Felix watched as the bridge collapsed above him and readied himself as two reds fell into the river. Guess its my...

A panicked cry went out from one of the reds that caused Felix to jump with fright. Looking around he noticed that it seemed to have had an affect on the sea monsters as well. They had been sent into a panicked frenzy, attacking indiscriminately. After dodging a couple wild attacks, Felix’s own thoughs surprised him. I gotta get out of the water fast.

Using his manipulation of water to propell himself forward he launched out of the water and onto the blue bank. Turning to see if the reds needed to be dealt with Felix locked eyes with the small goat girl. She looked so scared. Could he really let her be torn apart by the sea monsters. The waves were getting rougher and the river redder. He knew what he had to do.

The water around Penelope calmed. As it calmed, it wrapped itself around her and lifted her out of the water and plopping her out on the reds bank.

I really hope I don’t regret this.

"Can you put the shirt back on and take me to your base as a prisoner and then we can pull the old switcharoo and win?" she said with a bright, childlike, and fun smile.

"Um...ok then." said Alice, as she thought that Penelope didn't get what she was saying.
Alice watched Penelope talked to Lena before she talked to her. "I don't mind, because you are already sitting on me." said Alice.
When Penelope put tree roots around her hands and her ankles, Alice has just given up for a bit, because she thought that Ari wasn't going to help her. 'Damn it, Ari. You aren't going to do something about this?' thought Alice, who was frustrated with this.
Penelope started to ask her about her partner: Ari, so she just talked to her about that. "Well, Ari is my waaah!" said Alice, as she was interrupted by Ari.
Ari pulled her out of the tree roots, and then put her in a tree. 'Oh, now he helps me.' thought Alice.
Alice then saw Ari leaving her again by flying to the red base. "Oh come on, Ari. Stop leaving me by myself." said Alice.
Alice was extremely frustrated by this, but she knew that she can't stay up in a tree all day long.
She jumped down from the tree, and look at Tera and Lena, because Alice noticed that Penelope was gone. "Aren't you going to find your goat friend, since she did run off by herself." said Alice.

Tera smiled. "What you don't like to see me without my shirt on...." She said with a flirty smile on it. She put her shirt on after a minute. "Alright. We can do that." Tera said walked with Lena in front of her. Her glave's blade pointed at Lena's back. "I also know they have Nika.... We can also save her." She said looking back to Alice. "Go ahead, this one is mine... Take their flag and end this game." Tera said looking to Alice.

Ivan looked between the two students next to him trying to understand what his father had just dropped him into. He silently looked around and saw that his snow and froze had covered a sizable amount of turrets and robots. He could already see his frost inhibiting the forge and factory that had been built by he could only guess was the man with a hammer and braces on his legs. Ivan finally got up and moved away from the man. He could tell that thier natures clashed. “ Sorry about that...” Ivan said as he lifted his hands. The snow and frost all began to gravitate to his hands and would form into a walking stick or staff of pure ice. “ My Father isn’t known for taking no as an answer. What is... this?” Ivan asked gesturing to the fort.

Gideon was more than a little peeved to have some sort snow bomb dropped on them from some minor god. However the smith realized that he might have to reconsider the boy’s usefulness when he gathered all the snow and ice that had come down with him and turned it into a weapon. Gideon huffed and stepped forward offering his hand. “ My name is Gideon, son of Hephaestus. We’re in the middle of capture the flag. What’s your name and think you can help with defense?” Ivan gingerly took Gideon’s hand and as he thought as soon as they touched a plume of steam rose from thier touch. “ I’m Ivan Son of Boreas, god of the North Wind and Winter. I guess I can help with defense.” Gideon chuckled and looked to Zoey. “What do you think?”

Derrek was still conscious when Pen picked him up. He almost threw up when Penelope had basically dropped him into the river. He was naturally buoyant which came in handy when he was stuck in the water in and our draft. He kept his head above water. He couldn't use his arms, but he could use his legs. "My goat sister come here..... First calm down. If you panic it's gonna get harder, ok?" He asked keeping himself afloat. "Now, I want you to wrap your legs around my chest. You can't use your legs. I can't use my hand....... We'll get out of this if we work together alright, my goat sister?" He said.

