It's my job to decide beforehand. Think about it this way. If I didn't choose someone to capture the flag, everyone would capture the flag. So, by clarifying who wins, I save the entire RP like thirty pages of OOC confusion that I don't want to deal with.

But if there was one sort of "votation" I wouldn't vote for Dylan or Anthony Dylan doesn't need another reason to be arrogant,and Anthony just prefers to stay in the background making plans instead of actually going for the flag.
