Because there's going to be a vampire hunting priest, I wanna add a bit of conflict. So, would making a vampire character be alright?

I was thinking standard abilites such as increased senses and strength but not to an absurd degree. And possibly a type of magic though il have to look into it. ^^

I'm gonna have to say No on this one. Elemental powers sounds a bit overpowered, and I don't relaly see how a water/elf nymph could fit into this city. Sorry :/

Yeah, he could be like an evil guy who leads a neighboring rival kingdom . Probably shouldn't be your main character though as he can't regularly interact with any other characters being outside of Dendra

thank you! i'm pretty psyched to be here, honestly - i enjoy reading everyone's posts in BT3S immensely, and i think here will be no different. i'm already full of ideas! and no worries about posting! i know you'll be good for it, so take the time ya need.


by the way... i was thinking about making the queen for this kingdom (if that's alright!), and the one comes to mind is... do you think she'd be an alright faceclaim?

Good question. I didn't give any description of what magic is allowed because I wanted that to be up to the player to decide. However, when I imagined water elemental I imagined characters summoning massive waves and stuff so I thought that might be overpowered. I'm fine with elemental magic as long as it has a power limit, as well as other types of magic. Sorcery isn't the main focus of this world


As of now, only human and elf are main races (with a majority of the townsfolk being human). Vampire would probably be only certain rare individuals. You should ask me first if you want to create another race and I might allow it.


I should include a lore tab to explain some worldbuilding stuff

Sorry, but I am still confused about the magic system here. What kind of magic is too powerful? What about distorting a person's vision of the area, creating an illusion? How about creating a small fire from a waft of smoke? Minor invisibility or flight? Could you give me a few examples? I'm sorry about my lack of brain power to comprehend this.

What you mentioned right now are all fine. However stuff like creating a massive ball of fire that destroys entire buildings is overpowered or bringing people back to life is overpowered. I'm creating a lore tab right now to explain some stuff

Your post's fine, the image was just used as a general reference cause it's tough finding something to create the right atmosphere. Forests on the outskirts of kingdoms are always good
