Realistic or Modern Haenghada High (CLOSED)

Minho didn't want to give the gift to Choi anymore, he felt like it was insulting. He was just so paranoid that it was going to come off wrong! So he scrambled that night and called friends to help him come up with ideas, he had never done this girlfriend thing, let alone buying gifts for one. So he finally ended up taking the earrings out of the bad and wrapping them separately. He still wasn't sure what to do about the bag.... to give it to her or not.

And the morning came before he even knew it! Suddenly Yubin was yelling and he was jumping up from his bed like the place was under attack. "Hyunn put a leash on your girl man." Minho made a stupid joke towards Hyunn before standing up and stretching out, eyeing the two gifts on the night stand.... might as well take both downstairs. He got it for her anyways, no point in keeping it from her he supposed...

Minho jogged down the stairs, placing the gifts under the hodge podge of a tree before taking his seat at the table. "Yeah I'm with Rosee why so damn early?"

Even Yuri didn't wake up this early on Christmas! As soon as she heard Yubin yell Yuri let out a small whine and sat up. "Yubin it's too early. I think Jesus was born at night, so we shouldn't celebrate until then..." Or at least noon. With a long sigh she ran a brush through her hair and tied it into a small ponytail. It was the first night she got more than four hours of sleep and she savored every minute of it. She was dressed in the purple fuzzy pants her mom had sent her paired with a long sleeved pink shit, a blue hoodie, and blue fuzzy socks. She wasn't looking cute today, just comfortable. She didn't want to face Yubin's rage.

Slowly she made her way downstairs with a long yawn. "Why so early?" She sat in one of the chairs and rubbed her exhausted eyes. "I forgot what over four hours of sleep was like. It was nice." Too bad she had to work tomorrow morning.

Was it too late to go out and buy something for Minho? Or order something. She didn't care. She'd pay whatever it took for someone to deliver something to them. Did her brother really need the headphones? She could always give him something later. But even the headphones didn't feel right! She just wanted to cry.

When Yubin started to yell Choi let out a small sigh. "I'm up, I'm up." She had been up all night stressing over this stupid gift. She just wanted the holidays to be over. "Yuri I don't think that's how these kids operate. It's always the morning time. Haven't you ever been a kid before?" She looked down at Yuri as she slid off of the top bunk. As usual Choi wore black shorts and tank to bed, but she pulled over a mesh shawl over her shoulders to help cover herself up. It was still chilly in the morning despite the heat, so she slipped on some slippers and walked downstairs.

"Morning kids. What's the routine? Breakfast then presents?" The thought made her stomach turn. Minho was going to break up with her for being such a bad gift giver.

"At least my girl seems excited for Holidays. And I'm sure Yubin knows a thing or two about Christmas. Choi thinks the more money you spend the nicer the present is, not much thought is given into the gifts. we'll probably get something diamond encrusted or superficial." She wasn't wrong, but usually she didn't put much thought into the presents. Hyuun hopped out of his bed and stretched out his long body before walking down the stairs.

"Morning guys." Hyuun gave Choi and Yuri a one armed hug each. "Morning gals." Hyuun let out a small yawn before messing his sisters hair up. "Choi remember to call mom and the siblings later to wish them a merry Christmas. They're in the Bahamas I believe this year." He walked into the kitchen and tossed an arm around Yubin, his cheeks turning red. "Um, morning." Christmas was the day Hyuun hugged pretty much everyone, but for some reason it felt weird hugging Yubin. "Go sit. We'll bring everything to the table." Hyuun picked up some of the bowls with everything in them and brought them out to the table.

Hoya knew damn well he didn't come back here to be woken up at 7 in the morning! Was this payback for the day he made breakfast? Hopefully it turned out better. With a long sigh he stood up and let out a small yawn. "I'm with Minho, a leash would do well for that one." Hoya was shirtless and in a pair of basketball shorts that revealed the two stars down each leg. He grabbed a tee and threw it over his ripped chest and arms, He quickly made his way down to the kitchen and started to carry out cups and silverware to the table, helping to set it up without so much as a word to the others.

