Assuming that Lileath and Violet are somewhat friends she has that to her advantage, but if Voldy has their kid there's no way either of them will do anything stupid

Hmm, so how's Harry going to get the sword of Gryffindor?

(Voldemort could keep him as the spy and the headmaster, but I'm guessing Sev would no longer be helping them behind the scenes)

But, if the headmaster doesn't trust Sev he won't share any more information with him, so Sev has to keep up the pretend he's a spy for Dumbledore

Well yeah, there is always that.

I had an idea for the scene where the school comes across the writing on the wall in the second book, it involves a pretty cruel Dumbledore though (which could help in his demotion)

It wouldn't get him replaced, but it's certainly not a nice thing to do. My idea is that he forcefully enters her mind in front of everyone to determine whether she was behind it, something like this (also it'd explain why she's allowed to remain with all this going on):

That'd be going too far to be honest, let's not do anything that could permanently damage anyone. Besides, Violet's not gonna leave her side, neither is Draco, who is Dumbledore to question those two?

Still, if he doesn't do it in public, it's be likely that he'd read her mind to get answers. It doesn't have to be as bad as the Spock scene though.

If he does that he won't live to see the next day, they can blame Lileath, but having him read the mind of a twelve year old student is going too far

Yeah, but otherwise wouldn't she (quite reasonably) be expelled/suspended for opening the chamber of secrets? It's not exactly like everyone can open it.

Dumbledore admits to his staff that the chamber of secrets has been opened, and considering that it has to be opened with parseltongue, that makes Lileath a pretty clear suspect. Unless we have Salazar explain what's going on, which could be amusing.

Salazar: *floats into staff meeting* "Lileath didn't open it"
Dumbledore: "No?"
Salazar: "Nah, Voldemort is possessing one of your students."
Dumbledore: "You're not going to tell me which one are you?"
Salazar: "Nope." *Leaves smirking*
