Fantasy Hawthorne Academy

As Kahra lay on the ground a hand grabbed hers and pulled her up. There was Aleks, looking concerned but smiling all the same.

"Careful now! The food won't run away!" Aleks laughed. He took her hand and carefully led her through the ocean of people. Unlike Kahra, Aleks was big and people tend to notice him so they move. Aleks smiled and made his way through, apologizing the whole way.

It really was a ocean of people. It took almost five minutes just to get to the table. They were only about five feet away. It also might have been that Aleks, although bigger than Kahra, did not like to shove people aside nor even slightly nudge people so they made slow progress but as long as Kahra held Aleks' hand, they made it to the food. It was quite a spread.

"And here we are!" Aleks said smiling. "The food looks quite delicious, no?"

"Are you ok, Maria? Sorry for pulling you through that crowd."

Maria shook her head as if to get herself out of the daze of being dragged through a crowd. For a girl just taller than her, Veronica was definitely stronger than she looked. "I-I'm fine," Maria blurted. "Are we through the crowd yet or no?" Maria looked to the hand that wasn't being held and pulled to notice she had completely tipped over her drink; It was now being held upside down, the cup completely empty. She must have spilled it as she was being pulled through the crowd... I guess that's all right. I wasn't that thirsty anyways. "Oh, and by the way, you don't have to pull me along. I've been practicing following people for long enough, I think; So I can do it on my own."

Maria gasped at her own snide remark and covered her mouth with her unoccupied hand, dropping her cup in the process. "I-I didn't mean for it to come out like that - I'm sorry - Lead the way!" Shut up! You've said enough, Maria thought. She mentally facepalmed and followed Veronica, assuming she was going somewhere.

~Kahra~

Kahra found herself holding onto Aleksander's arm as well as his hand as the waded through the crowd. She didn't know why, but holding onto him just made her feel safer...like if she didn't, she'd be swept out into the sea of students and drown.

"And here we are! The food looks quite delicious, no?"

Kahra stopped in front of the table, and dropped the hand that was gripping the boy's shirt, though the kept her fingers laced through his. She visibly became excited upon seeing all of the delicious treats that were spread out before her. She looked up at him and grinned, "Look at all of that!"

Letting go of his hand, she grabbed a plate and managed to lodge herself in between two students to get her food. She pretty much reached out and blindly piled whatever she could get her hands on onto a plate. She stepped back from the table to look at what she got.

Five meatballs, two cupcakes, a handful of potato chips and one scoop of chocolate pudding. She nodded, content with her spoils, and then handed her plate to Aleksander.

"Hold this for a second." she smiled. Turning back towards the table, she said, "I'm going in!"

She squeezed herself into between the same two students, her glared down at the girl as she pretty much shoved them both aside. Surprisingly, Kahra managed to cup two cups of punch. She didn't know what flavor it was, but it was red. Red was the best kind of punch!

"Here you go!" she grinned, handing him one of the cups and taking back her plate. "Thank you for helping me over here, Aleks!"

There was a small pause, and she looked down at her feet for a moment. Glancing back up, she asked, "Would you mind if I just stuck around with you?"

twilight sparkle]Nichole said"eh those kinds arent really my kind of party. If its not a fun dance or a party created by friends. Then eh..." shrugging. She put her hands behind her head. Nichole said"I got an idea!" She gently took Emma's hand and smiled gently tugging her along. Nichole had sweets in their dorm. She hummed and her hair swished behind her. " you're gonna love them. They're sweet but not too sweet. And they are just the right snack." Nichole babbled on for a bit before actually making it to their dorm. She smiled and opened the door. Then got her bag and took out a lot of sweets. ([URL="https://www.rpnation.com/profile/3026-britt/ said:

Emma mentally sighed, really not wanting to do this. "Ahuh..." she says, letting her babble untill they got to the dorms and her going through her bag, pulling out the sweets she had "Hey..Uh...Nichole..." she lowered her eyes "I just...wanted to be alone..for a bit.." she admitted "Its not you! I swear..I just..have these days I want to stay alone.."