After everything was set up and carried out he sat down at the end of the table and let out a small sigh. "So, uh, thanks for cooking Yubin." He was going to try and be on his best behavior today. The last thing he wanted was Yubin's wrath.

"Well aware." Yubin shot a weird grin at Jin before turning back to the pan with a chuckle. It was fun to let go of the bitchyness for a little while. Just a little while though. And it reminded her of freshman year a lot, cooking with Jin and Minho in the kitchens and making really unhealthy snacks. "Oh hey!" Yubin smiled again as more people slowly started to fill the kitchen, apparently her yelling helped. Though she did feel bad for waking up poor Rosee and Yuri... but they'd be fine. "It's early you whiners because it's Christmas! And it's not like we're doing anything strenuous today so you'll be fine."

Yubin finished up frying some potatoes just as Hyunn put his arm around her, causing her to jump a little from surprise. "Ah-good morning." She stuttered a response as she put down the wooden spoon and allowed him to finish up as she took a seat at the table. Her heart was pounding, but it probably wasn't just from the surprise. No, ever since the whole G getting the shit beat out of him, Yubin felt weird around Hyunn. A weird way that she was CONSISTENTLY screaming at herself to STOP. Though she wouldn't really listen.

"oh-" Yubin said taking a deep breath before waving away Hoyas thanks, "No problem dude, anything to keep you from cooking right? I'm just kidding." She gave him a small smirk before pouring everyone some juice from a jug, "and yeah! That sounds good to me Choi. Then we can play some of those board games that have been sitting collecting dust and what not."

Jin rolled his eyes a little at her response before everyone started to file in, "Well good morning all!" He had always been a morning person, though on a holiday he could have slept in a little longer.. but no harm really. His eyes drifted over to Yuri, looking her over a little before smiling and shaking his head to himself, she was just adorable. And she looked so much healthier after some sleep!

"Yuri if you guys win tonight you should call that job and tell them to buzz off..." Jin grumbled, patting her hair before taking a seat at the table and instantly realizing his mistake. "Shit sorry! No more talk of work or school. I messed up!" Jin smiled sheepishly at Yubin as he reached out and grabbed two glasses of juice for him and Yuri.

"Oh uh Hoya I wanted to ask, how bad this those hurt dude?" Jin pointed to the stars on Hoyas wrists before shoving a bite of egg into his mouth and raising his eyebrow.

Rosees phone buzzed a few times in her pocket, she looked at the screen and rolled her eyes. Nope not today, not listening to her sister complain today. It would be her whining about how she was sooooo sorry they didn't get her anything this year, as if it was any different from the past ten. She locked the thing and shoved it back in her pocket before looking down at the food in front of her with a happy sigh. "This looks so good Yubin!"

Rosee took a few bites, simply listening as the others talked. Well until Jin said something to Hoya. What hurt? Rosee looked up and nearly spit out her food at the site of the tattoos, how did she miss those last night! "Hoya! Those had to have hurt! What the hell boy!" For a split second she forgot her anger with him and was concerned. Not only because of the pain but because something in the back of her mind was screaming at her to remember something about star tattoos...

Money? Minho listened to Hyunn with a slight sparkle in his eye, that's how he used to always think too! Maybe it wouldn't be too awful after all, sure the gift was a little superficial but it had as much thought behind it as Minho could muster on his first try at buying a girl a gift. So maybe he didn't royally fuck up after all. "You know that's actually slightly comforting."

Minho looked up at Hyunn and Yubin with a smirk, "Was my comment earlier a little more correct than I thought my dear friend Hyunn?" He winked and gave him a waggled eyebrow look. Maybe the your girl was a little more accurate than he meant it to be...

"Here." He smiled over at Choi, handing her a glass and a few napkins before eating a few bites of food. "Yeah man with tattoos like that people are really going to think rumors are true."

Hoya nearly choked on the food he was swallowing when Jin asked about the tattoos. Instinctively he covered the stars up and took a drink of his juice, his cheeks heating when Rosee started to yell at him. "What's the saying? Seven stars seven sins." He gave a small shrug at Minho's comment. "What did Yubin say? No discussing work." He took a couple more bites of his food before he swallowed once more. "To answer your question Jin, they hurt. Especially the four on my legs. My legs are so muscular from the dancing that it was like tattooing right on the muscle. The wrists were like, all bone. The behind the ear one was the easiest." He showed everyone his wrists, the simple black stars nothing on their own. But when counted as part of the seven they were very intimidating.

