Hero Time: The Start of Project Hero RP

Robin looked over at the person, then back at Timid. He was trying to keep his anger in so Zander wouldnt come out. She looked back over at the guy and shrugged her shoulders, folding her arms over her chest. "How should I know? I've never fought them. And how do you know that I even use my powers? I might just fight with my fists." She told him, her glare at him still firm.

"This is supposed to be an elite team of Heroes," Ace replied keeping in note Robin's tone and Timid's reaction, "But it's not my place to decided. Obviously, my brother saw something in you. So are you in?" Ace asked the question then remembered something else he was to inform them off, "Oh, I was also told that if you join you will be granted a full pardon from all of your past crimes."

Robin stood there for a moment, just staying silent, thinking. She had no clue what they wanted them to do, but being erased for all of the crimes they did... That was a pretty big deal. She stayed silent, thinking."We'll do it." Timid replied for her, which earned him a glare from Robin. He looked down at her, whispering something in her ear before she nodded. "Alright." She replied. Timid stood up straight, looking over at the guy. "Lead the way, then."

"I apologize. You'll have to excuse Ellie." Luana said with a sharp glance toward Ellie. "She doesn't like taking things seriously."


Ellie looked down sheepishly and Dani feeling no threat, sat down on the tree branch.


Luana nodded to the second part of what Angel said. "Alright."


Rila sprinted through the forest with Eve flying beside her. Rila jumped over a fallen log and continued running. She was nearing the place Luana had contacted her from.
 
(@TheGreatWarOfMyMind) Ace looked curious wondering what Timid had said to Robin. But then again it didn't really concern him if he thought about it. As long as they agreed to come that's all he needed. "This way then," Ace said. He lead the two of them to a simple black car which was parked not far from the alley. Ace crossed over to the drivers side door and waited for the other two to follow.

(@Mouse) Angel gave a nod to acknowleged Luana's statement. She then adjusted her stance into a more relaxed position though to really believe that she was with her guard down would be a mistake. Angel had learned to always keep your guard up on assignments. Angel however, had been able to find a way to both relax in a way that allows her to not only relax but to keep her guard up all the time. There've only been a few times when she had completely dropped her guard since learning this technique and on aleast one of those occations something bad happened.

(@falconeevee) Tank acknowleged Silver's request to not let them escape. Tank didn't really know what they were exactly, but after a fight with them he could tell they weren't exactly human. So Tank unstrapped his gun and fired at the retreating enemies. Of course, when the strange light show, as Tank called it, began Tank was taken momentarily off guard. But he then quickly regained his composure finding that the enemies he had fired upon were down. Tank gave a glance to Silver. "What is that?" Tank asked him.

Timid followed behind him, Robin close behind. Timid shoved his hands in his pockets as he listened to Zander's covosation in his head. Though it was mainly just him ranting about how Timid should've let him out and how they shouldn't be following them, he found it pretty entertaining. He stopped when they reached a black car and looked up at Ace. "Where exactly is the agency?" He asked him, folding his arms over his chest as he waited for Robin to catch up to them.

"Some where," Ace said obviously not giving the answer. He pulled out a small device and pressed a button on it. Then the back door, the one closes to Robin and Timid, opened up. Ace waited for them to get in. Standard procedure bit obviously in case they decided to run off or something Ace didn't have to worry about having to get out of the Car just to give chase if need be.

Robin looked over at Ace for a moment, then back at Timid. She sighed and got in the car, thinking to herself "What a stupid question to ask." She watched as Timid got in the car as well and began thinking this whole thing through. Getting the police of their backs for a while would be nice, but what if this whole thing was just to get them arrested? But he wouldn't of told them vital information just to get them behind bars. She sighed, thinking the whole situation through.

Ace watched as Robin got in the Car. Then he looked at Timid. "Any other questions?" Ace asked in a way that said that it was a stupid idea.

Rila ran through the forest and came into view near the side of them. She walked closer with Eve hovering behind her. Rila looked at Luana, Dani, and Ellie and then to Angel.


"Alright," Rila said in a seemingly calm manner. "What's going on here?" She looked at Angel when she asked.

Angel noticed as the other two joined them. "I'm here to recruit your group here to project called the Hero Project," Angel replied to Rila's question.

"What's it about and why?" Rila asked as Eve landed next to Ellie. Eve muttered something to Ellie. Ellie shrugged.