A small smile formed as Blake took the water and took a few sips and then took longer sips. It seemed that Blake was really thirsty and Shinji could tell since whenever he had a bad dream, his throat would also go dry which was why he was always prepared with a bottle of water by his side. While watching Blake drink the water, he suddenly started coughing when he suggested to help him and suddenly, Shinji started to blush furiously now understanding what his offer really meant, and thank god his mask was on to hide his blush, as he stood up, stuttering on his words,"Ah... that umm.. n-no I meant!" Shinji tried to explain but Blake was already up and ready to go, stumbling a bit but he caught himself before he fell once more but he wouldn't hit the floor, Shinji was there to catch him whenever he fell.

Looking down at Blake as he stood there staring up at him, Shinji wasn't quite sure what was wrong,"Is there something on my face?" Shinji thought and was about to ask what was wrong until the next thing he knew, Blake was hugging him and Shinji frozen on the spot. Shinji wasn't sure what to do but his heart felt like it could bounce right out of his chest, soon melting at Blake's words. His own arms moved at it's own accord, wrapping around Blake's waist and pulling him closer but Shinji quickly let him go, remembering what he told himself and kept his distant from Blake, pushing him away slightly,"W-well, you better go get ready now, the party already started." Shinji said and walked past Blake to the desk he was sitting at first.

Sitting down, he waved Blake off and return back to reading his book, his back turn to Blake. Clenching at his chest, Shinji knew well that he must keep his distant from those he held dear, his heart aching and feeling as if it was breaking, choking him almost. He was not allowed to love or so he believed, he knew that he couldn't accept love too much because if he did, it would only make him selfishly want more, to run from what chains him down, he had banished love from his life for a long time now. Love was now just a word; a word he only craved to have for.

Calista gasped when a male voice spoke towards them, turning to see a very attractive male standing there, a blush appeared on her face to meet another attractive male besides Aleksander and Blake. Putting her hands close to her heart, she tried to keep calm and smiled back at the male, not wanting to seem rude,"Hello Alain, my name is C-calista Vance. N-nice to meet you." Calista stuttered the words out, the last part she whispered, looking down to the ground and hoping Emma would come but it seemed Emma denied again, leaving Calista all alone with the strange male,"Ah.. E-emma..." Calista whispered out but Emma was already gone, walking off to her dorm.

Now getting more scared, Calista gripped at her jacket and continued to smile at the man,"W-well there a s-student party n-n-now. H-how about w-we go there?" Calista suggested and lead the way to the gym where the party was hosted. While leading him over, she tried to keep her composure, not wanting to be awkward for the new student since he had just arrived here but Calista was also a new student here as well. Hearing the soft sound of music playing, Calista opened the door to the gym, the music louder now and the warm heat of bodies blewout of the room,"H-here we are. P-please enjoy yourself." Calista said and went into the room where she went to sit at a table.

Seating down, she looked around the room and smiled at how lively everyone was,"I wish I could be like that." Calista thought, envy that everyone could be like this unlike her who was just some loner, tapping her finger on the table, she tried to occupy herself by just letting her mind wonder off but then someone came out of no where and accidentally made her fall out of her chair, falling onto the floor with a thump,"O-owwie." Calista whined in pain and looked up to see she was in the middle of a large crowd, getting up and trying to get through them,"Wah! T-too many people! M-must get out... fast!" Calista screamed in her head.

She knew fully well that she had a fear of people but she wanted to overcome it but it seemed too much for her, her breathing get harder to do and reaching out for anything to save her from this nightmare,"Please someone save me!" Calista thought, hoping someone had some kind of mind reading power to hear her crying for help.

Alain smiled at the two girls, happy that the two were able to give him their names,"A pleasure to meet you Emma, Calista." Alain said but then one of the girls declined to assist him, walking off and leaving the other girl behind,"Until then, Goodbye Emma." Alain called out and waved, watching the girl walk off. Turning to Calista, he chuckled softly at how hard she was trying to be strong, stuttering on her words and squirming around,"Thank you Calista, I love to join in the party." Alain said and followed after the shy girl towards the gym for the party.

Hearing the faint sound of chattering and music, Alain was surprised to see so many students all enjoying their time dancing, chatting and doing many other things. Looking around enthusiastically, Alain was about to ask Calista about something else but then the girl disappeared into the crowd, leaving Alain by himself,"Seems she has a lot to do." Alain thought and shrugged, walking into the crowd and looking around for someone to chat with,"Hmm... Who should I befriend?" Alain thought looking around for someone nice.