The Seven Stars were a very private group of elite mobsters. It was an honor to a gang member to be recruited into their ranks.

"Anyways. What do you guys usually do on Christmas? My dad's usually away on business, so I'm left at the mansion more often than not." He was more interested in Rosee. What did her family do?

Yuri couldn't help but smile up at Hyuun when he gave her and Choi their usual Christmas morning hug. It was the first year they weren't dating, and usually Hyuun would have given Yuri a kiss on the forehead, and she would kiss his cheek to fake like they were a couple. It was weird not getting the kiss. Now at least Hyuun and Yuri were honest with everyone that they were never really a thing. Just really good friends.

When Jin gave Yuri the juice she smiled up at him with a small thanks and took a sip of the juice, barely holding the liquid in her mouth when Hoya started to talk about his tattoos. She knew it! The Seven Stars! Not Hoya, not sweet sweet Hoya! Yuri's expression became sullen as she poked at the food on her plate. Suddenly she lost her appetite. "I still need to work to pay bills. That's why I work so much on breaks. This year I just started up a little earlier for Christmas." With that said she took a small bite of her eggs. "No more work talk. Right." The topic of Christmas at her house was a tender one. Her mom was always sick, and she was usually in the hospital all winter long. That left Yuri at home with her drunk of a dad. "I didn't really celebrate it until Hyuun brought me to his family's Christmas. I've celebrated with him, Choi and their family the last three years."

What came next kind of burst out of her mouth before she could stop it. "You know, Hoya, my dad is part of the Twin Dragons. I've seen what the life does to the people. I know you're already in, but I would recommend staying as far away as you can." Her cheeks heated when she realized what she said. "Yubin, you're a great cook. You and Rosee should teach me sometime! Oh, and Choi. Choi can't even make tea." Yuri giggled quietly and took another sip of her juice.

"Yeah yeah yeah." Choi pat Hyuun on the back before he released her and Yuri from their annual hug. Such a kind and caring brother he was, giving his twin a yearly hug. She smiled over at Minho as he handed her the glass. "Thanks." Her big brown eyes looked over at Hoya as everyone started to go on about his tattoos. In her opinion tattoos were trashy, and belonged on hoodlums. That was her mother talking though. She had nothing against art. Tattoos posed a danger in roles in TV, and movies. What if the character didn't have tattoos? 'Just get a new necklace or pair of earrings, or even a cute skirt.' That's what her mother always said. Appearances, appearances, appearances. And Choi needed approval from others constantly, so she'd never go against her mothers wishes. Choi was the youngest girl, and always wanted her mothers approval.

"Christmas was pretty boring until Yuri came around. We usually spent it on an island somewhere warm away from each other. Yuri came over one year and made us all sit around like a family to open all the fancy presents mother and father bought us. They even got Yuri presents to make her feel like part of the family. We took her to get a big tree to put in the mansion, we even decorated it. It was actually pretty fun, and we've done that the past three Christmas's." Hyuun dating Yuri was probably the best thing to happen to Choi. Otherwise Choi would have never bothered to get to know the girl.

Choi choked on the water in her glass as Yuri brought up her dad's gang. No no no, bad Yuri! Quickly Choi stood up with a small, incredibly nervous laugh. "You know what? I say it's time to open presents! Who else is full? I am! Yuri I know you are. Hyuun. Minho." She gave the boys a look that told them to go along with it before she hurt them. "To the living room!" Choi grabbed Minho's hand and practically dragged him to the tree.

"Minho unless you wish for me to cut that pretty face of yours I suggest being quiet. A surgeon has to have pretty good knife skills, right?" He shot Minho a dangerous smile regarding his comment on him and Yubin. But now wasn't the time to discuss the Harvard acceptance letter. Only Yuri and Choi knew. Yubin would freak out and be on his case until graduation. Plus...he didn't have the heart to tell her. She had so many expectations for him, he couldn't crush them all in one fail swoop. Come graduation Hyuun was to be packing his bags for America. Good thing he knew English.

