Fantasy Hawthorne Academy

Mars looked at Lyra with a look of confusion. Why she went with mountain dew he had no idea. He wasn't an expert, but wouldn't the sugar cause a huge sugar crash later? It would have made more sense to use coffee, but it was too late to suggest that now. Coughing into his hand, Mars spoke. "Well, since these are students we are talking about, we want to start off low. I'm thinking maybe $20 starting, and raise by increments of 10. If things start to get slow, we can always raise it by 5 instead. For the bigger ticket girls like yourself, Veronica, and miss Weatherstone, the starting price will be $30. We don't want to start too high or risk scaring off potential bidders, or too low and not make anything. I'll be in the crowd during the big three, raising the price slowly." Most of this he had planned shortly after the idea was brought up. Since it would be cheap to set up, profit was almost guaranteed. "One last thing. Do you have any info on people interested on bidding? If I know ahead of time, I can plan and counter bid accordingly."

Turning to see Blake arriving, Mars couldn't help but smirk. "I guess being late is your defining feature now, am I correct? This is something very important, so you need to be here on time. It's one of the duties of the student council." Of course, he wouldn't mention the fact that he was also late, as that would be very heavy ammunition against himself. Still, Blake seemed tired. He either was just not a morning person or irresponsibly stayed up late. Either way, the more times Blake was late the more times he could use it against him.

Geno raised his head when he heard a quiet "Good morning.." from somewhere. It seemed the new roommate had woken up. He raised a hand as a hello, and flinched when Mars sprung out of his bed and rushed around the room for a few seconds and then finally disappeared through the door. "Well, he seemed to be in a hurry.. Sorry, good morning, I'm Geno."

(Insert potential response from Deijii)

Geno went to take a shower, and then changed into a pair of jeans and a sleeved shirt, before leaving the dorms to roam until he found something worth doing. Freaking saturdays. It took him about 20 minutes, but eventually he stumbled upon a small gathering in the main hall. A bunch of girls, including The Headmistress, Lyra, some Pink-haired girl, some little girl he hadn't seen before, and Sora. Mars was also there, along with another guy he hadn't seen before. Or wait, had he? Back at the gates yesterday. Another Council member? Yeah, probably.

He raised a hand to greet them, and said "Hey, what's happening here?"

(If that's cool >_<, I just want Geno to know what's going on)

Lyra listened carefully to Mars as he explained how the bidding would go, but her face visibly reddened as he called her one of the "bigger ticket girls". Lyra bowed her head, and smiled slightly. She didn't really WANT to participate in the auction, as she was almost positive she'd go up there and nobody would bid on her, but there was absolutely no way she could say no! Besides, she was willing to make the sacrifice.

"One last thing. Do you have any info on people interested on bidding? If I know ahead of time, I can plan and counter bid accordingly."

Lyra looked up, and then bit down on her bottom lip as she thought. She hadn't really discussed the auction with many people. Thinking about this, she couldn't help but wonder if Johnathon was going to come. A tea-party didn't exactly seem like his cup of tea (no pun intended), but perhaps he'd be present for the auction.

"I can guarantee Professor Caige will come." Lyra smiled, her eyes drifting over to the dozing Headmistress. "He'd probably pay anything for Miss Weatherstone."

At that moment, Lyra caught Blake from the corner of her eye. She sighed and waved back to him, not even bothering to scold him about being late. At least he showed up.

"Blake, Mars..." Lyra said looking at them both as she said their names. "You two are going to be trying to raise the bids...is there anyone you're actually hoping to win?"

Lyra knew she shouldn't have asked, but she just couldn't help it.

Calista didn't know what to do once Lyra pulled her into a crushing hug, Calista trying hard to breath,"L-lyra..." Calista whined in pain until she pulled away. Finally free from Lyra's death hug, Calista breathed in slowly, looking up at Lyra as her hands were still on her shoulder blade. Blushing brightly, Calista waved her hand in denial of Lyra's suggestion,"W-what? I-i could n-n-never..." Calista tried to explain but Lyra seemed too by enthusiastic with her imagination, her eyes twinkled with delight with many ideas flowing into her mind. Calista couldn't bring herself to deny her and just nodded,"U-uhh... T-thank y-you?" Calista said, looking over at Headmistress who was also wearing a dress for the event but it seemed she was just as tired as the others, falling back onto the table to once again snooze off to dreamland.

Giggling at how the Headmistress can be funny at times, she turned to see a boy with red hair just like Blake's but more brighter and his eyes a bright forest green. Blake was also there, his form lazy and slouching a bit. He looked very tired and had a strange dark aura around him. Remembering something that Shinji told he, Calista looked towards Blake and tilted her head confused,"Where is Shi and Kuro?" Calista asked confused why the two were not here yet.

-------------------

The sky was an eerie dark hue, the clouds loomed over the sky like ghosts, slowly drifting and taking over the sky in complete darkness. The sound of footsteps and the grass crunching under boots, Shinji was trapped in a world of darkness. The only light source he had was the moon that still stood tall over the dark clouds that tried to block its’ light.