"oh, hush." she said with a blush. Looking down at the ground as they walked towards the blue base. "I need a new weapon... I'm going update Artemis's arsenal when this is over."

"I have a few wooden stakes that you could use as throwing projectiles... Other then that..... Looks like you'll have to let me do the talking." She said as she continued to walk towards the Blue base. They would have to get past the Goatlady and the surfer who should be dead. She shook her head. "We'll figure something out. When we get there." She said as they walked.

Gideon worked as quickly as he could and after what seemed like an hour, though he knew it was much shorter in reality, he managed to finish the restraints before thier prisoner woke up. With the help of a few robots it didn’t take long for Gideon to get the girl into the first layer of restraints. The next part would be a bit harder. Hammering in the celestial bronze rods into her shoulders, knees, elbows, etc. the pain would definitely be enough to wake her. “ Hey Sherri, keep an eye on her. This is where things get dicey.” Gideon was about to hammer the first rod in, held by a robot, when he remembered a crucial part of this process. Gideon rummaged through some scrap and after a minute or two of hammering had made a mouth piece which he gingerly placed it in her mout to make sure he didn’t bite her tongue off during this process. With all the prep complete Gideon began hammering the rods in place.

Zoe watched as Sherri had a different energy about her. She looked at Sherri up and down. She looked angry, distressed, and ready for battle. Zoe nodded her head at Sherri when she mentioned she was going offense. "Let me go with you." She took Sherri's hand. "Gideon can handle Nika. We make a great team. Let's give them hell." She nodded at Gideon trusting him. Gideon had made an extra exosuit, this one stronger than the last. "Thank you Gideon." She looked around at the robots and turrets "Add ONE tank-like turret HERE and there is no way they are touching the flag. You are a great blacksmith." She smiled at her friend and jogged to Sherri. Gideon couldn’t help but cringe as the muffled screams on the prisoner rang out. It had only been the first one and already there had been a problem. The prisoner struggled and thrashed as Gideon hammered in the second. It seemed that Sherri hadn’t been kidding when she said make it with a giant in mind. One of his robots tried to restrain her and ended of flying off from her thrashing. From then on Gideon had to hold her in place as he hammered in the remaining rods.

After much struggle and 5 destroyed robots Gideon managed to seal up the prison and put in air holes. As he was wondering what to do with her Gideon say Zoey getting into what had meant to be his mech and an idea stuck him. “ Gey hold on you two!” Gideon called out. A few minutes of tinkering later thier prisoner essentially became a battery for her mech. “ if things get hairy you can eject her with this button.” Gideon said showing Zoey.

Zoe nodded at Gideon as he showed us what to press to eject if necessary. "Thanks Gideon." Soon she was hearing voices around her and she got ready for a fight when it was a god dropping off another student. She looked at the student and cocked her a little. "Who the hell are you?" She didn't mean to sound rude but she had learned EVERYONE's names. The ones that were already here and the one's that haven't shown up yet. She did not remember a wind/ice god such as this and she didn't really like to be surprised when she expected to know. When he landed with not just himself but a TON of snow she looked around their already iced mountain and crossed her arms. "You mind cleaning this up a little? We have turrets and robots here."

Though Gideon had had such trouble with her, Nika never actually gained consciousness back. Her body had fought back on it's own, and once he was done with the rods she lost her last bit of fight. She was about to die from bleeding too much and shock when Sherri scooped a bit of the potion from the pool and dripped it into the air holes, her expression still cold and unreadable. Behind her, Zoe and Gideon were talking with the new arrival who Sherri had no interest in. She put her hand on the metal prison Nika was in, attached to the back of the mech, and whispered. "Sorry. I needed you bound, I did not know it would cause you pain. I will pay back everything the best I can." Secretly Sherri wanted to go off on Gideon for forgetting that Nika was already one foot in the grave before he started making the restraints, but she knew that Nika being healed beforehand might have made it impossible to bind her. But, if she had died right then, she wouldn't have had time to get to the red healing pool before she truly died... Sherri admired Nika's tenacity, a little bit. I may have won that encounter because I had the advantage of knowledge, but any other time... She turned around to face Zoe, getting ready to tell her that they should wrap up whatever they were on about before Sherri went off on the rampage without her, but Sherri saw a figure down in the fields with red flag in hand. "Guys... Game's over. Someone is bringing red's flag here." She huffed with a cute pout, pissed that she was unable to go and burn whoever killed Zoe in a way much worse than what she had done to Nika, but she knew that she'd be going rogue if she took any actions to prolong the game for that purpose. She'd just have to ask Zoe who did it and find some excuse to do something to them later.