The stars worried Hyuun, and for good reason. Seven stars seven sins. That was a gang. No, gangs were small. This was the Mob, the Yakuza. Except in Korea, they were known as Kkangpae. The Seven Stars were the most powerful and influential though, and that worried Hyuun. He knew Hoya, no matter how angry, would never hurt them. But what happened to Hoya to drive him to this state? What was that final straw? His eyes glanced to Rosee. Jung?

"Oh. Yeah. Full." He stood up and smiled over at Yubin. "That was great. Honestly. But presents first, then I'll clean since you cooked. Okay?" Hyuun took hold of Yubin's hand and walked her to the living room. "I'll pass them out. Sit, sit." He motioned for her to sit on the plush couch while he knelt down and picked up her presents, handing them to her. Then he divided everyone's presents in piles. "Alright guys, open."

HOYA WAS A GANG MEMBER? YURIS DAD WAS TOO? Why was no one freaking out? Yubin was freaking out! It was a mixture of terrifying and awesome that made her look around at everyone with wide eyes. Why was no one freaking out?!!! However if she asked questions now.. she would be a total hypocrite. So at midnight. She was going hard.

"I uh uh yeah okay." Yubin stammer d as she allowed herself to be moved along by Hyunn, her eyes still saucer wide as he sat her down on the plush chair. Though as soon as he started to hand out presents her Christmas spirit was back and she was watching as everyone was given their gifts. Normally she liked to just sit back and watch but it was clear that no one was going to start.

"Wait Hyunn you got me as secret santa then right?" It made Yubin smile a little bit for some reason, her gifts were from Yuri and Hyunn and Yuri went all out on everyone... so she assumed. "Okay." Yubin carefully tore open the package from Yuri first and her eyes went wide... secretly she was pissed that when she went home for the summer that she would t have the houses xbox or the game to play anymore. Damn Hyunn for getting her hooked.. "Thank you so much Yuri! Now I'll have to fight my brothers for the Xbox more often." She laughed a little, turning the box over in her hands a few times, it said special edition on it and she wondered what that meant. Only means she would have to put it in later! Next she picked up Hyunns and started to open the heavy thing. "Okay no. Hyunn that's too much!" It wasn't for him but still! An entire gaming console?! A CUSTOMIZED ONE? She was geeking out and it was showing all over her face, though suddenly her controller idea was blown out of the fucking water. "Thank you. You seem to have a way of out doing yourself lately Hyunn." Yubin couldn't help but smile over at him before jumping up from the chair and giving Yuri a big hug before giving one to Hyunn as well, though the latter made her cheeks burn.

Jin listened as everyone talked about their Christmas tradition, Jin was a lot like Yuri but for different reason. His parents were always away for work so he would bounce between different family members, "My parents are literally never home, so ever since I got to Haenghada I was either with Yubins family or Minho's for the holidays. Yubins family is by far the funniest though on Christmas. They would sit around in pajamas all day and turn off their phones and just play games and stuff. It was always fun! Though Minhos had a lot of celebrity appearances." It was nice to talk about this stuff with everyone. Well. Until Yuri blurted and Jin found himself instantly reaching an arm around her and giving her a small squeeze. Her dad? Really? And now Hoya? Holy shit.

"Uh yeah super full. Gifts sound great!" Jin stood up and grabbed his glass of juice and took Yuris hand, making heir way to the living room as Hyunn handed out gifts. He was dating a gang members daughter. Just how did that happen?! She was so sweet! He made a mental reminder to ask about it later though..

Jin watched as Yubin opened her gifts and felt a little bad about not getting her one. It was the first time in four years... and she had even gotten him one. Was that rude of him? Another mental note, apologize. When she was done, he moved to his own and opened the package from Yubin first. It had a note attached that said don't worry, my mom picked it out. "Oh my. Well tell her thanks, and thank you too Yubin." The sweater made him chuckle a little bit, Yubins mom was a sweetheart. Next was the gift from Choi, a really nice pair of wireless beats that made his jaw drop a little. "Holy shit thank you Choi. Damn. I really needed a new pair for recording... mine fell to literal pieces."