It felt like years since Shinji been here, this cold, dark place that he was forever chained to, he been here many times, the same clouds that loomed over his head and the same scenery, he knew this place very well but he never got used to the place.

Up ahead, stood a house, a sinister feeling of evil lured throughout the house. Shinji knew that he could just leave it be but his legs never listened to him, always walking into the house, his boots stepping on the old wood, making creepy creaking noises every step he took. Walking into what looked like a living room; Shinji ruby eyes stared out towards the room, memories flowing into his mind.

An illusion appeared before him, a boy, young and fresh, playing with a little kitten that had something in his mouth, something precious that the boy treasured deeply. Turning his head away from the living room as it returned to its’ dark form with broken walls and old sofas covered with white sheets. Dust filled the place, the place feeling as if it was haunted.

Walking up the stairs, the same creaking noises followed behind him, stopping at a door that a slightly open, the sound of sobs and whimpers could be heard through the crack of the door. The same feeling came to Shinji, trying to stop himself from opening the door but his body didn’t listen to his pleas, pushing the door open out of his will. The sight was horrifying, a trail of blood splatters on the floor and some on the walls like red paint. In the corner, a poor child curled in a ball sat there, hugging a ball of black fur in his arms protectively.

Shinji tried to turn away, try to run but he couldn’t, his feet glued to the floor. The sound of the boy’s sobs made Shinji want to rip out his ear so he couldn’t hear but he couldn’t. He wanted to look away from the scene but his eyes continued to stare at the boy, his legs bleeding with fresh and dry blood covering it. Shinji wanted to scream, cry for help but his voice wouldn’t come out and it felt as if his voice was choking him. His cries to be free from this nightmare, it felt like he was dying.

Then it came, the sound of footsteps behind him, the heavy breathing of a monster. The door behind him was already open and there stood the one thing he wished to run from, the monster who gave him all these nightmares, this fear, the beast that screamed and roared to be freed. The woman at the door was the one who took him in, raised him, cared for him and only just so she could torture him later, his mother.

-------------------

Gasping for air, Shinji shot up and grabbed the water bottle that he kept by his side at all times, drinking till he made it half way full. Coughing up some of the water, he breathed in and out, Kuro already awake and staring at his master with concern, already transformed in his human form,"You had it again didn't you?" Kuro asked quietly though he already knew the answer. Shinji just continued to try and breathe in, ripping off his mask and banged his fist into the desk next to him but not hard enough to break it. Shinji snarled in anger and frustration over his mixed feelings but stopped to look over at Blake's bed only to see he had already left which was good because Shinji's mask was off right there to show a mark on his left eye but his long bang again covered them so only a small bit could be seen.

Wiping the sweat from his brow, Shinji just got up and ignored Kuro, walking over to the bathroom to get ready and just head out to get some food,"It's nothing." Shinji reminded himself to keep his composure and move on,"It's the past... you're in the present now." Shinji mumbled, changing into some clothes that he lazily took out. Pulling the headphones over his ear, he blasted in some beats and took Kuro in his arm, Kuro now back into his cat form and mewing at him,"Dang master! I can walk!" Kuro grumbled and clawed at Shinji but not to make her bleed.

Petting the cat, Shinji just continued to hum to the tune of his headphones. The music wasn't loud enough for others to hear but it was pretty loud in Shinji's ear, the way he liked it since he wasn't in the mood to chat with anyone.

--------------------

Alain smiled and waved back as well but watched as Mars shot up from his bed, exclaiming he was gonna be late and ran out the door with a sandwich,"Wow.. seems he really is a busy body." Alain thought and turned to look at his roommate, pleased to know his name and was also surprised how royal his name was,"Geno, nice to meet you, I'm Alain." Alain said and got up from his bed,"I would love to chat with you some more but it seems it's late to do that, hope to chat with you another time." Alain said and went off to get ready.

-I would add more but I'm in a rush bye bye!-

"I can guarantee Professor Caige will come. He'd probably pay anything for Miss Weatherstone."

Mars put his hand to his chin. It wasn't exactly a secret that Xavier had a thing for the headmistress. In fact, Mars could see the professor paying a ridiculous amount for her. He could probably fund the next event all by himself If I play my cards right. Mars couldn't help but grin at this idea. All he would have to do is be extra aggressive during the bidding, and force Xavier to pay as much as possible. Since he was an adult, he could probably afford it as well. Of course, he didn't want to bid too high, just in case of the rare scenario that Xavier dropped out of the bidding. Mars looked up at Lyra with a smirk on his face. "I think I can pull in a nice profit from Caige. Thanks for the info."

"You two are going to be trying to raise the bids...is there anyone you're actually hoping to win?"

He hadn't really considered the question before. It was his plan to just simply raise the bids and drop out when the time was right, but did he actually plan on winning one? He didn't see much point, really. He wasn't much of a romantic, so he didn't see any reason to bid for a date. However, he could think of a few other uses for the girls if he won. Mars put both his hands on the back of his head, looking at the ceiling as he spoke. "Well, I have been working on some new techniques for combat, plus all the studying I've been doing on advanced physics. I might buy someone to help me out with that. Of course, I don't have anyone in particular in mind." He wasn't completely sure who would be the best choice for his needs. He wasn't sure Lyra would be too happy with having fire thrown at her, and though Weatherstone was smart, he had to let Xavier win that bid.