Jasmine's eyes went wide when Crystal looked like she was about to kill herself. "NO!" Her hands were already on the floor and the plants reacted very quickly. They moved Crystal and Jasmine away from the spears. Suddenly, there was a whole area where the plants around them withered and died but both of their wounds were practically healed. Jasmine felt weak. She looked around rather pale. "Wh- What did I just do?" A tree nearby cracked and fell over. She put her hand over her mouth in shock. Her hands were shaking. "Did I just do that?" She looked at both of their wounds. There was a slightly red area where Jasmine had acid on her leg and where Crystal's knee got hit. She looked at Crystal in shock. "I swear I had no idea I can do that."

"Ow..." Considering how fast the spears shot out of the ground when she realized that Jasmine was going to stop her, the plants that pushed her out of the way hit her with a force good enough to bruise the hardest of motherfuckers. "Shit... That hurt..." Crystal rubbed her head that had received a good knock against the ground and got up, looking at the sky. She saw their flag flying overhead, making it's way to blue's side of the field. "Well... Too late now." The spears that had already formed behind her dissolved, and she fell back on the ground with her arms and legs spread wide, scythe casually tossed aside. "Jasmine. That's cool, that you can do that, but I'm not suicidal you know? Don't forget the circumstances. Death didn't exist in this game, we should have used that to our advantage like Nika was saying at the start of the battle..." She dropped her arm over her eyes, trying to cover her disappointment that just expressed itself in a sigh. "You did great back there. If you ever want to team up again, I'd be glad to."

She remembered the way Jasmine had pushed her out of the way of the acid at the start of the battle, and how she was too focused on gaining victory to say thanks. "I'm sorry it's belated, but... Thanks for pushing me out of the way of that acid. Are you alright? It's a bummer your beautiful skin got hurt because of my carelessness-" Shit.

Tera walked with Lena for a while. When it came to the river, Tera used her glave to pole vault them over. Before making their way to the blue base. Tera walked her int their base. She was tied up to make it look believable that Lena was captured. She looked to Gideon and Zoe and whoever was in there. "Got this one while trying to get past me... Gideon looked Lena over, “ If you’re tired from your fight go take a breather by the fountain. I can make restraints that will bind her.” Gideon said already doing the designs in his head. This time simple shackles on the the frozen mountain would be enough. “ We can make watching the prisoner Ivan’s first task. Since we aren’t sure of your ability.”

Ivan looked at the girl and shrugged, “ I can easily watch over her or just store her in the mountains ice itself. Frostbite would set in after a good 10 minutes and she’d be gone in another 5” Ivan explained in a monotone voice as he gestured to the icy walls.

“Hmm... a furnace then. Something to keep them warm so they don’t freeze to death. I’ll start right on it.” with that Gideon set off to build and furnace and Ivan approached Tera and Lena.

Penelope had managed to swallow a good deal of water before her torrent ended. Crimson tides swirled around her, threatening to swallow her and she screamed, although underwater, the only thing that it managed to do was force more air out of her lungs.

The goat was petrified and couldn't do more than kick her legs which proved useless to keeping her head above water. At one point she believed her feet might have touched solid ground briefly and the water started to calm but before she could take a deep breath the rough waters swept her up and threw her back in the river.

After some more sputtering and kicking, her hand reached out and touched a body. It was the peaceful man who had been made into a kabob. She heard him speak to her and she started to calm and nodded as she swallowed more water. Without any hesitation or question, she listened to him, wrapping her legs around him from behind in a piggy back fashion. She did her best to use her arms to try and swim and with both of their combined strength they had managed to stay above water which was more than she was able to do.

