Realistic or Modern Hierarchy

Is this inspired by a book ? I swear I've read something similar to this rp
It's possible there is a book like this, but I haven't read it.

I wouldn't be surprised though if there was one with a similar plot. It's not the most unique idea.

Yep. Just make a character sheet. I'm not deciding until Monday.

If anything looks off thus far feel free to tell me and I'll fix it.

Not feeling too confident about mine. Tell me if there's anything you would want me to tweak (is that allowed? lol)

@DreamBeat[/URL] Might be because I'm stupid but I just can't read that font to even give my opinion :P
I guess that's the first problem then. I'll fix it when I get back.

Yeah that's allowed. :)

For clarification: Those in the wastelands are out of the system. They don't have popularity points, cuffs, or ranks. The only way they can get back into the city is to register to take the tests during the ranking.Their scores weigh less however than those in the city. Usually the only way a rankless makes it make into a city is if more people had died that year that there are 12 year olds to replace. Then they will take in the highest scoring wastelanders.

Of course there are less "legal" ways to try and get someone inside

Ah ok. Thanks for clarifying that. I'll be adjusting my character's history a bit then.

@Protocol I apologies for not posting a writing sample, I've been cycling a lot all week and today I've got to take my bike to the shop so I'll probably get back to you later on today.

No problem :) I'm unexpectedly busy today to

Looking at my CS again, I realized that I didn't actually change the font. I could swear I changed it (and I did), but... I got the CS in my workshop mixed up with the one on the sign-up sheets. Looking forward to role playing with you guys~

And a question for @Protocol. I've been thinking.. Since we're mostly in different ranks, will (some characters) not be interacting with each other? Will we create situations where we meet one another?

I was planning for to create situations throughout the rp, so that the characters will all eventually meet. At the beginning however some of them might not interact.

If anyone wants to they can create a second character. If you've already been accepted then you don't need to worry about me accepting your character. Your second character doesn't need a writing sample with their CS.

@Haereticus Your writing sample was lovely. Thank you.

I wanted to discuss plot a little before we begin, so that we can have a basic outiline that may change as the rp moves forward.

My idea is that the first story arc would begin near the end of the Ranking.

Trains import and export cargo from the cities to other major cities. Recently cargo has gone missing, more than usual. There has always been trouble with wastelander rats stealing food and medical supplies. Now guns and other weapons have also gone missing. The city judges fear that a rebellion is underway.

What do you guys think? What ideas do you have?

Seems like a decent starting point. Also i might involve Eze's brother in the story as well.

Hmmm~ Sounds like a good place to start. My character would probably be one of those taking supplies from trucks, but she doesn't have a reason to rebel in particular. We'll see how it goes ^.^ Also, my 13 hour plane right back home is in like 2 hours, and the WiFi at this airport sucks. Sorry if this thing posted 2 or 3 times.