~Lyra~

"Hey, what's happening here?"

Lyra turned upon hearing yet another voice...this one was slightly familiar, though she didn't know its owner until she turned around. It was the boy from the music room...the one who had let her in. She had almost forgotten up his reversed eyes until she actually looked at them. She blinked, almost slightly entranced by them. Maybe other people wouldn't think so, but Lyra thought they were quite beautiful...in their own way, at least.

"Hello!" Lyra smiled. "Geno, was it? Hi!"

She reached forward, taking his hand and giving it a friendly squeeze before dropping it and saying, "Oh, we're just tying up a few loose ends on the tea-party and Charity Date Auction! I hope you plan on attending, Geno!"

She was about to go on, when she saw Maria approaching. Lyra grinned, and then waved towards the girl.

"Maria!" she called, trying to get Maria's attention. She backed up to the table of dresses, where there were only a few left. She quickly found a pale, yellow, and of course, Lolita styled dress.

SLD00009.jpg

Quickly thrusting the dress into the girl's arms, she said, "Go try it on in the bathrooms of the Main Hall right there, then come back so I can see how it fits, okay?"

She grinned, and then turned back to Geno.

"So you will attend, yes?"

@Kriyze @suzumiya42

Blake glared at Mars, too tired to deal with his bullshit. Instead of responding he gave Mars one of his 'I don't want to deal with you' look before turning back to Lyra. He did not expect to be asked that, however it was early in the morning...he was tired, so he could really care less about anyone winning the auction...well as long as Lyra didn't win as he didn't feel comfortable having some stranger using her as a doll for the whole day. Suddenly Calista spoke up and when he looked at her he was surprised. She was in a pink frilly dress that showed off her porcelain like features, it was jaw dropping to see her not buried in male oriented clothes. Gathering himself Blake shrugged before he responded.

"I have no idea, probably still sleeping...lucky bastards..." Blake muttered back wistfully. "Also stand up straight although the dress suits you well and brings out the color of your hair out all those effects are going down the drain if you slouch."

Not really acknowledging Geno as figured Lyra would do the explaining and he was still in his own little world where he was fervently wishing he was in bed, when Mars started rattling on he groaned inwardly, as his rambling was annoying and brought him back to the Lyra situation.

“By the Lyra, are you sure you want to participate in the auction? You seem exhausted, you don’t want to scare off potential bidders by yawning obnoxiously,” Blake told her, again trying to cleverly mask worry.

Maria Scarlette

"Maria!"

Maria's head perked up upon hearing her name. She walked over to Lyra and was handed a dress. "Go try it on in the bathrooms of the Main Hall right there, then come back so I can see how it fits, okay?" Maria looked down at the dress - It was really cute, she had to admit, but it looked like it might be a bit big on her in some places. Nonetheless she nodded and followed Lyra's orders - She walked into the Main Hall's bathroom and changed into the dress. It seemed to be a little bit big on her in the chest area. Maria looked down, disappointed with how she looked - She had hoped she would look better in the dress, but she didn't feel like she did justice to it.

Well, Lyra might think you look good in it, Maria thought. And if she does, that's what's important, right?

Maria walked back out to Lyra and looked down at herself. "What do you think?" She gave Lyra a spin to show off the whole dress - Come to think of it, the dress felt nice and whoever made it made a better dress than she could make herself, probably. She stopped after the one spin and faced Lyra. A bit of blush dusted Maria's cheeks - She thought she looked good, she assumed, but someone else would look better if they wore it.

~Lyra~

“By the Lyra, are you sure you want to participate in the auction? You seem exhausted, you don’t want to scare off potential bidders by yawning obnoxiously,”

Lyra paused for a moment, slowly turning to face Blake. She put on a smile, and she said, "No, it's fine! I'm perfectly awake. Besides, I can't drop out! I've made a commitment, and I'm sticking to it!"

With that, the girl plucked up yet another can of Mountain Dew and forced it down. She crushed the can in her hand, and tossed it onto the pile of all of the other drained sodas. She tucked a strand of hair behind her ear and was about to argue her case further when Maria came out. Lyra had suspected that the dress might be a bit back on her, but her, that was why God created safety pins, right?

"Oh, you look beautiful, Maria!" Lyra gushed, striding over to the girl. "Here, just let me fix you up, 'kay?"

Lyra quickly grabbed the small, plastic box of safety pins that she had gotten from the storage room and started pinning away. The President was very careful to not stick Maria, and she expertly hid the pins underneath the lace. Lyra had gotten fairly good at this, as she loved being the costumer for her plays as well as the director.

"Now, you're perfect." she smiled, closing the box. She looked at the table once more, her eyes drifting to the last dress on it...hers. Lyra blinked at it, and carefully picked it up. She stared at it for a moment, suddenly wishing she had gotten something far more...understated. In her tired mindset, though, it must have seemed like a pretty good idea.