"W-W-We're d-doing it!" She said, stuttering out a response. She looked to him, her wet hair sticking to her skin, waiting for more instructions.

"W-Wh-What n-now?"

Aya who hadn't been very interested in the optional game had originally spent most of her time sleeping. Napping was her favorite thing to do and while in her dreams she visited others in their dream realms, watching children dream of princes or princesses, of adults dreaming of success, and of the elderly dreaming of their spouse long lost but not forgotten.

When she finally opened her eyes, she blinked a few times before she closed them again. She might have looked like she was still asleep, although, with her eyes closed, she rises from her bed and slowly gets out of bed. She slowly ambles out of the room, rubbing her eyes and yawns, still somewhat asleep. After a little while, she comes to a group and look between each of them, her eyes still closed as she regards each of them before taking a seat beside the one who feels most welcoming and who, she believed would induce sweet dreams.

She curls up and smiles sleepily before opening her mouth. Her movements are like a sloths, slow and precise.

"Hello... How are... you guys....? I... don't... think we've... met...before..."

Yarra move swiftly through the forest, her skirt brushing against the leaves and brush making small rustling sounds. Her head was slow and her feet moved gracefully over the earth, avoiding the roots that jutted from the ground, the leaves carpeting the forest floor, and various sticks and mounds of grass threatening to snag her limbs. Her breathing was minimal, small huffs as she sprinted. Her face was all serious, she was focused on a specific goal and very little could break it.

Being in the red teams zone was not exactly safe, so long as they wandered about, looking for enemies. She heard a commotion not far and redirected her course around them, carefully to make little noise as she passed.

"Error and Truth, had hunted from the earth
All those bright natures which adorned its prime..."

She softly whispered the lines from a poem called The Witch of Atlas, her french accent prominent in her voice. The words seem to float around her, coming from her mouth, white wisps that glittered in the sunlight and wrapped around her legs, increasing her speed as her feet carried her weight with ease.

I pray to the gods that nobody halt me in my path to victory...

Tera listened to them talk. She kept her eyes trained on Lena. If they were going to save Nika then they would have to be a little tricky. Tera looked at her and then to Ivan. Who was this guy? Tera hadn't seen him before. How was this gonna work. Tera looked at the new guy. "Nah I'm good. Besides, I wanna..... try and get some info the old fashion way." She said cracking her knuckles. "It's a little personal. So boys, get the fuck out...."

Derrek felt her legs wrap around him. They were warm but very, very wet. He heard her question. "Well as one of my favorite teachers once told me. "Just keep swimming... Just keep swimming." Keep going and we'll make it back my dude." Derrek said as he kept using his legs to swim.

Hestia smiled, her teeth shining a bright white. "Welcome. I am well. My name is Serenity Dovely, my generation of Hestia."

Lukas looked at the sleepy girl. "I'm Lukas, descendant of Apollo." He said.

Willow watched as the girl practically fell asleep next to Hestia. "Hello. I am Willow, daughter of Zephyr, god of the West wind and Spring. I am guessing, by your current state, you are either Morpheus or Hypnos." She said, recalling what her father has said about the gods. She also meant no offense, she was being genuinely interested. She was also making another flower crown, and when she placed the last flower upon it, she flew it over to the sleepy girl, placing it on her chest for now. Ariel Ariel

"do your worst. I'll NEVER TALK!" Lena said triumphantly. She showed no fear and was completely calm in the face of incoming torture. "Tera I challenge you to break me. I know you can't."

Zoe stared at the new kid and Gideon thinking what an amazing tactical team they are going to make together. Fire AND ice? Wow. What a team. She was going to start helping them with that furnace and work on a few robot designs with Gideon but when Sherri called she absolutely knew she had to go with her. She checked if any turrets are active quickly and noticed which ones were broken. "Hey Gideon! I'm guessing these turrets were broken because of Nika on her way up. Make sure to keep track of them next time with this device. You will be able to see if anyone takes one out of commission." After she double checked and there was no new movements with the turrets she was ready. She breathed in and jogged towards Sherri to hold her hand. "Let's go. I will follow your lead." She can tell Sherri was slightly different and she kinda liked it. She became different on the field too, more tactical. This was no time to put your emotions first of they can get the better of you. She kissed Sherri's hand and let it go. "Let's go through the right side .The middle and left side still have their turrets up. If anyone is coming it will most likely be through there and they would have to stop us first before coming up the mountain. I can also double check some turrets and see if they are salvagable." She started walking down the mountain and had her bow and arrow raised and her senses were all peaked... listening...