-Have two characters in need of someone ;w;-

Aleks smiled and shook his head. However his smile...wasn't genuine. Well, it was a smile but if you looked closely, it was almost as if it was sad. Can a smile even have the capability of showing sadness? Aleks didn't believe so but even he did it this time.

"I thank you Kahra but I believe I will leave this party. I feel a bit..sick I guess you could say." Aleks said softly. For a moment, he almost looked lost. Then he smiled and teased Kahra. "Don't die trying to get some food, okay?"

Then with a bow, he departed from the party (Not without his drink of course. He was thirsty.) It was still light out, although in a few moments, the sun would be gone. Aleks wandered the campus until he reached an open field. With a sigh he sat down and stared at the sun, admiring the beautiful sunset. Aleks held his right arm as if it hurt. There was no injury to his arm however.

"Mama, Papa.." He said quietly. "It hurts. How can I protect my friends if I die.." Even as he spoke he shook his head angrily. No. I cannot say this. I will not falter. I will fulfill my task before...before..

Aleks and his parents had discovered long ago that Aleks was sick. It could not be cured. He was born with it. He would die from it. It is not known what it exactly is but it continuously 'ate' at his body, making it weaker and weaker. This did not hinder him from protecting others. Aleks trained everyday to make his body stronger. At times he could hold back the pain, but sometimes it would return with a fury like no other. Never has Aleks faltered before nor will he bow down to this evil that will prevent him from his task. Since Crysta's class, Aleks is sure the thing that has been keeping him alive is his Aura since it was so powerful.

Aleks stood up and closed his eyes. A light flashed and on his arm was a shield with his family's crest. Despite how low the sun was and only a bit showed over the horizon, it's light glistened off of the shield and for a moment, Aleks look unstoppable. He opened his eyes with a determined look on his face.

The sun disappeared over the horizon leaving the school in a dark-ish atmosphere. When you looked upon the field now, all you could see was a boy, lost in his thoughts, broken, but determined yet in pain. The light disappeared from the shield and Aleks' arms shook. Even Aleks, as strong as he was, felt grief. Water fell down in front of Aleks. It was not raining.

Veronica fell into the motion of the party. As there was simple dancing Veronica grabbed Maria and without listening to her mistake, she grabbed her hand again and spun her to the beat of the dance. Before they knew it, and either way, if Maria knew it or not, she was being pulled into a flurry of old ballroom dance moves played by Veronica. All she could do was laugh and play. This was nice. It took Veronica's mind away from the pain and the hurt that dwelt behind the veil. It was hard to find people you could trust. And it was especially hard to find a friend. Probably the hardest of them all was true love but she didn't have to worry about that right now. What really mattered was the second option, friends.

As she kept dancing she couldn't help but spin herself. Then as she spun, she spun a little too much. Sounds started to fade away. Then everything became quiet until Veronica let go of Maria's hand and spun directly into Mars. Sending a food plate dropping onto the floor and sending the students surrounding the food into a blind fury. Veronica sat on the floor, with her school uniform covered in food. She scratched the back of her head and looked to Mars. "Uhm...Forgive me. That was't supposed to happen."

~Lyra~

As Lyra walked, she kept a hand up the shield her face from the people staring at her, thanks to her sudden outburst. She sighed, and muttered, "How embarrassing..."

After Lyra had finally managed to make it behind the school, she dropped her hand. Most of the students were at the party...Lyra envied them. They were all having a good time, and she was going to have to work all night to prepare for the tea-party...she wouldn't complain, though. It was her who had insisted that the event take place the very next day, so it was only fair that she do the work to make it happen. Besides, it was her duty as President to make a few sacrifices for the good of the school...though it was getting dark, and Lyra didn't like the feeling of being alone in the dark.

Heck, she just didn't like being alone.

Ever since she was a small child, Lyra had problems with being by herself. If she wasn't glued to her mother or father's side at all times, she'd have a total breakdown. Of course, as she grew older, this problem became only a slight discomfort...but still. Lyra half wished she had asked Mars, Blake, or Veronica to come out and help her...though that would be selfish of her, to ask them to skip out on the student party just because she wanted to have the tea-party as fast as she could. She would never be able to do that.

