As there seems to be more people interested than I planned for im going to stick to a DM role only playing npc's and enemies.

A cs page isn't really needed, yall can post them here cause they are only as big as you want to make them.

Things I need to accept a cs...
1) Names, real one and whatever your alter ego goes by or was named.

2) super power, like I said on the check it's mostly 1 power per person.
There isn't a superman out there whose invincible and flying with laser eyes and...

3) what are they? Be it criminal, vigilante or a hero whose in the herowatch ranks.

A bare bones example,
Mark Dawn, Flambei.
Can create and control fire from his hands. Flambei is a midweight hero, filming himself fighting crime but also his own cooking show where he cooks with his power.

Though adding background, appearance, skills and flaws certainly help.

Real Name: Owen Ellison

Age: 22

Identity: Midweight hero

Power: Shapeshifts into a giant snake with scaly humanoid arms. His snake form is capable of constricting and biting, but is not venomous. It's fangs are roughly four inches long, though he rarely uses them unless it's a last resort. It's as swift and silent as expected for a snake.

Skills: Owen enjoys cooking for himself and roommates, and is good at it. He is enthusiastic about researching issues and events related to hero-activities, and prefers to be prepared to deal with anything that might come up on a planned action. He's learned how to pick or break many different kinds of physical locks.

Flaws: Sheds his skin when healing, potentially surprising and off-putting to roommates. Partially cold-blooded, Owen prefers the apartment WARM in any season. Also he is a giant snake (which is a problem for some, including his own mother).

Appearance: Most of the time, Owen is a young part-time college student, a lanky 6'1", with shoulder length dark curls and brown eyes. In Fangfurter form, he is a 20' long snake, covered in green and gold scales in a streaked pattern, with arms. The only thing these forms have in common, visually, is eye color.

Info: Owen is currently taking intro classes with the goal of becoming a psychologist. He's also wrestling with a pervasive online sentiment that "snakes are evil, so Fangfurter is CLEARLY a villain and can't be trusted". His videos attract a lot of misinterpretation. Some of it is just trolling, but all of it is harming his reputation. He's not sure how to overcome that.
The name 'Fangfurter' was a stupid joke he came up with as a kid, but he's become very emotionally attached to the name and doesn't want to change it. He has a good relationship with his Dad, but hasn't spoken to Mom in years. He is currently looking for a new roommate.

Dashy because of the one time she cosplayed as a popular kids tvs show pony character and Skittles as in the rainbow candy. At work they call her 'Rainbow' for obvious reasons.
○ | Works as a waitress at a sports pub and hates her life. The guys are drunken, pervy pigs but eyo, they tip like mfers so she deals with it.
○ | Still skateboards and surfs when she gets the chance but regularly attends dance sessions; as a child she used to dance competitively.

○ | BUT!! She actually loves her alter ego and adores being able to be free and turned all the way upt to 11 and yes, even altruistic. The Unicorn's persona is the opposite of the Woman. It's sad but she feels her real friends are the ones in costumes and fighting crime, not the hollow tiktok watching bots that just gas her up for being a strong independant woman. When's the last time they stopped a man from kidnapping a kid? Or helped an elderly person offa the bus for that matter. Fake empowerment.
○ | Latest problem is that she is starting to believe that Shi and Moon Prism are 2 totally different people. She will not admit to herself which person she'd rather be.

Powers - RAINBOW Unicorn Alter-Ego: MOON PRISM!!

Shifts into an adorable adult ivory unicorn with flowing white mane and tail. Big sapphire-like eyes with long dark lashes. Radiates positive energy and when she is 'feelin it' a golden halo will sprout up over her head. Whenever she walks her hooves leave traces of glowing rainbows in her steps. Her voice is melodic and interweaves laughs and precious gasps. She is very much like a show pony with perfect posture, dainty steps and poses in that just right way.

Moon Prism's main abliltiy is that of the RAINBOW. When activated, several motes colour, each the differing colour of a rainbow, and they dance and spin around her body. She gains a boost of muscle power, reflexes, armour and pain threshold. She can also create rainbow paths and run on them as if they were magical bridges. They even allow her to traverse great gaps, run up walls or even run upsidedown! She is quite fast and agile when using her rainbow as transport. She may also deflect attacks with her path if she times it just right. Her other rainbow power is that of healing. She may press her horn upon the wounded, sick or poisoned and cure their ailment. It comes at a cost; she must use up her energy that she normally uses to create rainbow paths and the rainbow motes will not be as effective either.

The problem with her is that she is quite clumsy in combat. She can hold her own using her horn and hooves as her weapons of choice. However, she fights like a bull in a china shop; things break as she smashes them since she is the size of a pony, super strong, and resistant to pain. She doesn't register that she just smashed into a car and totalled the passenger side, so she just goes on fighting, Her major weakness is marijuana. Feed her just a small bit of the green and she will instantly get just absolutely wrecked. So she does try to gain resistance by 'going green' on the daily lol

Power: Electrical manipulation - Angel can generate pulses of electricity from her body and direct them in various ways. It could be as harmless as static just as it can potentially fry someone from the inside out.

