Appearance Details & Picture(s):
Jūgo's appearance is similar to that of a magician or jester. He is tall and has light skin and a fairly toned stature. His attire is usually adorned with various suit symbols on the front and back torso, and he changes outfits in each story arc. He wears face paint: a maroon star on his right cheek and a spring green teardrop on his left cheek, or alternately, a maroon teardrop on his left cheek and spring green star on his right cheek. His facial structure seems quite youthful by appearance but whether or not that's the work of his makeup is yet to be confirmed.
In his first appearance in Tokyo, Jūgo's hair is blue. After a few appearance however it was apparent it was replaced with a red, almost neon pink color. In fact to know when he will change his hair color is never known for certain or even what color his hair might change to. Jūgo has light amber eyes which is rather unnatural for a normal human and it's currently unknown as to why they are that color but like all ghouls, when either really needing food after starving himself (For whatever reason that might be) or when it becomes apparent that he's willing to attack someone - a strange thing about Jūgo is that he's actually one of very few ghouls that doesn't decide to hide their identity beneath the mask. Although his usual appearance will resemble that of a jester or magician when the need or event arises that he should, on these special occassions he will often adapt a gray suit and without makeup.
Personality Summary/Introduction:
Jūgo is portrayed as entirely self-serving, self-absorbed, and selfish; he does whatever he likes as long as it pleases him in some way. His insatiable love for spilling the blood of powerful fighters in combat and his enjoyment of extreme pain while doing so fuels his seemingly sadomasochistic desires. In order for them to grow to their full potential (so as to improve the pleasure of killing them later), Jūgo allows the main protagonists or people with potentiel to live in situations wherein he is easily able to kill them. Likewise, he grows excited to meet any new people he deems worthy of fighting or anyone with potential to be a good fighter and entertain him in the future.
With his manipulative and self-centered nature, Jūgo is essentially a sociopath. While he does like member's of 'The Clowns' organization, and many others, he has stated that for him what is valuable one day could easily become trash the next, and he will not hesitate to kill anyone should they not meet his standards. He does not care for what has happened in the past, as he is only interested in what could be amusing to him in the future or present. While Jūgo's nature tends to be malevolent, he isn't an indiscriminate killer. He has no problems killing anyone regardless of age or sex; however, he only kills people who are in his way or those he deems "worthy." As such, his character is more simply amoral than flat out evil. He will even assists the CCG if there is "fun" in doing so or if it will make them stronger leading to a more entertaining fight in the future. Above all else, Jūgo cares only about having fun and a good challenge which may or may not involve killing people. He has a nasty habit of skipping out on Clown meetings.
Jūgo could be described as pansexual, but in a very deranged way: he is attracted to powerful fighters, or people who have the potential to become so, and his desire is expressed through barely repressible murderous tendencies.
Jūgo often exhibits androgynous characteristics throughout the series, manifested in his wearing of "women's" shoes and using an alluring speech style typically reserved for females in Japanese culture.

Mental Strengths:
Creative and Practical – Jūgo is very imaginative when it comes to practical things, mechanics, and crafts. Novel ideas come easily, and he loves using his hands to put them into action.
Spontaneous and Rational – Combining spontaneity with logic, Jūgo can switch mindsets to fit new situations with little effort, making them flexible and versatile individuals.
Know How to Prioritize – This flexibility comes with some unpredictability, but Jūgo is able to store his spontaneity for a rainy day, releasing his energy just when it's needed most.
Great in a Crisis – With all this hands-on creativity and spontaneity, it's no wonder that Jūgo is a natural in crisis situations. Jūgo usually enjoys a little physical risk, and he isn't afraid to get his hands dirty when the situation calls for it.
Relaxed – Through all this, Jūgo is able to stay quite relaxed. Living in the moment and go with the flow, refusing to worry too much about the future. his
Mental Weakness:
Stubborn – As easily as Jūgo goes with the flow, he can also ignore it entirely, and usually move in another direction with little apology or sensitivity. If someone tries to change Jūgo's habits, lifestyle or ideas through criticism, he can become quite blunt in his irritation.
Insensitive – Jūgo appears to have very little care for other's emotional needs or issues, in fact he often completely ignores them all together and moves on to another subject or depending on circumstances outright end their 'emotional suffering'.
Private and Reserved – Jūgo is notoriously difficult to get to know. He is a true introvert and would rather keep personal matters to himself and over-all prefers silence over small talk.
Easily Bored – Jūgo enjoys novelty, which makes him a excellent tinkerer, but much less reliable when it comes to focusing on things long-term. Once something is understood, Jūgo tends to simply move on to something new and more interesting. Prefers
Dislike Commitment – Long-term commitments are particularly onerous for Jūgo. He prefers to take things day-by-day, and the feeling of being locked into something for a long time is downright oppressive. he loses
Risky Behavior – This stubbornness, difficulty with others' emotions, focus on the moment, and easy boredom can lead to unnecessary and unhelpful boundary-pushing, just for fun. Jūgo has been known to escalate conflict and danger just to see where it goes, something that can have disastrous consequences for everyone around if he loses control of a situation.

