Like can I carry more than what is in the purchased stack? Could I buy two stacks of each and they only take up one slot each in my bag?

It's okay! No, it simply means, you get to re-roll just once for this battle. So you can only use one good-luck charm. But you can give a good luck charm to someone if they haven't rolled one yet on the same battle.

Rift crystals can be used as many times as you want, including crystal balls. Also, because you have a masterwork weapon, you have a total of 3 re-rolls if we include the good luck charm.