Angel's curious peaked as Ellie asked Eve something. But She h er attention to Rila, "The project is designed to bring together different people with special abilities to handle things that Mega or the Goverment can't. Right now the project is being started because we resieved word that our country is soon to be invaded by an army of Robots. As for why you? Simply, you each have powers that can contribute to the Team. Plus you're not exactly bad."

"An army of robots..." Rila mused. "I do know about technology..." As if in response to that, Leaf, a mechanical mouse poked her head out of Rila's hood. Leaf watched Angel curiously. "Not bad? Did the government tell you about what I've done?" Rila asked crossing her arms as her tone began to sound regretful. She felt suspicious. Anything with the government sounded like a trap to her.


(In Rila's past, (before she accidently gave powers to Luana, Dani, Ellie, and Eve) she brought on a huge massacre which killed/injured hundreds of people. While someone did manipulate her into doing it, it's still partly her fault. Rila hates herself for sinking that low and falling for it the trick.)
 
([MENTION=4512]Mouse[/MENTION] I'm taking some lea way here. hope you don't mind Mouse. In this RP Mega is the ones that normally deal with super powered criminals. In that case most likely the Mega would of been sent in to deal with the problem.)


"Oh I still remember it," Angel said shuttering at some of her memories of the event, "My team had been there. We were more messing with crowd control and helpped with some of the clean up." She then regained her composure, "Don't worry though. I read all about what happened behind the scenes. So I don't blame you anymore. Plus I was also to inform you that you will be given a full pardon from that and any other crimes you and your group have done but only if you join. As far as I've been told once we've taken care of the robot army you can feel free to leave the hero project if you wish."
 
"Nothing....please ignore that" silver spoke as he looked around and nudged at him.


"What are you here for?, im not somebody that has all the time of the world, sir" he spoke with a smile, tank wasn't such a bad guy he noticed during the fights, in both character and skill.

Rila's interest rose when she heard pardon. Maybe afterwards, she wouldn't have to hide anymore. If other people knew what else happened at the massacre... She glanced behind her at Luana.


"People would be in danger from the invasion." Luana said thoughtfully.


Rila nodded. And if it was a full fledged invasion, they would probably run into trouble with the robots on their own. "We're in."

Tank wondered why he was keeping that thing a secret but he shrugged it off, "I'm here to recruit you for a special project called the Hero Project," Tank said getting to the point, "There's a robot invasion coming."

"All right," Angel said, "Now if you could just lead me out of this forest, we can head to Project Hero's Base."
 
"Why should i join?" he spoke towards tank with a smile on his face, he was sure that if he joined too easily he would get screwed again....this time he wont let it die out....brethren....


he shook his head as his sudden distant look faded, "Well...why should i join?"

Tank listened to his question but wasn't sure of how to reply. He noticed the faded look but didn't really think much into it. Tank was a fighter, not an annalyst. "It's your choise," Tanks said, "We could use your help. Really, I wasn't given much information about you. Just was told I'd find you here and to ask if you'd join. )
 
Silver thought for a minute and asked one question to him "im going with you guys and ill help you guys on one counter requirement, first i want to meet the people that want to recruit me in a pub" he spoke, with a playfull smile, a pub, some drinking this should be fun lets hope it wont be too much trouble~

"Certainly," Rila replied. "Shortcut's..." She glanced around and pointed past Ellie. "That way."


Rila led the way and Ellie ran on ahead.

Tanks looked at him curiously, "A Pub? ummm... we don't have those in the US," Tank said, "Would a bar work? I believe it's the same thing."

"I was heading in the wrong direction," Angel said more to herself than the others. She then followed the others glad to know they knew their way around the forest.

They soon made it near the edge of the forest where Ellie was waiting.


"Just through there." Rila said motioning toward two trees.


Ellie opened her mouth to say something when Eve walked next to her.


"Say anything about us being slow or you beating us," Eve muttered to her. "And I swear I'll strangle you with your tail."


"Fiiine," Ellie replied childishly. A mischievous gleam shown in her eyes. "How's that even gonna work, Eve?"


Eve shrugged.


"So where's the base at?" Dani asked.
 
"it's somewhere," Angel replied absentmindedly as she checked her com. Strange as though now that they were out of the forest it seemed to be working. So she opened up a channel.


"CD, six for transport," Angel said into the com.


"So I take it your mission was successful?" Came a reply through the com.


"Yes," Angel said, "But there seemed to be something in the forest that was messing up the Com's signal.


"We'll have to look into it," CD said, "The Copter's on the way."