Jasmine breathed in getting angrier and angrier. "I JUST SAVED YOUR LIFE and you are complaining about the pain and the fact that you're not suicidal? Excuse me? I get the whole we can respawn thing but the idea is NOT to use it to our advantage but to pretend we don't have it in case one day we don't- and that day is coming." She was clenching her jaw hardcore when Crystal started to try to compliment her and then thanked her for getting in the way. She relaxed just a little but she found herself still to be rather upset. "You don't apologize often, do you? Or even thank someone? I did what I thought was right. Killing yourself under ANY circumstances is morally wrong AND selfish. You didn't even think about the fact that I would have to sit here and watch you do that until you disappear just like Zoe's body did." She found herself getting angrier the more she spoke about it. The truth was, it wasn't just what Crystal did but it was tied to her past and her mother's death. When she started to realize that she shut up and breathed in and out with her eyes wide open. She stayed absolutely still not moving... What am I supposed to do with problem in my head... How do I move on from my mothers death? It was just a few months ago...

"Hmmm." Glad that beautiful skin comment went unnoticed, I sounded like a creeper. This isn't exactly what I was prepared for though... Crystal still kept her arm over her eyes, so she was oblivious to the obvious visual cues from Jasmine that said she was dealing with a trauma. She's quite extreme about death huh... Seriously, that's gonna burden her when we all become gods. I wonder what I should say... Don't want to make the situation worse, but all that's coming to mind are my token direct responses. No useful quotes to use here... Especially since I don't know her story. Crystal took a deep breath, knowing that thinking wasn't going to get her anywhere. She decided to just jump the gun, since it felt like saying nothing might ruin the friendship that they had started working on. "Sorry, I'm not used to people caring." While that's normally a line said with sarcasm or spite, Crystal was completely sincere. "I never had anyone to worry about me except my mom, and she was at her wits' end keeping us afloat. So, I guess I don't have much practice dealing with others and getting how they feel. I did mean it though, thanks. Acid sounds way more painful than the arrow I took to the knee." She wasn't exactly sure if it was an adequate answer or the one Jasmine needed to hear, but she felt like the comments about her not being used to thanking people and being selfish needed to be addressed, and she felt like she came up with the correct answers.

Kera watched intently as a domino effect of trees occurred, forcing the two to drop from their position, she kept her gaze upon them. "At least she doesn't interest either of us." Kera slightly smirked as she jested toward Zane. "Still, stay alert." She added as William began to speak up.

As he did, her faced turned serious once more, keeping her focus on him as Harmonia began to move, but Kera wasn't about to let any of them out of her sight for long. As he finished, Kera slightly bumped her spear into her right hand, holding it straight, the tip of it sparked intensely. "I would think the chosen of Janus would know their grim end, challenging me." Kera's deadpan tone echoed through the forest, it would be enough to strike fear into most mortals as it reverberated through the trees. Slowly, she lifted her left hand to point toward him. "I suppose you will have to be taught, yet death... Will only be granted if I deem it." There was more aggression in her tone, as her left hand began to spark opening wide, ready to grasp... The spear which she had previously thrown twisted and turned, dislodging itself from the next tree over, before finally flying toward Kera at great speed, with William standing nicely in the middle.

Kera, with Zane still in the corner of her eye, took note of his actions. Heading straight on toward the chosen of Janus might not have been the best strategy, but at least now he had given Kera a clear shot of the girl. Without warning, nor hesitation, as the spear was still travelling toward her, Kera pointing the tip of her crafted spear held in her right toward Harmonia. The sparks on its tip seemed to concentrate, almost as if focusing purely on the tip, and within a split second, a powerful bolt of lightning shot toward the girl. There was little time to focus on the impact, however, as Kera prepared to catch her other, only hoping an impaled, dapper young man might be attached.

