Burr smiled and then he chuckled a bit. He was glad she wasn't going to cry. It made him feel better about the whole situation. "I promise I won't get hurt, Theodosia." Burr laughed again. "I was worried you were gonna freak out, to be honest." He muttered.

"Freak out?" Theodosia laughed. "Aaron, my fiance abandoned me to go to Georgia and I've yet to shed a tear over it! I don't freak out unless I have to!" Theodosia kissed his cheek. "Kick his ass for me."

Peggy shook her head. That wasn't an audition song. She turned back to Lee, pale as a paper. "Um..." she cleared her throat. Oh! Think of me! She remembered. She loved Phantom of the Opera! "Think of me... Think of me fondly... when we've said goodbye..." she started, her body shaking with terror.

Peggy slowly started to relax as she sung. Her voice grew clearer, more relaxed, more melodic. Her eyes closed, her shoulders relaxed. Her voice sounded beautiful and clear.

Burrs eye twitched. He was still unnerved by the fact that she was engaged, but he was more or less over it. "I will." He smiled. "You know you're awesome?" He said as he kissed her cheek back. She really was awesome. She was upbeat about things. It made him feel happier.

Burr smiled. He had no doubt that the cupcakes would be delicious. He took a bite of the cupcake. "Mmm!" Burr said. "You're a great baker!" He said happily when he swallowed the cupcake. "Those are the best cupcakes I've ever tasted. They're better than my moms cupcakes." He muttered. "Thank you."

Peggy nodded and went into the hall. Then she came back in. "Oh, wait. Maria, didn't you want to audition too?"

He finally reached the school and made his way back to the choir room. "That went well." He muttered after he sat down.
