All I see right now is someone coming outside and waved the police goodbye. Some curse words in spanish. The guy in the handcuffs actually threaten someone else or well that's what I'm hearing from their yells.

Did the person who waved curse? Or the one getting arrested?

They're both cursing. Though one of them sounded drunk. I guessing the handcuff dude but eh. I can be wrong.

Maybe. Considering the police only arrested one person instead of three or four. Which is a good thing. This doesn't usually happen in my neighborhood so...Yea...

I don't think I've ever seem anyone getting arrested, but it's not like I would remember unless it was in the last year or two.
