Strength building. I do sitting dumbbell press and machine press for my shoulders and machine flys and push ups for chest.
I love doing flyes for chest. It feels unusually good when I do them. I don't know why. lol
I plan on working my upper body like a bodybuilder, while I do heavy squats, Olympic or powerlifting style, for my legs.