Lyra shook her head, her dark hair swishing back and forth as she did. She quickly parted her hair into two sections and tied them off into her usual pigtails before getting to work. Of course, she'd have to go and ask Crysta for the tea-sets soon...and she still had to ask Kinya to approve the entire thing, not that Lyra really worried about that.

The President walked passed the many tables that were already set up and to where she wanted the stage to be. Lyra smiled, and dropped to her knees. She lightly touched the grass, closing her eyes as she did. She then pressed her fingers onto the soil, and nodded. This would do.

Standing again, Lyra inhaled deeply, her eyes still closed. She held her arms out and let them relax. After only a moment, her wrists slowly rolled up, her fingers moving sporadically as she did. There was a slight rumble at the ground around her began to rise...it only went up about a yard before Lyra dropped her arms and opened her eyes.

The perfect stage!

She hopped down from the almost perfectly rectangular stage she had made from the earth and grinned. She often created such stages for her performances, so she was rather good at them. Now, all she'd need to do was cover it up with something to make it look nicer.

Just then, as she was about to leave, something caught her eye...

A boy?

She gasped as a sudden light flashed at the boy's arm, and Lyra stepped back. Aleksander? She immediately walked towards him, and it seemed like forever before she was actually close enough to address him.

"Aleksander! What are you doing here? Why aren't you at the party?"

Nichole said"o-oh. Um ok. Here just eat some of the mochi." Smiling softly and walked out of the room. Her hair blew behind her and she was outside once more. Nichole sighed and ate some pocky lost in thought. She closed her eyes and started to sing a bit but her voice cracked. Nichole shook her head and cleared her throat. "~do re mi fa so!!! Ah~" Nichole smiled a bit as she got her voice back to the right pitch. She then looked for her lyric book and saw it was missing. "W-where is it?!" Nichole said searching frantically.

Mars was momentarily sent off balance as a swarm of people engulfed him. He expected maybe a few people to come to him from outside the crowd, but there was quite a few originating from the crowd itself. He also noticed a higher concentration of girls over guys. The whole situation didn't make sense to him, so he just started handing out food to random people around him, watching as they walked away with a surprisingly disappointed look on their faces. Why are they disappointed? they got food, didn't they? As he started to finish handing out food, an unknown person crashed into him, sending him and his food tumbling. Regaining his senses, he noticed that the crowd had dissipated, though the ones that were still around obviously weren't happy, and that Veronica was lying on the floor covered in food.

"Uhm...Forgive me. That was't supposed to happen."

Mars couldn't help but let out a long laugh. "I don't mind. Better than getting mauled by that ravage crowd!" He then took another look at Veronica and chuckled. "You look like a food buffet all set and ready. Kind of cute, really." Mars didn't have any underlying meaning behind what he said, just that it was kind of cute seeing the prim and proper Veronica covered in food. He pushed himself off the ground and brushed the food off of his pants, extending his hand down to her. "Here, you might need some help so you don't knock into someone else when you get up." Again, he laughed slightly. He was kind of happy Veronica had bumped into him. At least something was happening.

Maria Scarlette

"What the Hell...? What just happened?" Just a second ago, she had been dancing with Veronica for whatever reason - What was with that, anyways - And where did she learn to dance like that? And now she was lying on the ground. From the way she saw, Maria had been given a better place to land than Veronica - She had taken down the buffet table with a tackle. Maria couldn't help but giggle a bit upon noticing Veronica had a few chips in her hair.

Maria walked over to Veronica and sat on her legs beside her. "Veronica, are you all right? You're not hurt, are you?" For some reason, Maria couldn't help but feel like she had to treat Veronica like this - Like she would have treated a sister, if she had one. Maria carefully picked a few chips out of Veronica's hair. "You got food all over you... Come on - I can bring you back to the room, do your hair again - And I can loan you a dress, if you needed one."

(Ami is just resting against the wall near a door at the party because why not. And since that's not enough for a full post, she's just getting this.)

"You look like a food buffet all set and ready. Kind of cute, really."

"Oh stop it. I look dumb. That was dumb of me."

She grabbed his hand and lifted herself up as she started to brush the food off her uniform with a napkin she had gotten from the table.