And then Yuri. He felt bad about a gift from her at all... she had been working so hard but it was obvious that the gift giving made her happy. So Jin opened the paper and instantly was taken aback, "Yuri this is way too expensive. I just..." he felt even worse now. "Thank you Yuri. I..." Jin's voice trailed off as he opened the box to see it was already powered on and some folders were on the screen. Songs ? Performances? It was everything they had written, the songs before and during this group thing. It had their performances on video. It made the emotional sad sack want to cry. But instead he just reached over and pulled her into a one armed hug, kissing the top of her head.

"Nothing." Rosee said in response to Hoyas question. "We don't celebrate at all, my sister and I are usually at work and my dad doesn't have the money to ever do anything. Though Jungs family would always invite us for dinner, my dad was too prideful to accept though. So I would make a cake with whatever extra money I could for them as thanks for the offer." She shrugged a little and poked at her food. Christmas was never really a big deal for them. When mom was alive sure but never since then. Listening to the others stories was nice though! Until Hoya dropped a bomb.

"What?!" Then Yuri blurred out and Rosee wanted to puke. What in the hell just happened? And now they wanted to open gifts? Were they really not going to discuss this. Rosee looked across the table at Hoya with a glare. How could he do this to himself. Was he that stupid! Was he that angry?!

Rosee watched mindlessly as the others opened their gifts, her mind still on Hoya and his new "career". Was that why he always had money? Is that why he could always help?

Suddenly everyone was looking at Rosee, the next in the line to

open. "Oh uh here. From Yuri." Rosee read out with a small smile as she opened the small package, one with a ticket she instantly recognized and caused her to literally jump from her seat. "Yuri no way. NO WAY. Oh my god you angel!" It was a pass to a dance convention and a class taught by one of her favorite dancers. "Holy shit! Thank you!" Rosee shoved invetween Jin and Yuri and gave her a big hug. "Sorry to whoever goes next." Rosee chuckled before letting Yuri go and returning to open the gift from a Yubin. "Oh wow..." Rosee gasped, turning the bracelet over in her hand. "It's so pretty Yubin! Thank you." Rosee bounced over and hugged the silver haired girl as well before happily putting the charm bracelet around her wrist.

Minho didn't DARE piss off both Choi and Yubin so he hastily followed her when she grabbed his hand. Plus no one had to tell him twice to get away from a gang member. He couldn't believe Hoya did that to himself, but being up so high in the ranks must mean it was a long time coming...

The others opened their gifts and everything was so extravagant from the siblings that Minho was feeling worse and worse as time went on. And when it was finally on him he was shaking his leg nervously. "Ah ill start with - ha hah. You're not funny Yubin." Minho rolled his eyes as he looked down at Yubins gift certificate, "Take her out on a date already you stupid fucker. Love Yubin." Her read aloud and rolled his eyes again. "Thank you. Wench." Next was Yuri who got him... a black square? OH ! He clicked the on switch in the back and suddenly pictures started to scroll by. Where did she get some of these... scary mob daughter. "This is sweet yuri thank you."

Finally it was Chois, a gift that as soon as he opened it his face went bright red and he tucked it away under the picture frame. It was .... it was so cute. And Minho knew Choi would burn up if the others read it. So instead he just looked over st her, red faced and smiling like an idiot. "Thank you."

"Your dad was a Twin Dragon, you mean. They've gone off grid. Even our connections don't know what happened to the leaders. They've abandoned their men." Maybe that was why he respected Yuri so much. She had the hard work ethic of someone in an organized mob. If her dad was a true mobster they'd be living a good life, and not having his daughter work to pay off his debts and bills. The act was almost shameful.

When the group moved to the living room he sighed and followed. He felt Rosee's burning glare and couldn't care less. She was the thing that pushed him off the edge, why did she care anyway? Who was she to judge? Nobody here had the right to judge him. He leaned against the wall and watched as everyone started to open their gifts. Some of them were so extravagant, others had so much thought put into them. He wouldn't even know where to begin to shop for these guys. And he called himself their friends at one point...ha. That was laughable.

