Anti villains are incredibly hard to pull off correctly but if you want to try go for it!

I'd like to think of it as one. Won't be able to get much help from doctors like blood transfusions or whatever they are. O- is pretty rare as is some others.
Whatever you consider a weakness or flaw in your character you should list.

Does the user have to be aware of the target to have something move over to there?
If let's say a car or a train is on the tracks, can the user make it do a 180 turn and hit itself or...?