Jasmine looked into Crystal's eyes and can tell she was a good person. She sighed heavily and looked away. "I get it. You have your own story and so do I." She felt her throat closing up. Don't cry don't cry don't cry. JASMINE DON'T CRY! "Everyone I care about is gone. My mom died a few months ago so death is a big deal for me at the moment. I guess I'll have to get used to it if we're going to live an extra 100 years as Gods and 100 years as mortals after." She focuses on breathing and being in the present moment. She looks around her to see everything dead in about a 10 ft radius around them except. She puts her hand on the ground and grows a few flowers near her fingertips. She plucks one, puts it in her hair behind her ear, gets up, and has her hand out to help Crystal up. "Sorry for yelling. Thanks for sharing a little bit of your story with me and being so kind." She gave a weak but genuine smile to Crystal.

She looked around one more time. "So, what next? We don't know if someone has grabbed the flag or not yet. Should we head towards the river and see if we can go get the blue flag? Now that I know we can heal us we should be fine."

Harmonia watched as Zane practically ignored his lover and went to attack William. "Hmph." Well, that proves I am not anywhere near Dad yet. THAT would have certainly not happen. He did call me Aqua though so I know THAT piece worked. She quickly got her grasp together and when Zane went for William she put her two swords out knowing Kera, a chosen of Zeus, would go after her. She was aware of Kera's spear that had already knocked down a tree and noticed it travelling towards her. Quickly she did a back flip and missed a lightning bolt that landed exactly where she once stood. Are you fucking serious? William, without noticing, just me and Zane a part of this duel for death crap. Here goes nothing. She used the trees to her advantage as shields since she her main shield was the Shield of Love. Does this girl even love anyone? Maybe Hera? Her mind was twirling on how she could possibly use her charm to help her in this situation.

She quickly threw two ninja stars. One at Zane and one at Kera. If it did any damage, great. If it did not, it would be a distraction that William and her can use. She wanted to get a hold of Zane first. She was good with a sword but she felt Williams transportation skills would be MUCH better against Kera. She can handle a few vines more than a lightning bolt. There are only so many backflips I can frikin do at a time here. She watched Kera carefully but started to head towards the back of Zane. Knowing that she can use at least some of his charms on him to make him not want to attack at least for a split second and that was all she needed.

"Let's go. I will follow your lead." Sherri watched Lena and Tera while waiting for Zoe, considering whether to point out the obvious sham. It was pathetic, really. But, ultimately, the one thing that stood true in her heart was that she never played this game to win, just to test out the spells. I don't care if they get the flag and win. There's probably a few sneaky things that Gideon did anyways, and Gideon is pretty strong, so the chances that they manage it are low. She nodded at Zoe's opinion to go right and lead the way, keeping an eye out for reds and the smoking remains of the turrets and robots Nika had destroyed. Sherri felt a bit of fear as she realized that everything got destroyed in the same way; a single wooden spear thrown with herculean strength through the most vital point, utterly destroying each defense's ability to function. I came really close to getting hit like this... "Not a lot of these look salvageable... You still want to try?" Sherri still gave priority to what Zoe wanted to do, even though she wanted to rush towards red right this instant.

Jasmine looked into Crystal's eyes and can tell she was a good person. She sighed heavily and looked away. "I get it. You have your own story and so do I." She felt her throat closing up. Crystal smiled at Jasmine and took the hand while getting up. She gave Jasmine a pat on the back since it seemed she needed it and Crystal wasn't sure if a hug was appropriate, but her mind went straight to business afterwards. "What we should do..." She thought of the travel times and contemplated the probable current positions of everyone, and considered the probable maneuvers all of the known and unknown pieces were taking. "It's almost definite that at least one of the blue attack team pairs has reached our base by now, since Penelope was the only other defender not stationed in the base..." Crystal considered heavily, and then decided on one of the better but more risky paths. "Nika was an attacker right? If we find the path she trail blazed through blue's defenses maybe we'll be able to get to their flag without too many problems. Our defense in the forest has pretty much fully fallen apart with all of your plants burned, so at this rate it probably comes down to who can get the enemy's flag first. Even if we can't we can just head back to the base at the volcano and make a concentrated defense there."