"Thank you, Maria. I'm fine" Veronica smiled at her. She really was like a sister. It was sweet. Having another student near her age was something she couldn't more for. It was quite the gift. "Sorry again about your plate, Mars." She then looked back to Maria.

"I haven't really found Lyra yet, but I guess we could go. I can talk to her in the morning. Either way, I'm sure dinner is going to happen soon. Do you want to grab some food and take it to the room? I'm not one to break rules but I don't think anyone would notice." Veronica giggled as she grabbed a plate and put a variety of party foods onto the plate.

Maria Scarlette

"Oh, no - I don't want food. I'm not really hungry," Maria lied. She was a bit hungry, but none of this food appealed to her, and she didn't want to take something she wouldn't eat. "And if I am, I don't think you would mind me stealing a little something from you, no? And I wouldn't take much, even if I did," She added. Maria yawned - Again. She was glad to be going back to the room, finally, because maybe she could get some sleep. It would definitely be nice, getting some sleep after DAYS UPON DAYS ON END OF NO SLEEP.

Well, sort of.

Then again, shouldn't she be polite and talk with Veronica for a while and do what she promised she would do? Doing her hair would be interesting and would kill time (And might even, dare she say, be fun), but she was so tired. What if she fell asleep in the middle of a braid? What if she started yawning uncontrollably?

Ready to go?" Maria grabbed Veronica's hand gently and tugged gently at her arm - Her own little way of saying we should go without actually saying it.

(Ech. At this point I'm just posting extra stuff to keep my posts above three lines and to keep things going.)

"Oh stop it. I look dumb. That was dumb of me."

"Well, yeah, I never said it wasn't dumb, because it WAS, but that just made it so much better. The prim and proper Veronica stumbling over her own feet and being covered in food. That's pretty great by itself." He laughed out loud, amused by his observation. Observing his shirt and pants were slightly stained, he thought of going back to his dorm to change, then brushed it off. It gave him a more 'rustic' look. "And don't worry about the food. I can always get more." He looked at the two girls as they talked about evacuating. "Well, if you two are going then I guess I'll go off to get some food for myself." With that, he pushed himself back into the crowd, this time only grabbing what he would normally get.

~:.:.:Veronica Elizabeth McCarter:.:.:~//???

()()()()()()()()()()

"Then it's settled" Veronica said, smiling. she tried to ignore Mars' comments and turned to where she could see Maria.

"Ready to go?"

Veronica then was tugged away and they both set off for their dorm. Avoiding the crowd of people everywhere. Even Veronica noticed that Maria was sleepy and wanted to go off for the dorm for some quality sleep. It was strange how she could do it. Veronica would monitor the pulse of the humans around her. She knew that a certain blood flow could tell you many things about a person. Healthy, unhealthy, smoker, sleepy, diabetic. Some things just kept changing with the blood flow.

As they walked through the hallways, an eerie quietness seeped through the hallway they were in. Something wasn't right. It surely wasn't very safe either. Soon enough, Veronica and Maria came on a hallway that was connected to the outside, with arches overhead where you could walk to your next class while looking out to the courtyard. There was large pillars that held up the arches to the outside and each one looked strangely menacing overhead. Veronica slightly pulled Maria a bit closer. She sensed a presence nearby. It was starting to get dark so things seemed much more malevolent.

Then a voice. A voice that rattled down into Veronica's core. Right into her past. Memories flooded her mind but they were all so blurry. Veronica looked around to see if she could hear the voice again.
"I know you're there! Come out this instant!" She said with a demanding voice.

"Forgive me if I frightened you, miss Veronica. I've been looking all over for you."

The voice was followed by a slight laugh. As if it were mocking her. Then out behind one of the pillars came what looked to be a man. He was very tall. Towering over Veronica and Maria by a long shot. He had long, black hair and deep purple eyes that shined like dark amethyst with jet black infusions. His clothing was old and ragged like a black suit that was eaten away by moths.Veronica took a step back and put her arm in front of Maria to try and defend her. "Who the hell are you?!"

"Me? Why, I am a friend, Veronica. I wish to speak to you alone but it looks like you have a friend with you. I have a small message for you though."