"...I-I'm going to go change, okay?" Lyra said quickly, picking up the bag of accessories that went with her dress. She draped the lacy, white article of clothing over her arm and grabbed the matching white boots, as well as picking up her small makeup bag with her mouth. She set off to the Main Hall's bathrooms, and once she got there, she was horrified of what she saw in the mirror.

Her pathetic pigtails drooped sadly, stray hairs flicking up and every direction. The dark circles under her eyes were anything but subtle, too. She groaned, setting down all over her things. She paused, looking the dress over, and mumbled, "Might as well get this over with."

vintage-pure-white-trumpet-sleeves-sweet-lolita-dress_%E5%89%AF%E6%9C%AC.jpg

She didn't dare look in the mirror until she had tugged on her white, lace-up boots. They went to about the middle of her shin, and went with the dress quite well. Lyra finally looked at herself again. Of course, her hair and face were still horrible...but from the neck down, she didn't look too horrifying. Of course, the other girls looked like porcelain dolls...but at least Lyra didn't look like Kinya.

She was kind of in the middle.

Lyra pulled out her pigtails, her dark, wavy hair falling over her shoulders. She gave it a quick brush with her comb, and placed the white lace bow on the top of her head. Did she need makeup? Well, she might as well. She quickly swiped under her eyes with some concealer and brushed some blush on her cheeks. That was all she needed, right? Perfectly understated.

She quickly put everything away, tucking the empty accessory bag in with her makeup. She sighed, looking at herself again. She looked like a wannabe China Doll. Oh well.

Lyra stepped out of the bathroom, her jeans and tea-shirt tucked under one arm and her makeup bag tucked under the other. As she approached the tea-party, she felt her entire face burning. She put her things on the now empty dress table, and mumbled, "So I think everyone is ready, right...?"

Maria Scarlette

"Now, you're perfect."

"W-Well, I wouldn't quite say that..." Maria looked down at her feet - Her face was probably bright red from that. She didn't get compliments very often - Albeit because she didn't talk to many people and didn't want an ego - So when she did get them, she would usually take them to heart. "I mean, I look all right, but-"

"...I-I'm going to go change, okay?"

"OK. Do you think you'll need any help, or-" Before Maria could even finish, Lyra was off, holding her dress, boots and a bag - Presumably with makeup in it - in her hands. Shortly after Lyra came back wearing her dress - Maria gasped. Lyra looked simply breathtaking, and Maria wasn't afraid to show she thought so. "Lyra, you look fantastic!" Maria's eyes sparkled with awe - Though she could see something leaking through... Lyra was tired, she thought, or something along those lines. "But... Are you all right? You seem a bit under the weather."

"Charity date auction...?" He said it quietly, someone might've heard but it wasn't a question directed to anyone in particular. At least when you said it like that it didn't sound like slavery or prostitution. He turned to respond to Lyra, but she was already on her way to the bathroom after talking to a few others, so instead he just asked aloud "Sure, I'll attend. When is this?" His thoughts wandered to the headmistress. K... Kina? Kinya? Kyra? Uh.. He really didn't remember, but she seemed to be dressed up like the other girls in the room. He chocked back a gasp when the thought that she might be auctioned off hit him. How could they do that to the Headmistress?

He was shocked for a few seconds, and then he realized how this could benefit him.. If he bid high on her, then he would've donated a large sum to the school, and then he'll have a chance of discussing the piano matter with her. Not to mention he's saving her from whatever creepy student would bid on a teacher. Oh wait, the irony. >_<

Sora walked over to the table that held the box of accessories and began rummaging through them, sifting through the colorful and beautiful headpieces and necklaces of the sort. She finally found the perfect accessory to compliment her outfit, it was a delicate, coral colored lace headpiece that fell over her forehead and head perfectly. She took it and placed it on, looking in her phone's camera function which doubled as a mirror. Fixing it, she turned around to face Lyra, hoping for her opinion yet she couldn't be found in the premises. She spotted, Geno and a couple other girls in dresses. 'Maybe they're joining the auction aswell..?' She asked herself, looking at the girls. They looked beautiful, more so than she did.

She walked closer to Geno and smiled, hearing him ask a question outloud. "Hi Geno. Fancy seeing you here." She said with a giggle. "And the auction's only a couple hours away. You bidding on anyone?" She added, smiling at him. She moved to the left side of Geno and waved at the girls. "Hi! I'm Soraphine Grimaldo! Nice to meet you!" She told them, a full blown grin on her face. Not long after, Lyra came out in her dress. Sora audibly gasped, "Lyra! You look beautiful!" She burst out, putting her hands to her face in utter shock. Though she looked very sleepy, Lyra was undeniably cute in the dress.

~Lyra~

"Lyra, you look fantastic!"

Lyra looked up, and then smiled. Even the President had to admit that she didn't look
bad...maybe she'd get a few bids after all. She gave a small spin, and said, "It is a lovely dress...I'm glad I bought it

"But... Are you all right? You seem a bit under the weather."

Lyra blinked at Maria, and then put up a hand, shaking her head. Lyra was tired, that was true...actually, she was exhausted. She was running solely on the caffeine of all of the Mountain Dew she drank...but she had come too far to quit. Besides, how could she? She was already dressed anyway!