HeroWatch Ranking: People have a hard time identifying whether Shadowspark is a vigilante or a villain. There are several cases of charred corpses being left in dark alleyways late in the middle of the night. Reports claim screamings could be heard shortly before a woman with glowing blue hair tips comes running out from alleys. Autopsies reveal the identities of the victims being, in a lot of instances, people who had previously faced law for serious criminal charges, mostly assault and/or robbery.

Some people consider Shadowspark to be a plain murderous lunatic who needs to be locked up. Others feel this unknown is actually cleaning the streets of garbage by crossing a line that plenty of heroes are afraid to do. One thing for sure, the dark corners of the city started to feel safer or, at the very least, criminals have started to fear pursuing some hapless victims into dark places, for fear of crossing this mad vigilante.

Videos and pictures of Shadowspark are almost non-existent, and most who manage to capture something of her are blurry and unclear. It is speculated she exudes some sort of EMP aura in the surroundings to scramble electronical devices with the intention of not being recorded.















Skills & Misc.: Angélique loves music. She is very good at playing guitar and singing. She actually has a Youtube and a Twitch channels she regularly uses to show off her musical talents. Sometimes she streams herself playing games like Guitar Hero, Rock Band, Dance Dance Revolution and various other activities involving rhythm and music. Ironically enough, the majority of her following comes from the few ASMR videos she makes.

Background: Angel's past is quite modest. She comes from a simple family, she attended school until she was done with high school but never bothered with college. Instead of pursing a career, she wanted to do things her own way with as much freedom as she could have. Instead of working endless hours for an ingrate employer, she is using her passion for music and her charisma to get a source of income both online and from small events she either organizes or takes part of. Believe it or not, she is quite entrepreneurial and hardworking on her online image talents.

Talents:
Unpredictable, the inherent power to teleport helps but even without that Max defies expectations in brilliant/stupid ways. The sort to bring a exploding boomerang to a gun fight.
Odd charm, not a suave sort able to talk anyone into anything but definitely able to put on a friendly smile and act/talk in a way that helps his own goal.
Accurate,
be it throwing or aiming Max usually hits his target. Boomerangs being his usual go to.

Flaws:
Addict
Be it drugs or alcohol if the option to partake is available Max will.
Still Human
Feels pain, bleeds, needs oxygen, etc etc
Energy drain
Teleporting takes a whole lot out of a person, Max needs to eat and drink enough or else his power will drain and shutdown all the neccesary organs keeping him alive.

A protective stealth suit with many pockets,
A steel bat, a silenced 45.pistol. snacks, food pills, water bottles,
Various boomerangs of different kinds. (Sharp, explosive, tear gas, electric)

Power:
Teleportation, Max is able to teleport anywhere within his field of view or any place he can remember in vivid detail. A cloud of dark blue smoke appears whenever the act of teleportation happens. To utilize this ability Max needs to keep well fed and hydrated. Trying to teleport without enough energy results in pain or death.

Would depend on how the company as a whole sees the hero,
Generally speaking it would be one sided. Though yea heroes upload and get money in the bank. With sponsorship an such they make enough to live.

Say your a chancer having a problem with another chancer literally stealing your content ideas or sabotaging your crime fighting. You can call HW and you'll most likely be talking to automated voices for hours and given the runaround before getting anywhere.
Even when you get somewhere, unless you have 100% irrefutable evidence HW is siding with the more popular and profitable of the two.

On the flip of that though if you can do something for them they are ontop of shit. If they think you can do something or they just have no one else to risk... they'll call you up and give you a special task.
Might be they want you to protect someone important,
Might be they want you to take down a vigilante they can't,
Might be a meet and greet with young sick fans,
Might be they want you to vacation in Dubai with one of the top investors...

The higher up in rank you are the more pull you have, but even among top heroes nothing is perfect. Its just the big three who do whatever they want whenever 80% of the time. Even the best of the best are 20% whipped by HW

The opening scene is being written. I have some ideas on how it ties all the cast together but I'm open to changes and suggestions etc

Vox Angelis shadowspark being someone HW has tried to recruit a few times but have been unsuccessful in their attempts.
Though around the same time as their latest attempt to recruit her, Ambush has been hired to murder her. (Her vigilante killings involved the son of someone very important)

This means they will most likely collide in the street at some point.
Continued engagement between the four involves them falling into a bigass plot that can change the world at large.

Coincidentally all four of these people live on the same floor in the Maryton apartments just five minutes from the train station.

(The big three is basically the tippy top of the top heroes. Basically wonder woman batman and superman but adapted to fit this lore. So different names and one power or two at most)

awesomes! k sooooo like I was thinkin that moon goes around interviewing otrhe heroes' and gets their thoughts on Spark. Then like her creative team formulates a narrative that starts to trend because of her following and all the hearsay soon becomes 'did you that shadowspark..." and most people are bots just consuming content without criticaly thinking about it and just starting to believe rumours and continue to spread them. like even Wikipedia has entries that spout off as fact about Shadowspark. like just some friction and drama as heroes' but not knowing they homies irl lol

Sorry I didn't reply sooner, I just went through some unexpected medical stuff that took a few days. I'm back tho, and read everything! I like the idea of Fangfurter being more familiar to Moon than Owen is to Shi, and I like the idea of being hired to go after Shadowspark, and I'm going to edit my character sheet now. I'm bringing it down to 20ft, which is still pretty long, but he is pretty fast, and it can be part of his weaknesses. I think any shorter and he would just look weird lol.
