I'm gonna' go with Dragon's Command - Lydia imposes her will on target individual or group causing them to stop all actions. What do you guys think?

Speaking of which I was wondering if that would be conjuration or something else? I'm guessing conjuration so if I gave her that in conjuration would that give her a +1 every time there is a penalty since she is already 1-9? And is it okay if I change Algiz so that she wears a ring with the symbol instead of writing it on her hand all the time? I mean, I don't plan on changing it just in the CS, she'll actually get the ring and stuff like I did with her hammer. Zer0