"I'm perfectly fine, just a little sleepy." the girl reassured, crossing her arms. "I'll perk up a bit more as the day goes on!"

"Lyra! You look beautiful!"

"Thank you, Sora." Lyra grinned. "I could say the same about you!"

The President knelt down and plucked her cellphone from her bag, quickly glancing at the time. She blinked, as it said 11:00 a.m, on the button. Why wasn't anyone--

Then she looked up.

People, boys and girls alike, flooding in under the tent. They were finding tables, commenting on the cute girls in the dresses, asking questions about the auctions.

A grin spread across Lyra's face as she turned towards the group.

"Mars! Quickly, heat up the tea in all of the teapots! Make sure you don't blow anything up!" she ordered, placing her hands on her hips. She turned towards Blake and said, "Blake, you decide the order that the girls will go up onstage to be bid on. Give them a quick rundown of what's going to happen...and girls...well, you don't need to do anything but do what Blake tells you to do!"

She smiled, and finished with, "I'm going to supervise all of the tables, see if they need anything...everybody understand? Good! NOW GO, GO, GO!"

Geno looked over his shoulder at Sora. "You bidding on anyone?" He gave her a shocked look, and said "Uh, no! I hadn't planned on it." He was being honest, other than Kinya, of course, but he could feel a blush coming on. He surpressed it before it turned into something obvious, as his blood was black, so were his blushes, and they could look scary as hell sometimes. He looked back forward when she came up to his side, and waited for a response from the gathered people.

Lyra came back, and Sora let out a loud gasp, saying "Lyra! You look beautiful!" He watched them talk in silence, until he realized how boring he must seem. ".. Err, yeah Lyra. You look great." He said, scratching his neck. He was serious, but he wasn't very good with giving out compliments. He tended to think better of people than he could say. "So wait, when's the-" He abruptly stopped when he noticed the flood of students getting under the tent. "Oh... Right now.."

He looked down at himself, and panicked slightly. He wasn't ready for an extravagant social gathering with these clothes on! He might've not been very social during his childhood but he definitely felt like he had a responsibility to look good during any kind of party, so he started running back towards the dorms, shouting "I'll see you guys later!" over his shoulder.

He got back to his room, and found that Alain was still there (If that's cool...?) and said "Man, there's a fancy party thing going on RIGHT NOW. Do you need a tux or.. something..." He stopped when he remembered that he definitely didn't have the same sizes as him. Franco, his butler, was great and all, thinking ahead that he might grow during this year, but as any sensible human being he didn't assume he'd grow an entire foot in a year. "Sorry, actually, I don't think I've got anything for you.. Heh." He said as he started getting into a tailcoat. @DeijiiChan

Blake gazed at Lyra with soft look, her milky white dress was short and showed off her legs, which were supported by knee high pearly boots. The sleeves were angled so the ends were large, giving her a cute and petite look. She fixed herself up nicely as well with a moderate amount of makeup and lacy bow. All together she looked like a china doll. Of course that being said Blake would take it in his hands to make sure some creep didn’t get her, just another reason why he disliked this charity auction. Was he being over protective? Knowing Lyra...probably not. Zoning in on what she was talking about, Blake gave her scrutinizing look.

Mars handling tea?

“Are you sure you want Mars handling boiling liquid? Because I certainly don’t.” Blake deadpanned.

However he decided to just roll with it anyways. Before telling the girls anything Blake went up to Lyra and patted her head.

“You look...cute…” Blake complimented, which was as rare as it got. “Just remember to have fun and don’t do anything crazy.”

He didn’t know why he complimented her like that, it just sort of came up, besides when she came out of the bathroom she looked embarrassed, definitely not something Blake liked to see. Going back to the mass of lolita clad girls Blake scanned each one of them.

“Alright here’s the order: Maria, Calista, Veronica, Kinya, Sora, and Lyra. When you hear your name announced you will walk up the stage and introduce yourself. Think of it as a beauty pageant, all you have to do is wink, smile, twirl, and flirt...lot’s and lot’s of flirting. Just act cute and you’ll be fine. After you introduce yourself I will start the bid. After the bid the person who bid the highest will be ‘your date’ and then there will be a brief intermission until I call up the next one. After everyone is called up and bidded on all of you will be presented on the stage so your ‘dates’ can pick you up and drop off the money...any questions?”

(I was a bit confused as an auction doesn’t have a sole ‘winner’ so I decided to go on the normal charity date auction route, if you want me to change it feel free to tell me also if I missed anyone please tell me to)

~Lyra/Headmistress Kinya Weatherstone/Professor Crysta Chime/Professor Xavier Caige~

“You look...cute…”

Lyra tilted her head up slightly as Blake's hand lightly came down on her head. She smiled at him compliment, even though her cheeks were burning worse than before. Any sincere compliment Lyra received left her blushing, which was actually pretty adorable.

Goodness, is it a full moon tonight? First Veronica takes an interest in guys, now Blake is complimenting me?

"Thank you, Blake!" Lyra grinned. "I'm glad you think so...because if YOU think I look cute, then I'm sure to get some bids!"

Determination flickered in the girl's silver eyes...she WAS going to earn a lot of money. She had to!