Jūgo is a rather mysterious figure, with very little information on him all that is truly known about him is what's heard from the rumors which spread across Tokyo. (I'll expand this further along the RP)

Jūgo is one of very few ghouls who doesn't actually wear a mask at all in any situation.
Criminal Records:
- Believed to have killed over seven-hundred humans within the last year

- A highly notable member of 'The Clowns' ghoul organization
- Jūgo is also hold responsible for over two-hundred deaths of CCG Investigator's, four of those investigator's being Special Class.

Weapons:
Although Jūgo is a ghoul and has the capability of fighting with his kagune, Jūgo appears to be much more comfortable using a deck of cards as his weapon. Showing his finesse and skill when it come's to using them he is able to use them like deadly sharp knives, using them in such a way he can cut deep within the skin of most (Exception of ghouls..Obviously.) although this generally is only useful against human and alike - Jūgo still finds it incredibly useful in combat.
Fighting Style (Without kagune):
Jūgo.. Notorious for his graceful, cruel, and deceitful fighting ability, Jūgo has proven himself to be a deadly opponent. However, his true abilities have never been shown, as he is willing to fight enemies famous for their terrifying power. Apparently, he doesn't fight according to any conventional martial art, combining his tremendous physical attributes with razor-sharp poker cards, an unpredictable mind and an unquenchable thirst for killing.
Prenatural Perception: Jūgo has proven to be able to sense not only the presence, but also the position of people hiddenaround him. Jūgo's ability to gauge a person's talent and current power is so refined, he has created a point-based system to quantify them. Partially due to his vast fighting experience, Jūgo is capable of discerning a person's strength by looking at them; on one occasion, he detected a very strong individual nearby and measured his strength without even seeing or recognizing him beforehand.
Immense Strength: Jūgo is incredibly strong, being known as one of the most physically strong ghouls. He can shatter rock and send a block of concrete flying with a single kick. His strength gives him a large advantage in most fights ghoul or human, which often comes as a surprise due to his rather lanky build.
Enhanced Speed and Reflexes: One of the pillars of his distinctive fighting style is his speed, matched with his surgical-like accuracy. He was able to easily grab a special class investigator's quinque spinning knives, dodge continuous attacks from S-class ukaku ghouls without moving from the position he was in, and barely avoid most attacks thrown at him. He can wipe out a group of professional investigator's single-handedly, and dodge or catch bullet-fast objects with ease. Combined with his ghoul attributes, he can disappear out of sight and move at speeds that even experienced fighter are unable to follow.
Enhanced Agility: Jūgo can attack from any position, as seen when he fought against a kakuja ghoul. Due to his coordination, he can adapt to any fighting style he faces (an example is when he caught without problems the spinning knives thrown at him by a special class investigator) and avoid most of the threats he may encounter.
Enhanced Stamina: Jūgo has never been seen tired after any of his fight, even after severe physical effort, mental strain and aura consumption.
Immense Endurance: Jūgo appears impervious to pain, which seems to leave him unfazed when minimal and bring him pleasure when very intense. He can take having his arms cut off, one after the other, as if it were nothing. Though blows still damage him, it doesn't slow him down or incapacitate him. His inhuman resistance, coupled with what looks like a total disregard for his own life and a battle frenzy, makes him seem practically unstoppable.
Genius-Level Intellect: Jūgo is arguably one of the smartest member's of 'The Clowns'. He was able to deduce many of the CCG's plans by simply allowing himself to get found. He is able to formulate accurate conclusions based on mere observations. Jūgo even categorized Kagune types users according to the different attitudes and behaviors they show, which allows him to identify the category of a ghoul's kagune. Although this method of judgement, as he said, is not always correct, it indicates his superiority as a battle analyst. Last but not least, Jūgo is able to retain his cool during fights and rarely allows his emotions to get the best of him, intimidating his opponents even more.
Master Strategist: Jūgo is very observant and able to guess the amount of strength a person possess, their talent and even future heights by simply looking at them. He can often tell what an opponent is thinking and how to react with his moves. He can plan whole battles beforehand and prepare his victory right after the get-go. Furthermore, his deviousness and volatility has prevented many opponents from anticipating his next move, and this has led him to win many battles. He can come up with crafty and unthinkable solutions, like the ones used to trick and kill numerous ghouls and investigator's, in a matter of seconds. Combining his twisted genius with his prestigiatory skills, Jūgo can set very elaborate and effective traps. His tricks usually don't get discovered until after they are already in use. Instead of fearing pain, he sometimes seeks it, as a memento of his opponent. despite many of them being professional martial artists
Master Hand to Hand Combatant: Jūgo is very skilled in unarmed combat. Part of his strength is said to derive from the fact he does not hesitate to kill. He defeated a martial arts master of both ghoul and human class with his bare hands. He alsocan effortly dodge technicaly and structured attacks while talking casually.despite many of them being professional martial artists.
Master Weapon Specialist: Jūgo is an unrivaled master in the usage of cards as edge weapons. Using poker cards as his primary weapon, he throws them with ease and lethal accuracy, or wields them as razor-sharp blades. He was also able to quickly master the usage of spinning knives, besting a self-proclaimed expert who trained for one year mere seconds after their battle started.

It is unknown what his specific kagune type is, but due to his cannibalistic tendencies some have begun to wonder if he's become a Kakuja type - however Jūgo doesn't often use his kagune as any particular source of attack, in fact to this current day no one knows of the true nature or appearance of his kagune.
