at the woman that came out. "Xiomara? That's an interesting name and you don't look like you're from here. Name's Skye, if you're here to help out with the raid, then we'll need all the help we can get."
Lowering the gun, she still kept it out for a bit before putting it away. Skye then looked at the guy who came up to introduce himself to her and something told her that this guy was a player, especially since he was crushing on Tifa not too long ago. "...Thanks. Name's Skye, nice to meet you."

Once they got a move on and got to the tunnel, she listened to Rene and then went over to the second infiltration team. They just had to get Kyle, right? It wouldn't be that hard if everything went well. Hopefully this all went well so that they could get out without any complications.
"I'll go with you guys." It was then that a new girl came out from the shadows, which put her on the defensive a bit. But, they needed all the help they could get, so she chose to be friendly to her. "My name's Tifa. That's a really interesting name, Xiomara. It's nice to meet you."
Tifa then saw Red go try to flirt with Skye, she looked at Zack. "Well, I guess he found someone else to crush on. This makes my job easier then."

After they started heading to the meeting place, she kept ahold of the bombs. When Minako joined back up with them, she saw that she had a dog with her. "Awww, he's adorable! Minako, who is this?"
As Rene explained everything, she quickly chose her team as there wasn't really any choice for her. "I'm going on distraction. Those that go on distraction can take some of these bombs to help with it as well." Hearing a new voice, she turned to see a woman exit out of the shadows. So she was following them? Her name was something she hadn't heard before, it sounded very mystical.
Once asked who she was, she looked at her. "My name is Elizabeth, it's nice to meet you Miss Xiomara."

Eric sees Double looking at him and glares at them, his eyes still watering. Do they always have to be scheming? Arceus knows what he would do if they try to pull something else on Natasha or Lana. He finds his paws wrapping around the Glaceon for a warm embrace, and he cuddles up next to her as comfortably he can on the cold sewer floor.
Dawn silently scoots over halfway between the heavy weapons group, the Kyle-getters, and Eric and Natasha. Fraught with doubt, it's impossible to tell which group he'd prefer to go with. The side of him wanting instant action and gratification tells him to go with the infiltration group, though that's also the scariest possibility and the one where he has the largest chance of messing something up. Heavy weapons or staying with familiar Pokemon would be far safer, but he couldn't stand not being in the heat of things. This decision would be hard...

Elora smiles at Rene and nods turning to the others who are introducing themselves "I am not from here, wherever here even is. And I don't know how to get home. You guys are honestly the only lead I have to get home so I will do whatever I need to. What team needs a medic?" She opens her bag to show bandages and other medical equipment she had picked up over the past few days, trying to earn the trust of a few others who were on the defensive. She doesn't blame them, as she wouldn't trust someone who followed them and appeared from the shadows anyway.

"You can come with me, mate!" Sniper smiles as he steps out of the shadows. "I'll be keepin' an eye out over you blokes long as you're outside."

Turning it off, she looked at Rene and shook her head. "I can see the outline of armor if there's someone wearing it but nope, I can't seem to tell the different when it comes to genders."

Despite points made in defense of Megumin, she still feels bad and decides to run out of the bar with Double Trouble soon following. When he came back, he was disguised as Sora, only to return to his real form and become targeted by Heather who was shortly stopped by Zelda who suggested to cool it with the fighting. Sora walks up to him soon after.
“Hey! Making someone sad is one thing, but trying to make them think their friends are against them is another thing. The next time you pretend to be me, trying to talk someone down a peg, I won’t be afraid to take you down one.” Sora scolded Double sharply, walked away with his trademark “angry look,” preparing for the raid.
Dani on the other hand, was watching all this from the background like watching a car crash, all while taking sips from her bottle of water she got from Tifa. “Whoa.”
The raid begins, the group heads out, and organize themselves into teams. “Okay, I think it be best if I help with the first infiltration group, since I’m a ghost I can help by phasing through stuff , see what’s up ahead and help you guys from behind.”
Shadow spoke next with his team in mind. “I’ll be on distraction. If things become unstable, I can buy you some time with Chaos Control. But it won’t last forever, so keep that in mind.”
Sora thinks about which team he’s gonna be useful for the most. “(Sounds like everyone’s got the plan under control. Maybe I should go with the distraction team again, so I don’t mess everything up. But.. I can’t, not while Megumin out there because someone hurt her. Lucky may be fine now, but she’s not. I’ve gotta find the throne before she does.)”
Sora came to a conclusion and speaks up. “I’ll join infiltration. Whatever it takes to find the throne!”

Once Voss had obtained his bombs and Abbott had rounded up his Frizlet (who he ultimately decided to name Scuttle himself) the two pirates made their way to the meeting spot where everyone was to rendezvous. Chres followed Zer0 as he continued to repair his speakers. On their way there, Chres donated a skateboard to Deadpool. Because skateboards are cool, you never know when you'll need them. Anyways, once he arrived, Chres' speakers were almost fully repaired. All that was left to fix were his few shoulder speakers as well as the one in his mouth.
Before Rene began to talk about teams, Abbott immediately assumed that he would have to fight alongside Voss. This made him incredibly anxious as he gripped one of Voss' sleeves desperately. "Do I have to do this? I don't think I'm that good of a fighter," he laughed nervously. "Please don't make me come along..."
"It's a little too late to back out now, Abbott," The sea captain replied. "Besides, I know ya can fight well. Yer just too scared. Man up."
Rene started speaking about teams, and Voss knew what role he was going to play. "I'll be part of the infiltration part of the mission. Whether ya want me to help Skye or get Kyle is yer choice."
Abbott was squeezing Scuttle in his arms worriedly, making the Frizlet quite uncomfortable. He overheard Rene talk about mutants and decided to chime in. "Mutants? You mean like the ones we fought earlier? Why would we wanna help them?" Abbott seemed to disregard Fish and Horror.
At the same time, tendrils continued to emerge from the torn speakers on Chres' shoulders, quickly mending the open fissures. He exclaimed loudly, though not as loudly as he used to be, "Oh! Oh! I wanna be on the distraction team! Please? Pretty Please?" His mouth speaker still needed to be fixed, so he spoke through his previously restored chest speakers. "I wanna bust someone's eardrums! Maybe even make their heads explode! God, that'll be so cool!"
Meanwhile, Voss wanted to figure out how they'll escape. "Returning back underground may not be a good idea if we want to escape. They might find out at that point where we came from. Unless we're super sneaky, I suppose we gotta find another place to escape to or at least find a way to make underground travel a little bit less cumbersome. Any suggestions, ladies and gentlemen?"