“Just remember to have fun and don’t do anything crazy.”

"Me? Crazy? No!" the President said sarcastically, reaching up and lightly patting his cheek with her hand. "Now, I'm going to go get to work, okay? Wish me luck!"

After chugging down another Mountain Dew, Lyra was off.

Crysta and Kinya finally woke up from their naps at roughly the same moment. Crysta was sprawled in the grass, Kinya as a table. The two stood up, yawning and rubbing their eyes. Kinya greeted Crysta sleepily, and then trudged over to the other girls to receive her instructions. Crysta started heading back to her apartment, not caring that she was going to be missing out on all of the amazing tea she made.

That's when Xavier (quite stealthily) peeked his head over the table he had been hiding behind. His cheeks went red at the sight of Kinya...in a dress...he had to use all of his willpower to not run over to her and gush about how cute she looked.

No. He had to remain calm...he could gush over her AFTER the auction...

SORAPHINE GRIMALDO

Wink, smile, twirl and flirt. Four things Sora had to remember when she was up on stage. "I can smile, wink and twirl... But flirt...?" Sora muttered to herself. She looked to the other girls, and her thoughts ran back to herself. 'Will someone bid for me...? I don't even know any other boys here...' She thought to herself, her confidence dropping immensely. Frowning, she heard Blake call out the order of the girls. "I'm second to the last...?" She asked out loud. She was playing with the hem of her skirt and looked at the crowd of people gathering. There were so many students, some she haven't even met yet.

She saw lovers and best friends enter the tent, brothers and sisters included. Her mind wandered back to her brothers. Oh the chaos that would ensue, if they ever entered Hawthorne. Her oldest brother Solaira, would be running around Hawthorne, chasing skirts and flirting with every female around. Lunatio would be lurking around the campus, a bird or two in his hair. Sora let out a low chuckle, smiling at the thought. Sometimes, she missed those two, one way or another.

SOLAIRA GRIMALDO// LUNATIO GRIMALDO

"Oooooh weee! This place is huge!" Sol cried out, looking around the academy in awe. He was a fresh face to the others, but was an everyday person to his siblings. He took of his shades and placed them on top of his head, his bangs pulled back, revealing his piercing yellow-brown eyes and gorgeous face. He was a looker, and he knew it. He turned back to look at his brother, Luna, who was walking behind him, dragging three suitcases along. Why there were three suitcases? One for each of them and an extra one which they halve. "How you holding back there Luna?" He asked him, walking beside him to grab his suitcase and pull it himself. Luna looked to his brother, headphones around his neck, the sound of Luna's favorite music could be heard from it. "... I'm good." He muttered, walking alongside his brother.

They had made their way to the office and asked for their dorm, Luna, being the sensible one, had told him to head to the office instead of walking around aimlessly, a sense of direction was something both Solaira and Soraphine did not have. The woman at the office had given Luna directions to their dorm, adding in the part that a tea-party the student council had organized was being held near the Main Building. "... Main Building?" Luna asked the woman, obviously not knowing the way. The woman gave him a small smile and began telling him the instructions to the Main Building from their room. Thanking the staff member, Luna and Sol made their way out of the office and out onto the halls leading them to their room.

After around twenty minutes, they reached their room and placed their bags beside their beds. The room had three beds, a double deck and a single bed opposite it. "I'm top bunk!" Sol cried out, placing his things on the top bunk. Luna couldn't care less, and chose the bottom bunk, like he always did. Remembering the party that was being held, Sol flung open the shared suitcase and took out their suit- a black one for Sol and a white one for Luna. "Here ya go! Time to get dressed and look ravishing for the ladies." He told him, and started stripping his clothes off. Luna followed suit and took his clothes off and started getting dressed into his crisp white suit.

Ten minutes later, the boys are dressed up- both looking fresh and rather handsome. Sol was looking at himself in the mirror, complimenting himself as he fixed his outfit. "Damn do I look good." Sol cried out, turning around to look at Luna who was fixing his maroon colored tie, which was contrasting with his white suit, his hair gelled back. "Don't you look handsome." Sol told his brother with a smirk, slapping him in the back. "...Oof." Luna replied to Sol's slap. "...Let's go?" Luna asked Sol, gesturing to the door, to which Sol nodded and started heading for the door.

Around ten to fifteen minutes later, they had reached the back of the main building. Decorations were placed all around the area. Stares were being received by the twins, specially coming from girls. Sol smirked as each girl that passed by them blushed and giggled. He sometimes gave them a wink and they're legs would instantly turn to jello. Luna on the other hand, just smiled as the girls passed by them.

Luna finally notice a petite little person in a turquoise dress, looking like a beautiful china doll. He nudged Sol in the side with his elbow and pointed to the female's direction. Sol looked to where his brother was pointing and grinned. "Hey! Soraphine!"Sol called out to his sister, waving his arm to and fro vigorously. "Over here!!" He added, yelling at her direction.

“Alright here’s the order: Maria, Calista, Veronica, Kinya, Sora, and Lyra."