In an instant, Veronica was thrust to the ground, what looked like black and purple lightning scattered all across her body. All she could feel was pain deep where her curse was inlaid. It was as it fused with it. All The man did was smile mockingly as he used his magic to restrain her. "Augh!!" Veronica screamed in pain.

"Shut up, you'll cause a commotion. Listen to me, Stop trying to save yourself. You're long gone. This is the price you pay, love."

And with that, the man stopped his magic. As soon as she was out, Veronica used her vampiric agility to rush to the man for an attack. He easily blocked her and sent her to the ground beside Maria. Then with the attack, the man was gone by a snap of his fingers.

Veronica was left on the ground in pain.

"Aleksander! What are you doing here? Why aren't you at the party?"

[/QUOTE]
Aleks turned his head slightly and saw Lyra heading toward him. He released his shield and it disappeared. Aleks wiped his eyes with his sleeve and turned to her, smiling as usual.

"Hello President, I have not been able to talk to you since we met at the gate." Aleksander greeted. He paused a moment when she asked why he was not at the party. "I just was not feeling to good."

Look at me. I really must work on my own philosophy. Aleksander thought to himself.

(Short post I know!

~Lyra~

Lyra blinked at him for a second, and her smile faded. Concern touched her expression for only a moment. It was obvious that he was crying just a moment before, yet when she addressed him, he immediately put on a happy face...she looked at her feet and thought for a moment. If he wanted to hide the reason he was upset, then she should let him. It was none of her business...yet she didn't like seeing anyone sad.

"Well, I'm sorry to hear that." she said, looking back up at him. "If you don't feel well, maybe you should go back to the dorms."

She glanced back at the 'tea-party in progress' and sighed. It would have to wait...students came first. Always.

"I would gladly escort you back to your room!" she smiled, closing her eyes and holding out her hand. "Now what's the matter? Stomach ache? Are you just tired?"

Without a word from him she had taken his hand and started towards the dorms.

"By the way, the drama club really could use a handsome fellow like yourself!" she said, trying to lighten up the mood.

The drama club could really use a member in general.

Aleks smiled, his sad feeling running away. He felt better, normal. He let himself be led to the dorms. Perhaps a good sleep would do him good.

"Thank you Lyra for the escort. I feel safe now that you're hear." Aleks said, smiling. "I'm not sure really. Probably just a little bug, nothing to serious I hope."

He stayed quiet for a bit as they started on their way but his eyes brightened when she mention the drama club. Drama...not really my thing but Lyra has been very nice to me. I think I'll join. He thought.

"I'd love to join Lyra." Aleks replied, smiling once again. "Do you want to be friends?"

~Lyra~

As Aleksander agreed to be in her drama club, Lyra's face lit up. She looked up at him, released his hand, and then squeaked, "Really?! You'll join?!"

She clasped her hands together and grinned, "Oh, I'm so happy! Nobody's ever said yes!"

She threw both of her arms over his shoulders and gave the boy the biggest hug she could. She pretty much forgot that he wasn't feeling well, and proceeded to thank him over and over.

"I gave you my number, so please just text me whenever you want!" she smiled. "I'm sure we'll be great friends, Aleks!"

She backed up from him slightly before turning and starting back towards the tea-party. Looking over her shoulder, she waved and said, "I look forward to seeing you again!"

~Nurse Elsa Longstorm~

Elsa lounged back in her chair, enjoying the silence that came with the setting sun. Most of the students were at the student party, so she didn't have to worry about any injuries...well, she didn't until some genius decided to show off his dancing skills and accidentally do a full on split. That would be fun to fix.

The Nurse stood up, brushing her hair away from her face as she did. She still couldn't put her finger on the reason, but Elsa was feeling rather antsy. She had already cleaned up the infirmary to the best of her ability, so she couldn't do that...could she go for a walk? There was no work to be done in the infirmary...and if there was an injury, she had her cell phone with her. Yeah, she would go out for a bit. It wouldn't do any harm.

Elsa slipped out of her white coat and hung it up on the rack beside the door. Like most days, Elsa was wearing a skin-tight skirt that went to just above her knees with a loose blouse tucked into it. Her heels weren't very tall, either, so she actually looked rather classy.