When Hyuun handed him two presents he blinked widely. "O-Oh, uh, okay." He was still the same old Hoya, just in the mob instead of affiliated with. Well...he kind of was a different person in that regard. First was the gift from Yuri. It was a picture of all of them after their first performance. They were all in their outfits, all smiling, all looking like they had a great time. That was actually one of the happiest days of his life. It was in a sleek silver picture frame that had friends forever inscribed into the frame. "Thanks, Yuri." He flashed her a small smile and then went to the gift from Rosee. It almost made him nervous. Was it a bomb? No, she wouldn't blow him up with everyone in the room. Too risky.

Cautiously Hoya opened the gift from Rosee, his eyes going wide when he seen the silk black tie with the chain linked to it. "Rosee..." He held it up to his neck and smiled sheepishly. "Thanks...Really. It means a lot." He had been dressing in suits and business attire since he left the inn that night, so he had been wearing a lot of ties. This one though...this one was his favorite. Not just because it was his style, but because she got it for him.

Was Hoya trying to pick a fight with Yuri? Because this was a good way. If it wasn't for the fact that he was probably packing some heat she'd probably deck him. But she was distracted by Jin's hand grabbing hers and bringing her to the living room. Suddenly she felt ashamed. This was why she didn't tell people. This was why she wasn't given her father's last name. Park. Park's were considered Mob property, they were the sons and daughters of a woman who belonged to the Mob. Yuri Park, daughter of a Twin Dragon. It was embarrassing to say, but it just kind of came out and she couldn't stop herself.

The presents being opened made her smile brightly. "Hyuun helped me pick it out! He said you like that game. And that you like that Widowmaker lady. They said that that disc had some sort of special skin for her. It was also at I think Blizzcon, so it has a skin for some robot guy." Bastion. That was his name. Yuri giggled quietly as Yubin opened Hyuun's gift. She was so glad she teamed up with him! Before she knew it she was being pulled into a hug by Jin, her face heating to a bright red when he kissed the top of her head. "O-Oh. You're welcome. It's not a big deal or anything, I thought you'd like it...To like write music and stuff." She couldn't look at him, her face was too red. Thankfully Rosee broke in between the two of them, Yuri quickly returning the hug. "I'm glad you like it and I hope you have fun!" This was going so well! "You're welcome you two." She looked from Hoya to Minho before she started to open her presents.

"From Hyuun." He got her the same thing every year, so when she opened it up she smiled up at him. "Thank you." He wasn't the most creative when it came to gifts, he was more practical. Choi's present was next. "24 inch extensions? I-Isn't that really long?" Yuri's eyes widened as she took the extensions from the bag they were in. They were real human hair, darker than her hair, and very very long. Yuri had always wanted to go darker. Then there was a card with an appointment day and time on it. "Choi, thank you!" I guess it was time for Yuri to get extensions? Next was from Yubin, She opened it and seen the bracelet, a bright smile lighting up her face as she put it on her wrist. Usually Yuri didn't wear such fancy jewelery, but this was perfect! It even had the little squared symbol on it. "I love it!" She bounced over to Yubin after she put it on her wrist and gave her a tight squeeze. "Thank you!"

And then there was Jin's gift. "You got me for secret santa, didn't you?" She giggled quietly and sat down next to him as she opened the notebook. Her eyes went wide and cheeks went red. It was beautiful! She opened the notebook and seen the song on the inside of it, her cheeks heating further. She took the necklace from the book and played with the small key and lock on the book. "It's wonderful. Thank you." She leaned over and planted a small kiss on his cheek before going back to looking at her incredible notebook.

Choi grinned when Jin opened his headphones. "Well they have a five year warranty, and a 48 hour charge life. So those should last you for a while." As Minho opened his gift from Yubin she couldn't help but snicker quietly. It was true, they hadn't gone on a date yet! "Thank you, Yubin. Maybe I'll have to get you something for my brother to take you out." It wasn't like they didn't want to go out; being in this house was killing her. She wanted space, she wanted to go out on the town just to breath. But the stupid fan girls. Sure Minho said he didn't care, but the fan girls seemed to care about who he was out with.