Third...Third? THIRD! why the hell am I third? Veronica tried to think to herself in rushes. Okay, calm down. Maybe they're just going in sizes. I mean, Maria is kind of small. Veronica then looked to see Calista, who towered over her. Damn...ok. that's not it. If vernica was going to break the curse, she had to make sure that she was going to be in a good spot. Sure, 3 was ok, but what if they all bid on Maria? look at her She is adorable! What about Calista? She's smart, sexy, attractive. Veronica then pictured Calista with men surrounding her. " Oh onee-chan. Stop it. Really. You're making me blush" "We love you Calista!" "Calista you're so hot!" "God, who could be after Calista, I feel sorry for her."

"NOOOO!!" Veronica shouted outside of her head, and then looked around at the other contestants, composing herself and slapping the dust off her dress. You have to be calm and collected. No one can hurt you today. No one can take this away from you. Just look at the other girls in their dresses. Now imagine them all covered in dirt. Yea....that's.... no that's stupid. It was no use, Veronica would be on it the whole day. This was her chance to do something on her own, Something that her mother would be proud of.

Glancing at the boy who had just arrived, Calista was astonished by his appearance. Rich black hair and amazing black eyes with white pupils, the first time she ever seen such person with eyes like his,"Wow... they look freaky cool." Calista thought staring at them but quickly looked away now knowing how rude she was being to stare at the guy and turned to Blake, straightening herself up just like he told her,"Y-yes... U-umm... I g-guess I'll see them later." Calista said, a bit disappointed that she couldn't get to see them before she would have to go through this, Lyra coming back from changing and return to wear a beautiful white dress.

She looked lovely and Calista stare in awe at how great she looked in the dress,"B-beautiful." Calista whispered out, the way Lyra blushed and hair hair pulled back in a ponytail was just perfect, she looked almost like a blushing bride, pure in white and embarrassed with all the comments she was getting. All the girls were beautiful even the Headmistress but Calista couldn't bring herself to comment her, scared of getting close to her but she did seem friendly and Calista didn't dislike her or anything but mostly timid on what to say to her.

Turning her attention back to Blake, she felt her heart sunk at his words. She was to introduce herself, in front of so many people and was to even do actions to make her look appealing?! Calista felt like running away from this but she couldn't now, she couldn't ruin Lyra's hardwork on preparing this event and she was already this far into it, she couldn't back down now,"I knew I should have stayed in my room." Calista whined but even if she stayed in her room, she wouldn't be able to run away from this, Lyra was her roommate as the paper said and she would come after her either way.

Feeling the rock of shame slapping down on her back, Calista didn't notice that another boy or in this case, two boys, appeared as well, one of them yelling out to the girl with the little blue dress, Soraphine being her name or so she guessed since they were calling her that.

After snacking on some snacks in his room, Shinji left to go to class but it seemed something was going on, going over to see decorations everywhere and chattering coming from the Main Halls. Shinji wasn't sure what was going on and looked down to Kuro for answers,"Kuro, I need you to go check out what's going on for me. I'll be walking around on the outside to see where Calista went." Shinji said, Kuro looking up at him and rolled his eyes. Leaping out of Shinji's arms and landing safely on the ground, he ran off to the back of the Main Halls only to see a group of dresses and among them, Calista dressed all fancy with frills and many bows.

Kuro couldn't believe what he was seeing. It has been ages since he seen Calista like this without boyish looks and those nerdy glasses. For the first time in a while, she was actually acting as a girl or well looking as one. Running over to them and passing by the two red head boys, he jumped into Calista's arms and snuggled into cock of her neck, tickling her a bit.

-------------------------

Calista was panicking at first until suddenly something black jumped into her arms and tickled her, Calista squealed surprised and giggled at how ticklish it felt,"K-kuro! Where did you come from?" Calista said, holding the cat in her arms and returned the affection, hugging him close to her cheeks and rubbing their cheeks together.

SORAPHINE GRIMALDO // SOLAIRA GRIMALDO

Sora's train of thought was officially cut off by someone calling her. "Hey Soraphine! Over here!!" She turned to her left and was met with a sight for sore eyes. It was her brothers! She saw Luna whisper something to Sol and left, but not before smiling at her and giving him a wave. Where was he going? Maybe he's gotta use the toilet..

Sora dismissed the thought and quickly ran up to her eldest brother, Solaira, hugging him once she reach him. "What the heck are you guys doing here?!" She cried out, happy to see her brother again. It has been over three months since her brothers left home to travel to Italy, it was an emotional moment, one Sora was going to cherish. She looked up to Sol, craning her neck since he was arguably taller than her, and grinned from ear to ear. "We're studying here hon." He told her, petting her head while doing so. She swatted his hand away, being careful not to ruin her hair. "Dooooon't. It took me soooo long to fix my hair." She told him, pouting. "Wait.. You're studying here? As in you and Luna? Here? In Hawthorne? Really?" She kept asking him questions, bouncing up and down in her happiness.

Sol laughed at the cute sight which was his sister, all three of them grew up together so they were pretty close. "What's this I hear? You're worried about your hair? Did you eat something bad while we were away, you're starting to sound like me all of a sudden." He told her, chuckling at her demeanour. He looked to the other girls who were wearing dresses much like Soraphine's. "Are you in this auction thing I heard?" He asked her, eyeing the other girls who were going to be auctioned off. "Yes, Sol. I am." She said with a smile. "Are you going to bid for me?" She asked him, looking at him curiously.

