Heal My Heart

Miku flailed around more, causing herself to roll off of him. But abruptly, she stopped out of nowhere, and reached for the trash can. She then proceeded to make some very unladylike noises, as her body got rid of the alcohol.

Matsu coughed and gasped for fresh air, and laid on the floor, defeated. He could hear the sounds of Miku emptying her stomach from his spot on the floor, and shook his head. What had he gotten himself into? Well...as long as the furniture stayed intact...

Miku lifted her head after a few minutes. "Well that was lovely." Is all she could say before she promptly passed out on the floor near the trash can.

"Ugh..." Matsu got up and carried Miku to his bed, praying that she wouldn't also throw up on his clean bedsheets. He then took on the task of throwing out all of the alcohol bottles, cooking dinner for the two of them, and stepped into the shower to wash away all of the events of the day.

Miku woke up around the time he was in the shower. She felt the urge to hurl again, and grabbed a trash can nearby, cleaning her stomach again. When she returned from that experience, she groaned, rubbing her head. "Mother of god." She mumbled, scrunching up her face.

Matsu walked out of the bathroom, hair wet and a dark blue towel around his waist. He hummed as he checked his phone, forgetting that Miku was on the his bed...and currently awake. Matsu ran his fingers through his hair before grabbing clothing from his closet, and started to get dressed.

Miku looked over, seeing her friend half naked. "Matus? Argg... Am I hallucinating or are you in a towel?" She asked, squinting at him.

"Huh?" Matsu turned around, and remembered that he had left her in the bed about an hour ago. "Oh, whoops. Sorry." He blushed out of embarrassment, changed into a t-shirt and sweatpants in the bathroom, and came back out. "How was your nap?"

Miku sighed. "Better than whatever is going on now. All I remember is taking a shower and getting something out of the fridge. What happened?" She asked, rubbing her temples.

Matsu glanced at his phone. It was 1 o'clock A.M. on a Monday morning, and there was school to go to when the morning rolled around. "Well...do you remember drinking four bottles of alcohol?" He crossed his arms and leaned against the side of the bed, looking at Miku pointedly.

Miku groaned and fell backward. "Ugggg." She groaned. "GOD DAMIT SAD SELF!! WHY U DO THIS?" she yelled, clutching her head tightly. "I remember none of that."

Matsu just shook his head and chuckled. "Oh, and you practically killed me with your chest." He pursed his lips, and patted her on the back. "C'mon, you've just thrown everything up, I think it's time you've gotten something to eat." Matsu walked to the kitchen, and microwaved the pasta he had made earlier in the night.

Miku groaned and got out of bed, not even glancing at the trash can. She rubbed her temples and plopped on the couch as soon as possible. "Do you have pain killers?" She asked, her face contorted into a grimace as she tried hard not to pass out again, little beads of sweat forming on her forehead.

"Yeah." Matsu rummaged in one of the cupboards, before finding a box of Advil. He shook two of the little pills out and handed them to her along with a glass of cold water.

Miku nodded in thanks, taking the Advil quickly and sighing. "Now we wait." She mumbled, lying back on the couch comfortably.

Matsu yawned while he watched Miku swallow the pills, finding that his eyelids were beginning to get heavy. It was pretty late, and he's had a rather rough day. "Hey, I'm gonna go to sleep now. You can join me if you want."

Miku nodded, walking after him. "I am not staying awake with this headache." She said, her head pounding with each step. "This has to be my number one worst migraine." She said.

Matsu crawled under the covers with a sigh of relief as the soft fabric enveloped him. He glanced at Miku, who had followed him, and motioned for her to climb in.

Miku smiled a bit, but it quickly turned to an impassive face as she climbed under the covers, sighing. 'Thanks, for putting up with a drunken friend." She said, hugging him.

"Anything for a friend, right?" Matsu gave her a smile as he returned the hug and drifted off into a land of sweet dreams.

Miku realized that she hadn't stopped hugging him, but her eyelids tugged closed before she could care.

Matsu woke up the next morning, entangled with Miku in a mess of limbs. He shifted around groggily, not really caring if he woke the girl up. Matsu sat up in bed for a while, not wanting to fall asleep again but also feeling too tired to get up and go to school.

Miku groaned and rolled over, moaning about her head. "Stupid alcohol." She said, sitting up. She then sighed. 'I just realized that that was a super illegal thing to do. Wow I am stupid." She mumbled, sitting up.

Matsu chuckled at her comment, them hopped out of bed, and nonchalantly changed out of his clothes into his uniform, which consisted of a dark blue blazer, red tie, and khaki pants. "I'm just glad you're alive. Who knows what could've happened if I wasn't the one who saved you." He gave her a playful wink and checked out his reflection in a mirror.

Miku groaned. "It's to early for me to refute jokes." she mumbled, rolling over. She didn't have her uniform with her, so what was she supposed to do. She would be docked so many points if she showed up without it.