When Yuri opened her gift she rolled her eyes playfully. "You always complain about wanting long hair, and let's be real, you'd look hot with super long hair. My stylist is super good and she's only a couple years older than us, I think you'll like her." Choi wanted to stop Minho from opening the gift. It was so stupid. She could have literally gotten him anything, but she chose the stupid book! His reaction surprised her when he opened it. She even blinked blankly a couple times. "You can say you hate it you know. It's hand made." She rubbed the back of her neck before she started to open her gifts. The gift card from her brother. Typical. "Thanks." Then there was the spa thing from Yuri. "You're sweet." She giggled quietly and tucked that in with her card. She'd take the girls for a spa day, they needed it. She'd just comp the other two so they could go. Then there was Yubins. She opened it to see the bracelet with the C on it and smiled brightly. "You're awesome. Thank you, Yubin." Slipping on the bracelet she looked at the last two from Minho. Two? Now she felt even worse about her ridiculous gift.

She opened the bag first and felt her heart melt. It was perfect! It was small enough to fit in her purse, large enough to hold her favorite 'must haves' makeups. The Choi baby thing was what did her in. Her eyes watered slightly and she quickly wiped them away. Everything she had ever received in her life didn't have much thought put into it, so something like this meant the world to the spoiled little girl. "Jerk. Making me cry." She waved her hands in front of her eyes to dry them before she opened the next one, the diamond earrings. "I hate you so much." She leaned over and planted a kiss on his lips. "Thank you." She put the earrings in her ears and scooted closer to him, her eyes not leaving the bag in her hands.

"I'll get you a TV too if you need so you don't have to fight your brothers for one." Hyuun chuckled quietly, the look on her face totally worth it. When she gave him a tight hug however, his face lit up a bright red. "Uh, right. No problem. They'll send you a new one every time she gets a new skin, too" He spent a pretty penny on it but it was totally, totally worth it. He gave a small nod towards Yuri and Choi before he looked down at his presents. He opened Yuri's and smiled sheepishly. The watch was black leather and had duo dials, with the minutes and hours on one and the seconds on the other. It was also waterproof to up to 100 feet. It would be useful at medical school. "Thank you, Yuri." The headphones from Choi made him smile. All the studying he was going to be doing, these would be useful. "Thanks again." Next was Rosee's. "Ahh, my secret Santa right?" He smiled over at her and opened the gift. However, his jaw nearly dropped to the floor as he jumped to his feet. "Holy Fuck. Eminem tickets!" And four of them! "These are amazing Rosee, thank you so much!" He'd go obviously, he'd take Yubin, Rosee, and Hell, he'd even invite Hoya. Not that he'd go.

The final present was from Yubin. He quickly opened it and once again his jaw dropped. "Yubin. This is incredible. Holy shit." He took a minute to look at the controller. It was stunning and gorgeous, and it even had his name on it! "Guys, can I just drop out and become a full time gamer?" He chuckled quietly before he walked to Yubin and gave her a tight squeeze. "Thank you. Seriously."

"Ugh so much hugging! What did I say about making me want to barf..." Yubin joked at the group as she watched everyone open presents, sitting against the plush material of the chair and accepting the thanks and hugs as they came to her. Hell, even Hoya was being respectable. At first Yubin thought he was going to act up as he leaned against the wall looking ice ass cold. But when he opened his gifts you could practically see the guy melt. And once all of the girls pulled out their bracelets, Yubin revealed the one on her wrist, "I thought it would be cool to get us all matching ones. The stone is onyx and the metal is white gold, and the guy that made them said if they ever break or anything to bring them to him and he will fix them for free." Yubin wasn't really the girl friends type of girl, but Yuri, Rosee and Choi were like a family to her. And while they would probably all end up in separate places, she wanted to remember where they started.

"And damn Yuri! You will look totally hot with long hair, I mean you do now but still." Yubin winked at the girl as made a small gagging noise as a joke when Jin kissed her head. And then again at Choi and Minho. "God you're all gross." Even though it was adorable, but ONLY because it was Christmas. Only. Well maybe not but still.