The nurse quickly grabbed her bag from behind her desk and slung it over a shoulder before exiting the infirmary, locking the door behind her. She stood there for a moment before dropping the key back into her bag and turning around to start her walk. It was a cool night. Not enough to make the nurse shiver, but enough to make her feel relaxed. The sun had just gone down, but traces of it's light still peeked over the horizon. Elsa smiled...it really was beautiful.

As she suspected, there were a few stray students loitering about the campus. If they were girls, Elsa just walked passed them and let them be...if they were boys...

Elsa stopped as she was about to make a slightly perverted comment at one of the students. She blinked at the sidewalk she stood on, and shook her head, muttering, "No, remember what happened this morning..."

And she continued on her way.

Nichole got her lyric book out of the music room. She smiled and she was about to go back to her dorm when she remembered emma wanted to be alone. So Nichole sat in the courtyard and looked at the sunset smiling softly. "So pretty." It made her feel warm inside to see such beauty. She sighed softly and tapped her chin thinking of what to do.

Kouji finished reading and sighed. He took off his glasses and walked out of the library. He wondered what his imuto was up to. And if she was alright now. Kouji had on a nice suit and his messy hair brushed. "Lets see what to do what to do?"

As the party was still going on, Sora found it difficult to mingle, seeing as she didn't know most of the students here. But she was ok with it, since she still had Kuro in her arms. "Well, there's nothing to accomplish just sitting here, right?" She asked, stroking Kuro's back.

She stood up and started wandering sround the gym, hoping to find someone to converse with.

~Nurse Elsa Longstorm~

Elsa somehow ended up walking straight the the very edge of the campus. Since the entire school was surrounded by walls to keep students from trying to wander out into the forest, Elsa couldn't go any further...well, sh could if she wanted to. She was on staff, she was allowed to leave the protection of Hawthorne's walls to venture into the Otherworld if she wished...but she didn't dare. Since her ability was fairly useless in all aspects, she always tried to avoid conflict if she could.

She gently placed her hand on the wall, delicately tracing the old bricks with a finger. It was often times like this that she thought about her father...of course, she'd never admit it, but she really did wonder if he was okay. Did he miss Elsa? Did he care that he hadn't spoken to his daughter for almost ten years?

Elsa sighed, and turned around to lean back on the wall. She looked up at the sky, a few stars peeking through the darkness. She hugged her arms, and then looked down. She smiled slightly to herself and muttered, "You'd be so proud of me, daddy..."

It was strange how she spoke about him, as if he was dead...well, he was in a way.

She sighed and plopped down onto a bench, running her fingers through her hair as she did. What was she doing, thinking about him?

Kouji smiled looking at the stars. He saw a cherry blossom tree and chuckled. He sent a gentle breeze through and flowers fell gracefully. "This would so be perfect for someone's first kiss." Kouji whispered to himself and they blew in different directions.

Nichole blinked and saw cherry blossoms blowing. "Oo pretty! And they look just right under the moon. " she said catching a few and put one in her hair giggling. How she loved their sent.

~Nurse Elsa Longtorm~

Elsa sighed and reached into her bag, pulling out a small makeup compact. Opening it up, she peered in the tiny mirror for any flaws in her makeup. Since there was little to no light, she could really see anything, so she just sighed and tossed the makeup back into the bag. Standing up, the nurse decided that she'd continue on her little walk. She loosened the scarf that was tied around her neck, and then took it of. She found herself hoping that someone would stop her to make conversation, but students were too intimidated by her half of the time and most of the staff members were working. As she walked, a sudden breeze nudged her, causing the scarf in her hand to be whipped away from her.

"Oh no!" she gasped as the sheer purple cloth was whisked into the air. Without thinking about what she was doing, she immediately started to chase down the scarf.

"Come back here!" she called up to it. Almost as it it was mocking her, the scarf just drifted further away, until it finally landed underneath one of the many cherry blossom trees on the campus. As she approached it, she noticed two figures standing beneath the tree.

"Nichole, Kouji..." Elsa said, her eyes wandering down to the scarf that had landed directly at Kouji's foot. "Fancy meeting you here...Nichole, why aren't you at the party? Kouji..."

Elsa was about to ask the man why he wasn't working, but then again...he could ask her the same question.

"Hello, Kouji." she said.