The thought lingered in his head. Bid for Soraphine? Maybe.. It would give him the reassurance of Sora not falling into some idiot's hands. "Mmm.. Maybe." He finally replied, with a smirk. Sora giggled at her brother's response. It felt nice to be able to talk to him again like this. Just like old times. Speaking of old times, "Hey.. Where'd Luna run off to?" She asked him, peculiar as to the lack of his presence. "Hm? Luna? Oh, he just went to grab some food." He told her, reassuring her that he wasn't about to up and leave them so suddenly.

LUNATIO GRIMALDO

Sol's shouting could almost shatter Luna's eardrums. Looking over to Sora, he noticed how beautiful his sister looked. Does she have a boyfriend? Does she fancy someone here? The thoughts kept flowing through his head until he heard a faint rumble. He looked to his left and right but couldn't find the source of the noise. Then the rumbling came again, but this time, it sounded like it came from either him or Sol. He placed his hand on his stomach, and felt it rumble just a bit. Oh.. He was hungry.

He looked back to Sora and leaned in closer to Sol. "...Hungry... I'll get something to eat." He told him, whispering it in his ear. He stood straight up and looked to Sora, giving her a smile and a small wave of the hand. She waved back and that was his cue to leave. He entered a building he was never in before and started walking.

Luna was heading somewhere. Where? He didn't know either. All he knew was, ever since entering the campus, he was starving. He walked around aimlessly, taking of his tailcoat in the process. After about twenty minutes, he reached the halls that seemed to lead him to the lunchroom. Not noticing where he was walking, he bumped into someone— a fairly small girl. Well, everyone was small to him and Sol.

She asked her 'friends'. Angel said"im crying because its so beautiful! " (again Nichole spoke for her and jesse). "I reckon that was the best song. I ever heard!" Said jesse. Nichole smiled and hugged them close.

Mars watched as all the girls assembled in their dresses. Most of them seemed way too feminine to him, but he knew that he wasn't exactly the target audience. In fact, if he was, then the whole idea of this auction would be ridiculous. Judging girls based solely on their looks and bidding with that fact alone was an idea that Mars didn't understand. Of course, he knew other guys were suckers for girls in cute dresses, which is exactly why he had found the idea so great in the first place.

"Mars! Quickly, heat up the tea in all of the teapots! Make sure you don't blow anything up!"

Chuckling at the command, Mars went off. Heating tea was such a simple task with the power he had. He didn't even need to get close in order to do it. In fact, it was so easy, he decided to play a little game. He got into position where he could see all the tea pots at the same time, then quickly raised the temperature of the tea. He wanted to see if he could judge when to stop if the temperature was rising at an incredible speed. Suddenly, he sensed one of the pots getting much warmer than the others. He quickly lowered the temperature on that specific pot before it exploded, then stopped heating. That was easy enough, tea all heated. As he walked away pleased, he didn't realize he had frozen all the tea in the pot that was overheating. After all, he was still experimenting with removing heat.

~Lyra~

It was almost amazing to see how good Lyra was with the students, and she almost acting as a waitress to all of them. She's make sure everyone was okay, bring more sandwiches or crumpets if they needed them, refill their cream and sugar...and she did it all flawlessly. It didn't look easy, and deep in her heart, Lyra knew that she was pushing herself too hard...but hey, that was why God created Mountain Dew, right?

As she was taking more snacks to one table, she saw from the corner of her eye a student holding their tea-pot upside-down, a confused look on their face.

"Geez, this tea is frozen solid. What the hell?"

Lyra cringed at the words, quickly set down the snacks on a table and rushed towards the one with the frozen tea-pot. The boy opened the lid, and his expression grew even more puzzled.

Dammit, Mars!

Well, at least he didn't blow anything up, right?

"I am so sorry!" Lyra said, taking the pot and bowing her head. "I hope you will accept my most sincere apologies!"

It seemed like the boy had forgotten completely what was wrong, as his expression softened considerably upon seeing Lyra so profoundly asking for forgiveness. He shook his head, and mumbled,
"N-no, it's fine..."

He knew who he was bidding on.

Lyra laughed sheepishly, and rushed back to Mars, thrusting the tea-pot into his arms.

"What is the meaning of this?" she whispered. "No, don't even tell me. Fix it, okay?"

She didn't seem the slightest bit angry, just a little flustered. Lyra didn't seem to get angry at, well, anything. Just flustered.

Emma heard footsteps but she didnt mind it. Just as she felt the body come close, she almost dodged it, but failed and caused her to fall onto the floor with a slight wince "S-Sorry.." she said "I would have managed to avoid you, but, My reaction was too slow." facing towards the figure that she bumped into as she got up. This is how I meet new people now? Way to go Emma... "Oh, Uh..Do you know where the lunchroom is...? I cant exactly seem to find it."

If I had a map before all this started, then maybe I would be able to find my way around! But apparently they dont have any random maps lying around. I wish they did though...just for people like me.