When Hyunn opened his gifts, Yubin was shocked by Rosee's... no wonder the girl had been working her ass off. Those had to kill her wallet. But she was happy as hell when Hyunn said he liked his gift, he looked like he actually liked it too. "You really do? Ah good." It was such a relief, Yubin wasn't able to go too crazy but she was thrilled everyone was happy with their gifts. Especially Hyunn...

"Ah oh!" Yubin had zoned out for a second and suddenly Hyunn's arms were wrapped around her and she was blushing wildly. Stop it Yubin! Knock it off! How about you try having a guy friend, because god knows you would fuck up dating. Again. You always do! So stop it! "What do you mean drop out? We're almost done anyways stupid." Yubin chuckled and returned the hug before pulling back a few inches and looking up at him, "Though we could start your career with you helping me set up that thing? My brothers did the last one."

Jin was grinning from ear to ear like an idiot at Yuri's reaction to her gift, "It's kind of funny in a way isn't it... we got each other gifts with the same purpose. However let's use ours in combination, when you write anything let's store it in here too. So incase of another fire, we don't run inside after a notebook." He chuckled a little bit and set down the iPad back in it's box and put one of his arms around her shoulders. "And I have to agree about the hair, but you're beautiful no matter what. Minus when you're overworked, I don't like seeing that because it means you don't feel well." Jin looked down at her with a raised eyebrow, scolding her a little but also just messing with her. He understood why she needed to work like she did... that's why he wished that the girls would win. As much as she wanted to say she would still work, there was no way. Not like she was at least, no manager would let an idol work at a bar.

"Ah Minho what did you hide over there?" Jin gently kicked at his friend, who was obviously blushing like a school girl. "What don't want to share with the group?"

For as long as Jin had known Minho, not once had he seen the guy get like this over a girl. It honestly kind of worried him, for his best friend's first relationship to be so... real.... it was just going to be awful if it didn't last. Though Jin hoped it would! Choi and Minho were great together...

"Hey if you two are going to figure that out, I'll go find a board game to get set up." Jin stood, giving Yuri's hand a quick squeeze before moving to the game closet. What would be fun... adult loaded questions? That seemed... terrifying. He didn't want to know anyones answers, and he didn't want to give them. Not with an ex girlfriend in the room. Clue was a safe bet. Jin grabbed the game and returned to the living room with a grin, "Sound good?"

"I no! I don't hate it not even a tiny bit!" Minho protested wildly when Choi said it was okay to say he hated it. It wasn't that at all, he just didn't ever do public affection, at least not real public affection. It was just different for him and he didn't know how to handle it. So when Choi was suddenly placing a kiss on his lips, he wanted to sink into the face of the earth and hide. But not one of his friends said anything, or seemed surprised at all. It kind of annoyed him... "I bet it would surprise you all if you knew this has been since the damn fire." Minho grumbled under his breath before reaching out his arm and pulling Choi even closer to him. He turned and rested his forehead against hers and whispered, "Listen I loved it. I just, it's something I only want for me. I don't think any of these posers have the right to see something so amazing."

Minho kissed her nose before quickly pulling away at Yubins comment, thinking that she was actually pissed. But quickly realizing that she was only joking. "Hah hah." Though when Hyunn moved to hug Yubin, he actually let out a real laugh, "And you give me shit! HAH!"

Minho rolled his eyes and laid back in the couch, putting an arm around Choi once more as Jin said something about the game. "I'm just happy you liked my gift... I honestly thought you would think I was some shallow asshole. But I really meant for it to be caring. I debated forever about giving you the bag... so I'm just happy you really liked it."

Rosee simply gave Hoya a nod and a quick smile in response to his thank you, she just didn't even know how to talk to him anymore. He looked like Hoya... well kind of... but he talked like someone completely different. If this was who he was going to be then maybe she dodged a bullet at the hot spring. Maybe she made him into this ideal that he really wasn't and she should have just listened to him about him being a bad guy from day one. Or everyone else at school for that matter. But Hoya was one of  her best friends for three years! And she was one of his only friends. At school at least. He couldn't have faked nice for that long...

It was all very confusing and honestly Rosee just wanted to escape so when Jin returned with the board game she quickly jumped up and snatched the box from him, "I'll set it up! But then I get to be the maid lady."
